Since the ball, Rajih had been questioning the events over and over again. A reaper, one of those that he feared had turned on his own kind and stole hearts, one after another. It was like he was a witch eater and yet, a human. Did that make humans monsters now? Did he have the right to fear them for something he feared within himself? A hunger so uncontrollable and so strong it had knocked any consciousnesses of being a human away and left nothign but a shell full of hunger and rage.
Rajih feared that would be him. And the man, the one he had stood to fight for a short while, He was even more fearsome. Not a blackheart, hadn't that what the man said? But not a reaper, not a witch eater. Something scarier, something that moved in the dark.
His eye's had shifted from his usually bright sea green to a dark teal, almost black as he brooded. he had been doing a lot of that lately as well. his hands tucked in his sleeves as he wandered Makai town. He hadn't seen Phil for a while, since the days before the the ball and felt lonely.
He thought of heading to the academy, perhaps to find the girl, Ruria again. He felt a darkness attachment with the girl and well, he wanted to actually talk to her for longer then a few moments. He hadn't even gotten a chance to dance with Niamh or Ruria or ANY female during the ball. Maybe that's what he needed, a little female companionship. He switched his directions to head to the academy before he caught a familiar wave of pink pig tails.
"Ruria?"

✰★✰ Hᴏʀʀᴏʀ ♥ Mᴇɪᴅᴏ ✰★✰

I don't want to forget the things I've seen. I want to remember the words spoken, the pain felt, the smiles afterward.
There was a twinge of remorse in her chest as she left the large doors of the Makai Academy, pausing a moment to look back at them. She was no longer a student. It had only been a couple of days since the events at the ball, and at times, it seemed like so much had passed within those two days after that incident. She had returned to her dormitory, lay in bed, staring at the ceiling unblinking, even as Bitter and Biter swirled around her, vigorously demanding details of the event. It was then she decided....the best way for her to do anything about herself was to experience things full force. She signed up to test out of the school the next day, and passed, and in that same day, had met once more the man from the ball, Sibelius. Going against her usual nature, she had cornered him, and pleaded with him to train her. Surprisingly, he ruffled the top of her hair, and agreed.
Now here she was, looking back upon the school that had opened the doors to her witchery. She hadn't truly made any friends there, but had met people she could say she felt a fondness for. Perhaps it was their nature she seemed to like. "I wonder if I'll ever see them again, where I'm going." she thought. She suddenly felt ridiculous. One person who had seemed more interested to speak to her instead of look at her strangle, and it seemed the most she could ever do in response was give a slight wave of her fingers from a distance. "Now that I'm graduated, I wonder if I'll see Rajih again, too. It'd be nice, that."
A soft sigh escaped her as she turned, walking away from the school, her black-cat bag draped over her shoulder. She was staring straight at her feet, lost in thought, before raising her head moments before nearly walking straight into Rajih, and hearing her name being called. "O-Oh!" A startled Ruria had frozen, her bag dropping to the ground from the sudden jolt, as she looked him up and down. "What a startling reverie! I was just thinking about you, and here you are!"
It must have been something strange for him to see, as well...For once not clad in the academy uniform, but a short ruffly dress-top and bloomer-like shorts underneath, her bust gently shaped by the under-corset she wore. She bent low to pick up her fallen bag, brushing the sediment from it before draping it back over her shoulder. "What brings you here, I wonder? You've been graduated for quite some time now, haven't you?" she had settled her gaze into his teal eyes, a free hand tugging at a thick strand of her own hair, curling it between her fingers.

Rajih, had he known that Ruria had been thinking about him, probably would've blushed at the thought. Even more so, when it seemed that he magically appeared to her side. It was funny though, He didn't have a real reason to see Ruria, he was still working on the "Hey I came to see you because..." reason or something. Just how was he suppose to explain to the girl that HE had been in fact thinking very much of her lately.
"Must be your summoning powers or something." He winked at her, referring to her uncanny ability to summon to skulls. "Though, your lucky I'm much better looking and nicer then your other two....beings." He joked as his hand's tucked in his sleeves. His eye's had stopped with their dark brooding swirl and now rippled a bright sea teal. It was so easy just to read his thoughts based of his eyes alone, but he didn't pay much attention to it.
He looked her up and down before cocking his head. "Your not in your uniform Ruria? Did you graduate?" He studied the dress and had the urge to play with the ruffles. Something about girl's and ruffles just made him want to tug on on them or something. Must be a perverted thing, he chuckled to himself before looking at the Academy. Just how did he tell Ruria he was planning on trying to find HER in the huge academy for conversation. That was just to embarrassing.
"I live in Makai town with a friend at the moment." Rajih played it safe, half truths weren't lies were they? "Taking a walk and happened to walk myself here. It's a surprise to run into you though, I thought after the ball I might've never seen you again. And even at the ball, I didn't really get a chance to talk with you either." He pursued his lips before tapping his chin. "Hey...Are you busy at the moment?"

"And even at the ball, I didn't really get a chance to talk with you either."
Ruria felt a twinge of guilt. "I apologize for that," she looked at her feet as if they were proving to be interesting subjects. "I wanted to come over to say hi, but I'm not very good with people, I think. Everytime I see you, you're swarmed by people." she laughed softly, an ashamed chuckle as she brought her gaze back up to meet his eyes. She rather liked watching the colors they'd change into. They very much reminded her of the deep waters of a lake, or the ocean she had seen once when she was small.
"Busy? Nawh, I was just giving the school my new address to have my things sent there. It's a little cottage-house in the garden quarter here...it's a little cute, I think. It's just a short walk away from the cemetery, so hopefully, I can deposit those two horrendous skulls there someday and not have them follow me home." Her lips twitched into a grim smile, but then a normal laugh bubbled from her pink lips. "They're so horrible, after all. Hn...." she paused, tipping her head slightly to the side in thought. "Would you like to see where I live now? I was on my way back. I can treat you to something delicious if you want to walk me home. You can tell me about...what are you going to become!"

He continued to grin at her as she started a shuffle in her feet. She was....so adorable. "Apologize?" Rajih's eyebrow raised as he looked at her before smiling again, "You apologize for enjoying a dance with your friend, and for the attack during the night?" He shook his head before stepping closer, "It's okay Ruria, Don't be sorry for something we both didn't have control over. We we're just...caught up and trying to survive." He sighed sadly.
"You seem just fine to me though." He cocked his head, looking her over and nodding, "I don't see why people wouldn't enjoy your company Ruria, You are fantastic. Look at me, still talking to you! Though actually, Maybe it's cause I like to talk a lot." He rubbed his chin. He didn't notice her staring at his eye's though, as they swirled with a joyful like delight. Too focused on the thought that he might just be talking her ear off before shrugging.
"Ah! See! Graduated and into such a beautiful witch." He couldn't help feel a little sad, Makai had been such a safe haven in his time of need and now, it was producing more and more witches then before. It was so...odd to see it ever changing. "Oh, So we're almost neighbors though, I am on the other side of the town." He grinned, "But the town is small enough that we won't miss each other yeah?" he joked before choking on a laugh, "By a cemetery you say? How do you know Biter and Bitter aren't there when there not with you? I bet they have....friends there. Perhaps a arm and a leg or something?" he joked with her and laughed again at the thought of her leaving them. For some reason though, he didn't think she would actually leave them.
"Ah? Well sure why not! I was thinking of inviting you out to get to you know. Pudding and stuff, that's about all I know." He fell in step beside her before looking up, "What I want to become? What do you mean?"

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★✰

Leaves clung desperately to their branches as a chill breeze tickled them into release, and they spun lazily in the air, sometimes landing on those who walked under them. Ruria reached up and caught one with her fingertips as it attempted to land safely on top of Rajih's head. She pulled it to herself wordlessly, twirling it by it's stem. "B-beautiful witch?" she blinked in surprise a few times. She had been called beautiful before, all by suitors arranged by her treacherous mother during many boring and tedious dances and celebrations held by her family. She had always managed to thank them without emotion, as if they had just been strangers on the street who did a small favor, so why did it evoke such a strange feeling in her now? She found her cheeks to be reddening, and her heartbeat skipping unnaturally. Was she about to go into cardiac arrest?! No, no... she was a little...embarrassed. "I'm just...an ordinary witch, I think, but thank you for believing that." She was poking a hole in her captive leaf with a fingertip.
"Oh, don't worry about Bitter and Biter." she seemed to read his thoughts as she caught his eye when she mentioned them. "They're truly, truly horrible, but they're the closest friends I have. Sometimes they've been quite kind....one time, Bitter brought me a stray pelvis, and Biter is a fairly decent alarm clock. I still only sometimes can use them like how I'm supposed to..." Her brows furrowed a little in dismay. "I really wanted to be a necromancer, but they're the best I can do. A real necromancer, even one my age, would be able to call them and make them do their bidding just like that! But, mine, well...you've met them. They sort of do what they want, and lately, they've been appearing and disappearing whenever they please. Still, I'm happy to have them around, even if they can be cretins. I think in their own way, they care about me somehow."
It must have been odd for someone to see a spark of warm on the girl's face while she was speaking of two heinous craniums. Well, nobody said she was a normal girl. "Get to know...? You're the first person I think to say that to me." she peered up at him, one eye visible through the hole in the leaf as she held it slightly in front of her face. She was quite a bit shorter than him, but there was something appealing, maybe even comforting, about standing close to a male and being able to look up at him. "I think I honestly disturb a lot of people," she laughed a little, finally crumpling the dead leaf and sprinkling it on the ground as they continued walking. They were drawing closer towards the Garden Quarter. "I really like a lot of things that I think bother or scare other people, like...bones, and morbid and morose things. It happens that the magic I've been best at doing is the dark, poltergeist-like kind. I mean...." she seemed a little ashamed, bringing her eyes to her feet again. This was probably the most she'd spoken to anyone in all her days at the academy. "I think those kinds of things that a lot of people find scary or ugly, I think they're really quite beautiful, in their own way. It's just a different type of beauty, I suppose. At least, that's what I think."
She suddenly reached out and grabbed Rajih's arm, tugging him back a little by his sleeve. "U-uhm, this is it. This is my humble little habitat." She motioned towards a small cottage that was nestled between ivy-clad trees. It was small, though it seemed it had an upper floor, and a long chimney reached up past the trees. Ruria shuffled up the cobble path to the door, unlocking it and motioning Rajih to join her inside. It was quite empty besides a couple boxes and the odd utensil, since her things had not yet arrived. The bottom floor seemed devoted to a small living area, a large fireplace with a hearth, a small but comfortable looking kitchen, and the upper floor seemed to just be simply the bedroom area.
"It's pretty stark right now, but please get comfortable, I'll make something warm for you to drink." she had a quaint little smile on her face - one normal hobby she had that others couldn't be disturbed at was that she loved to bake, she loved to cook, she loved to make. As she fiddled with a kettle in the kitchen, she tilted her head back towards him. "What I meant was, what do you want to become? Do you think you'll be content as a witch, or do you want to be something stronger? It seems a lot of witches in town are pretty happy with what they are. I want to be...better."

Rajih liked how she seemed so easy to be surprised by such a simple statement. Calling her beautiful? She batter her eyelashes so kindly at you. "Haha, A ordinary witch indeed. Thought what you find normal may seem very beautiful to other's." He reached out to play with a strand of her rosey hair, twirling a strand in her hair. "Don't worry the leaf so much Ruria." He looked at her hands amused.
"I find it funny that YOU find being brought a pelvis bone by your...friend is a true act of kindness. Part of me wonders how one such as the very....depressing Bitter find the time in his lamenting to bring you such a wondrous gift. And if said gift was a sign that he wants you to summon the rest of his body?" He chuckled, "Maybe it is a sign that you are a different necromancer. You have friends instead of mindless being to command. That should count for something yeah?" He encouraged. Though he wasn't sure if Bitter and Biter we're actually considered friends for the girl.
"Really? Again I find this shocking." He grinned down at her, continuing to walk by her side. She was a bit shorter then him but, that was appealing about girl's after all. While he wasn't a flirt in any sense, he did enjoy the company of a female. Their softness, their expressions, they way they talked. It was different though with Ruria, he enjoyed everything he did with the girl so far. He enjoyed all her expressions, and how she seemed so genuinely surprised THAT he was genuinely interested in her. "Disturb?" He laughed, "Hard to be disturbed by anything much now, considering what we've seen and what our world is made of." He shrugged, who could be disturbed by a girl more interested in the morbid side of life? "So.........? You like scary things, Bones are cool, ghost even more so though." He paused, reaching out to gently take her hand before grinning, "Remember we both have a shared deep dark magic. Where your's comes out in skulls that have some serious attitude, albeit funny attitudes...Mine is something like deep dark ocean depths." He met her Pink eyes with his deep brooding ones, and when you looked into his, you could almost see what he meant by the deep dark ocean.
As they started walking again, He fell in step beside her again. Deep in his thoughts, he wasn't sure just how to deal with Ruria, it's not like he liked morbid things but then again.....He had his own secrets. he was brought out of those thoughts again when she tugged on his arm. "Eh?" He looked up at the cottage and stared, it was indeed a cute little thing, PERFECTLY suited for Ruria. He found that funny, that place could be perfectly situated.
"Ah? Do you want help? Should I start a fire for you?" Though fire was not his element, he could if he had to, build it like any other normal person. He stared at the fire place before glancing over his shoulder. His eyebrows drew together before rising. "I'm not content as a witch." He came over to stand by her, moving when she did to stay out of her way, "I want to become a Cerberus Knight." He idly played with a small object on her counter, "So that I can protect those who matter. It'll be a different path for me so....." He looked at her before looking away, Phil had taught him that some people we're more accepting then others, he took a chance on Ruria after all, "That I don't fall to taking a witches heart." He continued to fiddle with the object, "So I don't become one of the Witch Eaters."

Rajih was a Majin? That was truly something Ruria had not thought he might or could be. General opinion was that Majin were evil, but Ruria was not sure she felt that way. In her opinion, humans could be as equally evil or bring as much misfortune as a majin or witch eater. The potential and past was there. She had paused a moment to take this new knowledge in, before setting down the small pouch of herbs she had begun mixing together for their tea, and turned to face him, a soft yet determined look on her face as she picked up both of his hands in hers and held them firmly.
It was an unusual gesture for her, and one that made her heart stuff itself into her throat, yet she willed herself to not let go, and to not look away from his eyes. "I do not think you will eat anybody's heart," she said. She could sense the apprehension and concern in his voice when he had spilled his secret to her. She squeezed more firmly on his fingertips. "I think your wishes for becoming a Cerberus Knight are admirable. I thought about that path myself, but I don't find myself possessing many qualities they like, but I think those are the exact qualities you seem to have."
She suddenly felt a little guilty, and her gaze dropped to the floor, her brows furrowed together. "I may be going down the path to becoming a Black Heart." she paused her words for a long moment, almost waiting for him to cringe away from her. "I don't follow their purpose, but one agreed to train me...that man who was at the ball that night. I don't know yet if I would become a Black Heart or not. I don't really care to become a Reaper, since I don't really follow their cause. I would never tell your secret, though." her voice had become quite hushed. She felt she herself took a big risk in telling him this as well, since he could choose to run away, and she could very well lose someone she thought could possibly become a good friend to her.
"You believe me, don't you?" her voice was nearly a whimper as she finally brought her eyes back up to his face, hoping to somehow read what he was thinking. ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★✰

He could see the shock rise and fall on her face. It was short lived though as he continued to watch for her reaction. He never based how someone felt by the first expression on their face when something secret was shared, that was unfair to the other person after all. Shock was thing, but the mind needed more time to process then others want to let on. So he watched her...and waited.
When she picked up both of his hands though, he let out the small breath, one he didn't know he was holding out. He wasn't sure if it was hard for her to do this, if it was hard for her to attempt to accept him. Their eye's caught and held and he could see a very strong, very attached look in rosy pink hue and smiled. She was so clear in showing her emotions.
"I..." his own words caught in his throat at her and then he really...really smiled at her. Like joy from the deepest pit of him, one if that he did not contain would overwhelm him and possibly her. "I..yes...Thank you Ruria." he didn't know what else to say. She accepted him for being a majin, and then she encouraged him to do something most would tell a majin was nonexistant. Did he posses such qualities for being a Knight? He had no idea, but with knowing that Ruria thought so, it only made it clearer for him to continue down that path.
Her next admission though made him stop. A black heart, potentially an enemy of his. He didn't cringe away though, he let the thought settle inside him, still holding her hands before giving them a small squeeze in return for the one she gave him.
"A black heart is not a bad thing Ruria." he cocked his head at her, "You are to do what you feel is right, regardless of how our paths will part and meet again." he smiled at her, raising a hand to rub across her cheek, smiling easy at her. "I can't imagine you in heavy armor though, by then you'll be all grown up and a very tough woman." he raised an eyebrow at her promise before leaning in, to whisper in her ear.
"I believe you Ruria." He said quietly, "If I didn't, then I wouldn't be standing here any longer. This would be our true first and last meeting." he pulled back before letting her go to take the tea she made for them, sipping on his and smiling again. "You have such a lovely home, do you get lonely living here Ruria?"

Rajih's hand felt tender and warm against her cheek. She found herself leaning into the warmth without realizing what she was doing, and bit her lip when it withdrew. She could feel his breath as he spoke softly in her ear, warm and wispy. She listened carefully to his words. Why did she feel like she wanted to cry?
"Lonely...?" her voice cracked slightly, and her eyes broke from his face to briefly roam around the small cottage. "I've always been by myself, so it's not much different than the usual for me." she paused for a moment, before laughing somewhat bitterly. "I almost envy you for what you are. In fact, I used to secretly wish that maybe I was a Majin, then I'd have a reason for being the way I am, but.... it appears that is just not so for me. I have no reason. Even if you may not see it, I think you are very fortunate for what you are." she placed her smaller hands on top of his, pressing with her fingertips in some form of reassurance, though really, she liked the feeling of warmth that came back to her from them.
Her face suddenly paled as she glanced behind Rajih, her small mouth opening slightly. There, perched as if they had been part of the decor on the mantle, were Bitter and Biter, both uncharacteristically quiet as they watched the drama unfold before them. Realizing they had been noticed, Biter spoke up, mandible clattering as he nearly giggled with delight. "Come on, you bring a boy home and there's no feelsies or smooching for half an hour?! Get on with it!"
Bitter rolled slightly on the mantle, as if nodding in agreement. "Yes, I do agree. We were promised a steamy romance, and instead we get Dr. Phil."
Ruria scrunched her face in horror at her two comrades. "You horrible cranial disasters! Wait, what? Who is this Dr. Phil? And what do you mean feelsies and smoochings?!" Quick as lightning, she grabbed the nearest object she could find - which was really just a spoon, and flung it with the unprecedented might of a provoked wrestler at the nearest bobbing skull. It sailed with a thunk into Bitter's left eye socket, where it could be heard rattling around as the two skulls howled and cackled. ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★✰

Sighing as he took another sip of his tea, watching her again. He liked doing that, watching her. It was nice to see that she was so open about her feelings. Not only that but she had some of the cutest little motions, he was really trying hard not to reach over and squeeze her with hugs. He was really tempted to though.
"Yes, Lonely?" He cocked his head at her and listened. So she was use to being alone? That wasn't all that comforting to him. he had been so close to his best friend of before and then, coming to the academy, he had always been surrounded by people. Even now, he didn't live alone but in one of the rooms of Phil, his new best friend's house. To imagine living in such a small cottage on the outskirts of town made him sad. he was sure, after this he would be visiting more often. Her laugh though seemed odd and again his head cocked, this time studying her. "One would say much different for you. Where you may wish to be a Majin with your more eccentric quirks, another might find that being a human with those same quirks more appealing. I like you the way you are." he pinched her nose gently, "Adorable." He simply stated before her face paled and then turned. Following her gaze, his eyes landed on the two skulls of Biter and Bitter.
Somewhere in the back of his head, he would laugh at the thought that the two skulls had just been sitting there. He hadn't even noticed them until Ruria did, in which case, he was pretty sure she was just as surprised as he was.
And then the cat calling started and he had to stifle a laugh and a blush at the same time. They spared no expense in embarrassing their summoner, he noted as he watched her flail at them. Bitter's rolling only heightened the chuckles disguised as coughs from the majin boy.
"Yes sorry, Who is Dr. Phil?" Rajih eye's twinkled as he laughed...hard at her throw of a spoon right into the skulls eye socket. He watched it roll around before grinning, grabbing Ruria's hand before she grabbed other objects, like easily broken ones, pulling her back to him. "Feelsies and smoochings?" he quirked an eyebrow at her, extremely bemused by the outcome of the two skulls. "Perhaps we should show them a kiss so they can be satisfied?" he joked before patting her head and looking at the two troublemakers, "Here now Biter, Bitter. How am I suppose to make progress if you keep yelling my plans out. Now you'll have to wait another day won't you." He grinned.

Ruria's face had reddened quite quickly. "D-don't go along with them, that's what they want! Besides, they wouldn't stop at just wanting feelsies and smoochings." She cast the two craniums a disgusted look, before her face did a second-take at Rajih's last comment. "P-Plans!" she gasped, gripping his collar slightly menacingly, though it was obvious she was being playful as she shook a spoon at him reproachfully. "And just what plans have you been scheming this whole time, I wonder!" She tapped his nose with the blunt side of the spoon several times, a mischievous glimmer in her eyes as she kept her "scrutinizing glare" settled in his aqua eyes. Her mouth, however, gave away her little facade, as she couldn't keep it from curling into a coy little smirk.
Bitter rose up near Rajih's left ear. "Go on," he crooned. Biter also rose up near Rajih's right ear. "She's practically asking for it," he urged. Ruria's jaw dropped in stunned shock. "How dare you! I'll pull your teeth out! The law is on my side!" She released Rajih's collar, lunging towards both skulls with her arms outreached in order to grab at them, not quite thinking that to do so also meant tackling Rajih, which, well, she did. Both heads easily dodged her outreached palms, but the blunt force of her attack landed both her and Rajih on the floor, Bitter and Biter howling in delight, the labors of their well-orchestrated schemes paying off. ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★✰

"Oh so we shouldn't encourage their behavior!" Rajih nodded somberly, before sending a wink at the two skulls. "Oh their is something BEYOND feelsies and smoochings? Someday you two will have to enlighten me." He grinned, clearly overall amused with them all. He didn't know why he found the situation so funny but...it just was what it was.
He looked down at her, her grip ever so tight on his collar before whistling. "Did I say plans? Who said plans? It couldn't have been me?" He playfully avoided eye contact with her, "It would never be plans about smoochings and feelsies, I'm innocent." He held his hands up in mock indignation. had he not noticed the smile and the tone of her voice, he thought she might seriously be upset but well...Even then he'd probably tease her. Gosh, her reactions we're adorable.
His eyes though darted left when Bitter crooned at him, the same when Biter came up at the Right before landing back at Ruria. he didn't know what she meant about Law but laughed none the less. Had he thought Ruria had been, perhaps he would've made a move, he was instead going to reach up to grab the skulls when Ruria made her leap.
All he saw was the fall of pink hair and felt the ground hit his back, knocking all the laughs out of him. "Haha! Slippery little devils!" He said as his arms, which had come to hold her protectivatly around her in their descent to the ground let go and he brushed the hair back from her face. "You okay Ruria?" He only slightly flushed as he looked at her...over him. We're her eyes always so gorgeous and lit? It reminded him of those exotic roses, not the red one's but not pink all together, somewhere where the two colors met together and bloomed. he was...well caught in her eyes for a moment. "Your eyes are very pretty." he said quietly, his hand that had brushed her face away now touched her cheek gently, holding it in place so he could stare a bit longer.

Her vindictive retribution had led her to tumble herself and Rajih onto the floor, and now she lay atop him, her full length over his body as if he -was- the floor. For a moment, she lay there stunned, her face smooshed flat into his chest. This was their doing, she knew it. She was almost too afraid to move - she knew her anatomy lessons, and what pressing button C did to lever A. It was only when she heard Rajih laughing that she dared to clamber into an upright position, only then realizing that his hands held onto her waist. Her breath caught in her throat as she felt a hand leave her waist, his fingertips brushing over her alabaster cheeks, taking away a few strands of escaped hair. He seemed to have a strange infatuation with fondling her hair, she had noticed.
The quiet demeanor in his voice as opposed to the hearty laughing he was doing only moments before took her off-guard. She blushed pink across her cheeks as she felt his fingers slide back and cup against her cheek. She had never shared this kind of a moment or reaction with another person before; it was somehow thrilling and somehow almost frightening, and yet most enjoyable. She couldn't take her eyes off of his, even as he spoke fondly about hers. She watched as they seemed to smolder under her shadow, and suddenly found herself unable to look at him directly. "Y-Yours are pretty, too." she responded. Her hands were rested upon his chest, and she seemed to have forgotten she was basically sitting on him.
The thought that he was a Majin came back to her in that moment, but it seemed funny to her now. She understood that they gained other witches' magic through touch or emotional bond, and yet she found herself not worried about this, even as there seemed to be a type of emotion building between the two, and he was indeed touching her. She reached a hand up towards the cheek his fingers lingered on, her own touching delicately against his knuckles, but her hand paused. She didn't quite know what she was doing.
"A-ah..... I-I I'm sorry, I seemed to have fallen on you i-in pursuit of divine, cranial retribution --" she was staggering over her words, which she usually took pride in forming eloquently.
The two culprit skulls seemed smug and entertained, swaying around in the air over the rather interesting scene before them.
