Attacking: FirebladeNearing the edge of the woods, Sapphira noticed one of those druids she'd seen popping up recently. She could only assume that's what the kat was by its appearance. What else would have part of a tree for an arm?
She lingered in the shadows, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. Which, lucky for her, came up sooner than she thought.
Silently she waited, as still as could be except for her tail mildly swaying back and forth. Once the other was near enough for an attack, the vampire lashed out claws first.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 40

Attacking: Sapphira He had been tending to a tree he was rather fond of when the vampire attacked him, and he snarled, startled. The... horrible wench! How dare she! He whirled, trying not to wince at the slash he took from her, and growled out "I will get you back for this, woman!", then, using his rabbitlike speed, rushed at her, slashing downwards with the blad on the end of his arm, glaring in anger. Attacking: FirebladeAs agile as the Gangrel vampire was, Sapphira simply jumped to the side and avoided most of the attack. She did receive a slight, stinging cut on her arm, but she shrugged it off while laughing maniacally.
"Awww, did I upset the bunny-wunny?" she cooed at the druid. "I'm sorry, let me try again to make it better." With that, she lunged forward making mock smoochy faces at him, all while aiming her sharp claws for his non-woody arm.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 39

If he hadn't been annoyed before, Fireblade would have been now. Since he was, he was bloody furious. Her words, her attack... That left him hurting, which made him more irritated. "You... witch... I'll dice you!" And made a stabbing punch, the sharp end of the blade aimed for her belly, if he could manage it.

Attacking: FirebladeSapphira cackled as she stepped backwards off of the woody blade. He did leave a few splinters in her belly from the punch, causing some blood to trickle down, but she wasn't nearly done with him yet.
"Witch?" she grinned evilly, a fang showing. "Why, that's a new one!" She simply dove forward, her fangs at the ready to deliver a bite to his still outstretched arm if he didn't pull it back in time.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 36

He smirked some, as her teeth only scratched the skin, leaving a minor wound indeed. "A witch who can't even bite, what sort of vampire are you?" He said, in a sneering tone, as he tried a low slice, his blade glinting like the ironwood he was proud it was. Fireblade's Hitpoints: 29

Attacking: FirebladeSapphira felt the blade hit her shins hard, leaving some decent gashes on both that soon turned her fur red. The wound made her stumble backwards a little. She snarled, the pain searing her a bit. "Touché, I suppose I deserved that comment," she growled at him. The vampire dropped herself down on all fours and then leaped at the druid, hoping to knock him down and scratch him again.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 30

He swore as she hit, going down under her when she leapt upon him. "b***h that hurt... Well that was a better strike, I'll give you that... But your teeth have still not done much..." He grinned through the pain, thinking of the one advantage to her being directly atop him... A direct stab up should hit something good. He could only hope his hit struck and struck hard. Attacking: FirebladeSapphira cried out in pain, though it was more of a growl of a crazed animal than an actual cry. His stab got her good right in the gut, slicing her. She leaned back though she didn't move away from him just yet. One of her paws clutched her stomach tightly while the other clawed wildly, attempting to scratch up his pretty face.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 22

The claws to the face hurt but he was able to turn his face so at least she didn't get his eye. He snarled up at her, and slashed up again, trying for another gut strike... Since that was now a weak point for her. He knew the flesh there was soft to begin with, and after his previous strike... Well. Fireblade's Hitpoints: 18

Attacking: Fireblade"Ffffffuuuuu," Sapphira cut herself off with a cry, this one clearly more hurt than angry. She rolled to the side, off of the druid, clutching her stomach now with both paws. She cursed and spat in his direction, furious with herself for letting him get in such a good shot at her. She turned, still keeping her body close to the ground while clutching her belly, and lashed out with her tail attempting to land the deadly spikes on it against his chest.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 12

The spikes barely grazed his chest, and he gave a small hiss, but was able to brush the pain aside. However, her moving back made his next strike more awkward, and while he slashed at her, he had a feeling he'd have trouble doing much damage to the vampire. Fireblade's Hitpoints: 17

Attacking: FirebladeSapphira let a grim smirk appear on her lips as the druid made a clumsy swing towards her, leaving her with another little, stinging scratch. But the thought wasn't enough to keep her mind off of her bleeding, searing belly. "Guess you lost your good shots, huh?" she coughed out, still very much in pain. Letting go of her stomach for just a moment, she dove foward to the druid's side and made an attempt at stabbing his shoulder and pinning his woody arm down.Sapphira's Hitpoints: 10
