LizzyMoo will be raffling off 3 FREE civvies dressed up in whatever crazy outfit your character would be wearing for Mardi Gras!

Rules:

• You may only participate in this if you have an existing ItnotM character with art. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  
• In order to qualify for this raffle, you need to have at least one post in this Mardi Gras ORP for the character you are entering!
  
• Each individual may only post with one entry/raffle ticket. This means if you have multiple characters participating in the Mardi Gras RP, you can only post one entry for one character total. Spread the love!
  
• No proxies, sorry again for any inconvenience.
  
• If you have won a free civvie this month (February) already, I would like to request you not participate in this raffle. Thank you for understanding.
  
• Please only post the filled out form I supply in this thread. This is not a thread for commenting on other people's outfit concepts.
  
• This will close for entries on Wednesday, February 29 at 9 pm PST. There is a chance that I may not be around at that time, so I will roll my slots when I am online next. I will be going based off time stamps for the closing.
  
• Please keep your Mardi Gras costumes appropriate for Gaia!
  
• For this raffle, I reserve the right to modify things as I see fit on the outfits. I may use your references completely, I might partially use it, or I might go a completely different direction.

If your character comes across a chubby cat with a bell collar and a star on her forehead, what food would they give her?: If Kallista sees a chubby cat with a bell collar and a star on her forehead. She would feed the kitty Pie! Lots and lots of Pie, such as blueberry and apple pie. Or any of the food items that were provided for the event, such as the coleslaw and biscuits.

Mardi Gras Costume: Mostly CC so far as actual design, colors, etc., I did type out a general description in my post. In summary, it's an outfit based off of this mask, however altered so her mouth is uncovered. If you want to play with the design further, go for it~ Layered dress in blues, greens, and black with various gold beads dangling on/off it...somehow. Accessory wise besides the mask, I figured she'd be wearing a few gold bracelets on either--or both--wrists, and I'd spotted these earrings and thought they were pretty neat. Thought this dress was kinda interesting, but I figured Lil's outfit in general isn't... nearly as big and extravagant. Shoes, hair (you know the style I typically have her in now >>; <3), and really any other details you feel like playing with, are CC~
