Personality: Chaya is not a terribly mature person; she lazes, slacks, tries to get others to do things for her, and is easily excitable over relatively silly things. Toss this dog a bone; she'll be busy for - oh - the next five minutes or so. In spite of her flighty and sometimes distractable nature, she is a ferociously loyal friend and a good companion and protector. Once you've earned her trust, you have a friend for life. ... Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Chaya would like to be a proper guard dog when she grows up. To this end, she needs an education and a diploma to be eligible for really good postings. Also, her parents would like her out of the house; there is a new scareling on the way, and their haunt is small.
