 The TreasuryNear the white Moon Glen, where Queen Maya and her court resides there is a building from a bygone era. It’s old and worn, but it still stands and you can tell it’s still sturdy and will be standing far after other Herla’s are gone. It is called a Post Office, and it was very important in the guardian’s age. And it’s still important in the Herla’s.
When you walk in you will see Mions running back and forth, and one old and cranky looking herla walking among them. He calls this place the Treasury, and he was put here by the Queen to watch over the stores of Bottle Caps.
Some say he is a bit too dedicated to this job, but he’s the best Hart for the job. Along with his head Mion, he will keep track of your bottle caps. But don’t try and sweet talk him in to fattening your account; he’s kind of a scrooge.
Any time you earn caps be it through in thread games, grams or just having a handful thrown at you, you need to deposit them. How do you do that? Simple. You take the form below, fill it out one time for each deposited amount, sit back and prosper. It is required that you deposit your caps in the bank before you are allowed to spend them. Why is that? Because we like to keep track and we don't want to have to try and remember. We remember to give them out and you remember to deposit them. We have taken the liberty of taking our pre-system tally and adding it to the vault. Aren't we just so sweet?
On a related note, you don't have to tell us when you spend them, we'll know. How? We have our ways...
