Pudding(Yellow) and Mint(Blue)
I'll see if I can scan my Mangas later, they wear Loli here and there.

They are maid's outfits cause they work in a cafe but they are kind of lolita aren't they. I never noticed before though.

If you watch/read it it does have a sort of lolita vibe...like if you took Sailor Moon and made her into an animal rights activist in a frilly(er) dress.
