 As the leaves of autumn fell and turned to winter, Skoll was eating his last piece of candy. He looked up at the sky and shivered, I hate the cold..." he mumbled as he rolled onto his back.

 Richter trotted through the forest, his last Halloween candy, one of those cream filled eggs, lay in the plastic bucket between his jaws. He walked along until he came to a nice quiet place where he could enjoy his sweet in peace. Someone else was there, but they could be ignored easily enough.

Skoll looked over to the other were that had come into "his" area. He glared at the other till he saw his candy. Licking his lips, he got up and started to walk towards the other were.
The next thing that crossed his mind was how to get the candy from the other. He sure didn't look like he would just hand it on over and he sure as hell doesn't look like he frightens easy... Skoll thought hard about his plan till he was next to the other were. At that point, he thought he would wing it.

He began to growl softly as the other were approached, a warning that he would defend his last piece of candy with whatever it took. Though Richter found this were a curiosity and soon ceased his growling. He stayed in a defensive pose however.

Skoll started to analyze the other, starting with his pose. Defensive, as he thought.. It wsnt going to be easy to con or trick him for that candy but Skoll wasn't about to give up. "What brings you to my land?" He questioned softly as he began to play the role of a pathetic were.

"I was looking for a quiet place to spend the night," he said, wary. Richter knew what he himself was capable of and this kin was about his size, Maybe they'd be evenly matched. Or he could just leave with his basket, though that might encourage the other to hunt him. Richter was no prey.

Skoll sat down, "This place is certainly quiet. After all, I'm pretty much the only one who comes here." he mentioned as he yawned. "Where is your pack?" he questioned as he looked around. It wasn't often that a were would travel alone.

"I am the pack." Richter bristled, bearing his teeth. He looked about ready to spring away. Richter secured his teeth about the handle of his basket.

Skoll rolled his eyes, "You can't have a one wolf pack...Two, yes... one, no." He looked around again. There really wasn't anyone else, just this one were and his one wolf pack. Skoll sighed and stretched, "What the heck, you can stay here.... if you can answer me this..... What is your thoughts on Vampires." he questioned.

He shrugged and looked toward the other were. "Never spoke to one. Too stuck up with their holier than thou attitudes," he growled out, then shook his fur. "Plus they're straight up freaky."

Skoll grinned, "Good, then you can stay!" he said as he stretched. "You really don't have a pack, do you?" he asked then adding, "Why?" Skoll then sat and awaited his answer.

Skoll looked down then after some thought looked back at Ritcher, "Well if you would like... You could join my pack." he told the other as he looked around... He was alone too...

Skoll looked up at Ritcher, "I haven't found anyone worthy till now" he said as an excuse. Frankly, he just didn't really like being around a large pack... especially if he had to share his candy. "What do you say? Will you join my pack?" he asked again.
