Welcome to the birthday thread! We'd like to give out gifts to everyone who helps make the shop great. :]

How to get a gift:

Fill out the form and post away! You don't need to give us your birthDAY, the month will do.
In the month BEFORE your birth month, please post the birthday activity check form in this thread. This means you need to link to five posts in the thread or in the guild, made in the month BEFORE your birth month. These presents are for friends, threadgoers, and active members. :] We don't want to get bogged down in sending out gifts to people who only visit once to sign up for birthday presents.
Randomly colored gifts will be sent out in batches sometime around mid-month! <3

IMPORTANT: ONLY names with a *confirmed next to them are eligible to receive gifts. The *confirmed tag should be placed by names once they have completed their activity check - five posts in the thread or in the guild, made in the month BEFORE their birthday. Once a gift has been sent, the *confirmed tag should be replaced by *sent!
