WEEK 1: Day 001: New Beginnings
She stood alone in the open field. The brown grass came up to her waist. What was she looking for? Was she waiting for someone? Maybe she was just passing through. Whatever the reason she was in this particular field, she had long forgotten. The full moon was dazzling in the sky. The cool wind blew and swam across her skin and dress. The moon she thought, is so wonderfully beautiful and sorrowful. She shed a tear, and left it to fall.
"Miss?" A man's voice asked.
Her heart spun and she quickly turned to see who it was. He had long silver hair, quite unusual to a girl like her. He was a good bit taller too. (She wanted to be closer to the moon as well.)
"Did the moon call to you?" He looked from her to the moon and she followed his eyes.
"I..." She started. Could that be why she was here? Her head told her no, but her heart said yes. "I feel like it has, but I was here for another purpose first. But for some reason, I don't recall." She looked at him again. He came closer. The grass didn't shutter or shriek from his touch and he made no sound.
"The moon called to me. The moon told me you would be here." His ominous words scared and intrigued her. He put a hand to her face. His scent filled her nostrils and she lost the use of her limbs. Then she was in his arms. She struggled to look at his face. The last thing she noticed were his eyes. A sharp blue with silver streaks.
(This is the beginning of a new story, of a new relationship between two people falling in love under the moon. Soulmates kind of thing.)

WEEK 3: Day 003: Peace of Mind
Getting a comfortable feeling, wasn't so quite appealing, when the man with the hat, walked through her door.
He said, "Miss, Might I ask, if I could ask, could I borrow a shoe or maybe two?"
"A shoe?! What might a man, a man quite like you, want a shoe or maybe two?!"
"Oh, Miss! Must you know? Must I tell you so? I need a shoe, or two, for my little starling!"
Feeling quite frazzled, she found him a shoe actually two, he was quite ecstatic.
He paid the two, and went woo and she fell to her knees and said, "Oh silly me."

WEEK 1: Day 004: Childhood Memories
The snow fell softly as the distant church bell rang twelve times. She shivered.
10 years ago, she was here. She met him for the first time. He was sitting on a swing, staring at his feet. Merrie had ran away from the party declaring the new year, and stumbled upon this person in her spot.
He looked up at her, and smiled. "Happy New Year," he said softly. He stood. "This will be my last New Years. I don't know what to do about that. I feel like the world is crashing down on me." He took a few steps toward her.
"Hap-Happy New Years to you, too," she whispered.
He stopped in front of her. "Thank you." He looked at the sky and back at her. "I'm Danny." He stretched out his hand.
"I'm Merrie." she took his hand, but instead of shaking, Danny pulled her to him, holding her. He started shaking, sobbing. Merrie rapped her arms around him. He was a good head taller than her, probably the same age. Even though the situation was strange, she couldn't help but hold him, as she shed some tears herself.
He soon stopped shaking and mumbled, "I'm sorry." He pulled her away and looked into her eyes. "Thank you for being a friend to me. Thank you for letting me borrow your shoulder."
"Thank you for being here, when I needed someone to need me," She smiled at him.
"What a pair we make..." He looked at the sky, and let her go, looking back at her. "Hopefully this isn't the end for me. I want to me you again." His smile faltered, and a White light fell on him and disappeared, knocking Merrie on her feet.
That was so long ago. She didn't know what happened to the boy she had met, it was very fuzzy in her mind. A passing stranger had seen her lying in the snow and thought the worst, but took her to a hospital. She wished she could meet him again.
She sat on the swings and waited, looking at her feet, trying to remember more. She heard footsteps crunching on the snow and looked up. He took her breath away. He was about her age with beautiful silver hair and his eyes shown brightly. He sat on the swing next to hers and stared at the sky. She gazed at him, "Danny?"
He smiled. "You remember me?"
She jumped up and stood in front of him, looking into his eyes. "Your still alive?" She whispered.
His hands found their place on her rosy cheeks. "I was hoping I would see you again." He wiped the tear from her eye.

WEEK 1: Day 005: Speed
The horse walked quite slowly. He knew his day as champion was over. Time was against him now. A young human girl walked up to him. "I want this one." She smiled and held out her hand to sniff. So he sniffed. She didn't smell dangerous and had a sweet smell. She looked to an older man, "Daddy, I want him. You promised."
The man looked him over. "He looks like a good horse. I'll go talk to the keeper about getting him for you."
She giggled. I'm Aris. What might your name be? I guess I'll call you Luke for now." He nuzzled her arm, To show his approval.
Two days after Aris had taking him home, she decided to finally ride him, or her father finally allowed her to. "We'll warm up first, then see how fast we can go!" She told him excitedly.
Months went by and then they ran. He flew as fast as he could go, as they could go. Aris had worked him up to this point, he didn't feel his old leg wound thanks to her. He was made to run and Aris had helped him fly.

WEEK 1: Day 006: Mayhem
The wild wind raced around the room, pulling it's warm, comfortable air around. The AC kicked on and the tame and wild wind fought around the room. There's always an invincible feeling being in between the two winds and not coming to harm. But that invincibility always is shattered by the in-control roommate.
"You said you weren't gonna open the window!! Now it's all hot and humid in here!" She yelled as she walked through the door, it not even shut yet.
"I said that earlier because you were in the room!" I yelled back.
"Now it's gonna take forever getting it cool in here! I'm gonna wake up all sweaty!" She paced to her bed. "I can't believe this. You said you weren't gonna open it."
I didn't respond. I was hurt. I had told her when we started rooming together that I liked to open the window. Even if I say I'm not, I probably will. My heart felt the pain of her yelling. I wanted to cry. I was just minding my own business, studying for a final. How can she come in and just yell at me like that?!
I wasn't going to shut the window and I wouldn't let her win and I would just stay silent. She madly shuffled things that she needed into a bad. I wouldn't say sorry for opening the window. I wasn't in the wrong. Or was I? Then she left and I shut my window and just let the blinds fall. They crashed on the windowsill. The cold air ran down my back. It wasn't fair.
My heart fell into chaos and I couldn't study for the important final anymore. The cold air only rose the flames in my heart. My hand shook. A tear fell down my cheek. I gave up studying and just went to bed. I wasn't going to pass that 8:00 final.

WEEK 1: Day 007: Gilding a Lily
The girl was forced into a green dress, the color of her eyes, and to wear a lot of makeup. She didn't want it, but her father wanted her looking "appropriate" for the occasion. This would normally be fine, but the dress was too much. It had gold and silver thread intertwined in intricate patterns and there was lace everywhere. She didn't like wearing so much makeup, she didn't think she needed it. But this was her father she was talking about. Not even the most beautiful flower could go untouched. She hated it.
She suffered through the nights activities. Being presented, first of course. She would walk down the huge stairway and everyone would gasp at her. They wouldn't take their eyes off of her for at least ten minutes. Then there would be a meal and then a dance.
When she could finally escape, she just went out to the lit garden. There was a couple with their hands and lips all over each other, a most inappropriate show. She continued on to the large fountain. There was no one around safe the clear blue water and the embellished roses.
She looked at herself in the water. The only thing not completely over done was her mother's necklace. She had died four years ago. That's when her father became obsessed with beauty. A tear rippled the face of the water. She looked away. A lady should never cry for she would ruin her lovely face. She sat on the side edge of the fountain, with her hands over her face.
She wouldn't go back to the party. Her father would be extremely disappointed in her for ruining her "absolute perfect" look. If having a husband meant dressing up like this all the time, she didn't want it.
"Why so sad, pretty lady?" a male voice asked from behind. She jumped away from it, wiping her face on her dress. Oh well. He wasn't human. Surprise there. With the way she looked, she would attract every rotten man for miles, demons and other monsters included. This man though was just standing in the water. He wore odd clothing, but at least, he looked human. It could have been a troll or a Merman wishing to drag her to her death.
"I weep for my pitiful life. I cannot stand where my live is dragging me and I cannot dream of even thinking to stop it. My poor father would not only disown me, he would probably die in sadness. The only joy in life he gets is beautiful things and me one day being married." She told him.
"That doesn't seem too awful. Do you not want to be married?" He said with a frown and sat on the edge of the fountain.
She walked over and sat a little ways away. "It's not that I don't want to be married, but with me dressed like this, I'm sure to marry someone quite horrible."
"I see." He looked at the sky. "I understand how you feel. My mother is doing exactly the same thing. Sort of." He looked at her. "I am a demon, though you probably didn't want to hear that."
"I actually figured. You don't seem so bad though." She looked at her hands as she spoke.
"You see, my mother wants me to marry another demon, but I don't want to. I want to marry a human. She doesn't listen to me though."
She giggled. She just had the most ludicrous idea.
"Do you think that's funny?" He said a bit irritated, but sightly relieved.
"No. I just had a thought." She looked at him. "Why don't you marry me? You get your human wife and I get to chose my husband."
"I thought you didn't want to marry a monster," He questioned.
"I don't really care if you are, you seem nice enough."
"What if I'm only talking to you to get your blood or flesh? Monsters do do that."
"Your a demon. Not a monster. And besides, anything has to be better than this," sadness creeped into her voice.
He laughed. It was menacing, but not as terrifying as she thought a demon laugh could be. There were screams coming from near the mansion.
She laughed at it. They must be terrified at it. She met the demon's eyes. They glowed silver, taking her breath away. "I don't know your name."
"It's Ryu, Silvia."
"How...?" She gasped.
"This isn't the first time I've come here. I've just never said anything until now." He stood and walked towards her. He pulled her to her feet and looked her in the eyes, putting his hands on her face. "Silvia, will you marry me?"
"I will! But first, you must ask my father for my hand."
"As you wish. I shall be quick about this." He stepped out of the water, His outfit changing into appropriate ball attire. "Let's go!" He hurrahed and pulled her hand.
This was sure to be interesting, she thought.

WEEK 2: Day 008: First Romance
It was sweet. Like cherry twizzlers. Or cherry pie. wait a second... I opened my eyes and pushed him away. "What do you think your doing?!" I yelled. I was flabbergasted.
"Oh, I'm just kissing you. You seemed to like it," he said tilting his head.
"That was my first kiss, you, you... Monster!" I cried. But, I had liked it. It was... Different... I wouldn't let him know that.
He opened his mouth and I ran. Skipping school had never sounded so appealing before. I didn't leave campus though. I just went to the student kitchen. No one would be there now. I gasped for breath and then tried the handle. It was locked.
"Wait!!!" I heard the guy yell. "Come back! I'm sorry!"
I had to move. The nurse's office! She was a pretty nice lady. It was a floor down. The stairs were close, but I would have to back track. No time to think. Down it was. I saw him coming closer and just barely missed him going down the stairs, but I tripped. Oh man, I tripped. Then he was there and we were falling together, but we just stopped.
We weren't falling anymore. We were up right on the steps. I was so confused. "Will you please listen to me?" He pleaded. I nodded. He just saved my life. Even though I had been trying to get away from him. Story of my life.
He put his hands on my face. "That wasn't your first kiss." Wait, what? "I used to live here before. When we were in third grade. We were always together and then, I had to move. You were heart broken, and I tried to make it better, but I flopped and kissed you instead. You asked me to be your husband, like your parents."
"You couldn't be. That chubby little kid I was always protecting?! That was you?!" His hair was the right color, but he was much taller and more fit than I.
"Yah, that little guy....," he chuckled, "I've been waiting to see you forever."
"But..." That would explain why I didn't reject him. At first anyways.
The bell rang. "We can talk about this later. Let's get to class."
Later.....
I snuck away. I shouldn't have, but later could be tomorrow or the next day, right? I got home quickly, but when I opened the door...
"That wasn't very nice." I met him with a frown on his face. He was probably angry that I hadn't waited for him.
"You know, I'm not even surprised you got here first," I said giving up. He let me in the house.
"Sarah!! Is that you?!" My mom yelled.
"Yes, Mom! It's me!" I answered back.
"Your mom's just like I remember her." He chuckled. He sweetly guided me in and followed me to my mother.
"Oh good! You remember Thomas!" Thomas? He wasn't the little chubby kid. He was his brother.

WEEK 2: Day 010 Disillusionment
Everything I had once thought about my life was shattered when I heard the words "She's just a plaything. I'm dropping her soon."
Plaything? My heart pulled and I couldn't seem to breathe. I fell.
"Did you hear that?!" a lady voiced.
"Hear what?" the man criticized.
"Something fell!" Her heels clattered on the cold floor, getting louder.
"Oh my gosh! Jason!! It's her! She must have heard you!" A hand was placed on her shoulder.
"Ha! Let her be!" Jason said mercilessly. He pulled the woman away from her. "I would have liked to get rid of her my way, but this is fine!"
Numbness. That would be how he let me die. I owed him everything, but he didn't have the right to hurt me like this. Did he? My body believed so. My mind fought with itself.
"Hey miss!" A young voice asked. __-__-__-__ cat_surprised

WEEK 2: Day 011: Guardian Angels
White light sparked over the sky and fell right in front of me. A tall beauty stood there. Long white hair curled over her shoulders and she held a staff in one hand. She also had one important detail: She had wings.
She smiled. "Tiron?"
I nodded, hoping that she wasn't a demon here to eat my soul.
"Hello!" Her arms suddenly around me, "I'm your guardian angel, Silvia! Nice to meet you!"
At least she wouldn't eat me. "Why do you show yourself to me now? Aren't guardian angels supposed to stay be with a person forever? Where were you when I needed you the most?" I was angry at this shining lady. Where had she been when I got kidnapped?
She let go of me. "I couldn't come any sooner. I was trapped in a-," she winced," for a very long time." She sighed. "I know I have failed you, but I'm here now. Let me help you. Let me start by giving you your belated blessings."
Her staff glowed and created a blue ball and it went inside me. I felt warmth for the first time. The earth was suddenly beautiful, to my embarrassment. "What did you do to me?"
"The first blessing. The blessing of life." I will give you the others gradually, because you would be too overwhelmed now if I did."
I guess that makes sense. I felt weak from acknowledging the blessing. Maybe my luck had finally turned.
