Saw it last night with some friends. We went in without knowing anything about it. The lady at the ticket booth described it as "like mixing Star Wars and Avatar".
It was actually really, really good.
Has anyone else seen it?

I saw it today. I very much did like it. Supposedly, Princess of Mars is said to be what actually inspired much of Star Wars and Avatar.

If this is true, then I am slightly disappointed that they never showed the "Sith". They were supposed to be these large hornet creatures that were feared or something.

I saw it today. I very much did like it. Supposedly, Princess of Mars is said to be what actually inspired much of Star Wars and Avatar.

If this is true, then I am slightly disappointed that they never showed the "Sith". They were supposed to be these large hornet creatures that were feared or something.


I guess maybe they didn't want people to think they were copying Star Wars? (Even though Princess of Mars came first, most people don't know that)

Honestly I did feel like parts of the movie were rushed though. Like in the beginning I was lost.
