He knew it the instant he let his eyes stray from that troublesome grey neko that he shouldn't have done it. It had only been for a few minutes, but obviously, a few minutes was plenty of time for Oashu to escape his watch. And now? Now he was stuck hunting the fur ball down before he got himself into any trouble, because it was bound to happen. The longer he was without proper guidance, the greater that trouble was just going to end up being. The last time had been completely decimated curtains. This time, he would rather not see the fruits of his charge's labor."When I get my paws onto him he will wish he was still a kitten for causing me this trouble." Oh yes, mark his words, Dai was annoyed. And it was really his own fault, too. He knew the trouble that Oashu could get into on his own and what did he do? Turn away and give the perfect opportunity for an escape. Perhaps he should have fully bonded to the ball of fuzz when he'd been younger, but he hadn't known just how badly Oashu would need to be watched. If anything it would at least let him have an idea where to start looking now to track him down again though to drag him back home! At least the park itself was pleasant though, there wasn't a need to get too worried yet when it was nice out. Right? Right, he could start worrying in five minutes.
