Rules and Procedures

This raffle will be open for submissions until Wedensday, January 18th at 6PM EST*. I currently have three slots open for Alternate Civilian Art. All entrants must already have an accepted character with official art -- either powered up, civilian, or student, it doesn't matter which one! This raffle is not open to any character who has won a free alt civ in the past 30 days.The theme of this raffle is COLORIST CHOICE! This month, instead of you specifying an outfit, you can post a prior civ + some style keywords plus 2-3 'do nots' -- and from that, I will design an outfit that will [hopefully] suit your character. As ever, I'll provide a sketch, flats, and then the final copy, allowing for some leeway, but you will not have control over this outfit, so beware! Also keep in mind that I will not be doing any jeans/t-shirts, chinos/polo shirts, or full suits -- so if your character is a boring dresser, this probably isn't the raffle for them! *Entries posted after this time but before I lock the thread will still be accepted.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To enter, use the following code, deleting everything between the brackets before you post! Half the time, he's lucky he's dressed at all, but he loves animal hoodies (especially shark ones - he loves the teeth!), dark or ninja-esque clothing, those cloth wristbands with sayings embroidered into them... Basically he's crazy, mis-matched and incredibly playful with a flair for the dramatic. "DO NOT"s: Women's clothing... well wait, if it were a disguise... OKAY. Nothing that would be categorized as 'formal' and he would never touch anything having to do with pirates. Ever. Not even with a ten foot pole.

Style Keywords: She loves to wear skin tight clothes or something that shoes a lot of skin. There's no such thing as skimpy or too tight in her mind. Often she is garnished with elaborate jewelry to the point that people may stare at her. "DO NOT"s: Boring skirts and shirts that a granny would wear! cardigans are a big no no to her too. Or floor length skirts.

Vicky definitely dresses to impress and turn heads. She loves to look sexy, but she always makes sure to keep away from trashy hooker territory. Either outfits are comfy and easy to wear, so non constraining. She makes sure her outfits match when she is trying to sell stuff at the market, but more often than not she picks random clothing any other day. "DO NOT"s: She would never wear super gothic style clothing or a lot of black. She also likes to avoid a lot of loose jewelry because she tends to lose it when she plays. Other than that, she will pretty much wear anything else!

Chances are she'll stick with a certain design or character to base her outfits on, like Snow White, Arowen, or even cupcakes. "DO NOT"s: She's not a bit punk fan, so she'd bu confomfortable in spikes and studs. She ahd nothing against punk elements, that is to say, ripped jeans, bright colors, but mixed in with her own softer edges.

Tshirts are generally in the pop culture/nerdy variety or random decal shirts that his sister sends him from various parts of the world. Shoes are generally comfortable types and mainly converse.
