Rules and Procedures

This raffle will be open for submissions until Friday, September 23rd at NOON EST.

I currently have three slots open for Alternate Civilian Art.
All entrants must already have an accepted character with official art --
either powered up, civilian, or student, it doesn't matter which one!

The theme of this raffle is scarves!

The rest of the outfit is up to you, but when entering for this raffle, you must include a scarf -- anything from a simple once-around sheer flowered thing to the infamous Doctor's mile-long-striped signature.
