What: Not exactly an error, but was it ever intended to tell on the front page how much rp is needed to earn the anthro stage? In 'Phony Life Stages' it only says "(parameters to be laid out soon)" for how it is achieved. There has not yet been one earned through this method yet, so I do not know if it's supposed to be one of those secret-y things to reward good little phony girls and boys, or if it was just never updated after the shop got off of the ground.

*You might consider tweaking the 'Auctions' section to include some changes that were present in the latest auction rules. Such as not taking items that have had no or very low rates of recent sales and only items that are worth over 100k.
*Also, another thing, maybe a note for potential auctioneers asking them to check the worth of the items contained inside of old Thank-You letters? When I was liquidating everything for the big auction battle, I learned that a lot of the time the letter itself could be worth up to 100k more than any of the items inside, and thus would not sale. I wish I had known this for the summer huge alicorn breeding auction, or I would have never used the Thank-You letters! I had absolutely no idea it would work like that. See, the last time I used the auction house for letters, generally the letters were worth less than the items inside. Then again, that was 2006, and I really should have known better!

*Under 'Naming' perhaps making a note that it does not have to be [cheery adjective]+[cheery noun] for naming your phonies. I know it says 'usually', but considering the number of not-so-sunshine and daffodils phonies we have romping around, it could use a bit of a update.
*Checking In. This one is a bit tricky, as it talks about rehoming phonies who have been left all to their lonesome. Unfortunately, there are quite a few very lovely phonies in phonyland who haven't had their owners peek in since they were won. Not sure if you decided to renounce this policy and never updated, or there simply hasn't been enough time for a phony rehoming yet.

What: Under 'Brief Summary of Strange Phony Abilities' several things could be updated to reflect new information from the show that was not quite available when the posts were written up.
*That ponywear has become a good deal more common than in the early depiction of the show, and generally is human-like clothing more than saddlewear.
*Pegesai can carry others, though generally with aid. In example, when Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy caught a free-falling Rarity and Spike with a cloth held between them. Another special circumstance would be in Sonic Rainboom, where Rainbow caught, I believe it was... three or four Wonderbolts plus Rarity, and carried them to safety. Of course, she had a lot of speed going for her that helped, but it is still pretty impressive.
*A little clearing up on Unicorn magic. Generally that magic is specific to their special ability- aka cutie mark. The only grand exception being if the phony's special talent is magic. Like Twilight- and to a lesser degree, Trixie. Though her's was more that her special ability was tricks, instead of just magic.

What: Not an error, but personally I find it would be helpful if the prices was a bit expanded. As in, a fancy dress will generally need a bribe that costs about X amount, that sort of thing. Though to be fair, I'm not exactly 100% on how bribes work in the first place!

Random Suggestion Box Ideas:

*Either on the main thread, or in the PERMABABBIES guild post, it would be really helpful to have a note/rule on what to do after the quests are completed. I could swear I saw something for it before, but now I cannot find it. Either to PM the mule, or post somewhere with links when all the required RP is completed for review. That sort of thing.

*Would it be possible to have a list somewhere that states what breedings have happened and what the litter name was? I think keeping a clear, chronological record that is not cluttered up by babben names will help prevent little accidents like a phony getting to do a breeding event twice in a row. Also, will help to keep record of breedings when all of the babbens involved in it have grown up.

*The number one newbie error that seems to crop up is people posting or making quests assuming that this is Equestria or that they are unaware that the phonies are factory-made. I see there is a second post on this exact subject in the quest rules, but perhaps a more prominent post on the front page would help circumvent that, so then you're not having to make huge corrections and do multiple re-QCing when it comes time for events?

*One thing I've always waffled about was that if it is okay to contact quest-makers about their quests- so a clarification rule would be nice. A few other regulars as well as myself have seen simple, but large, mistakes in quests (like thinking it is an Equestria-based shop) and do not know if it is within our bounds to go ahead and pm/quote them in thread to make the correction so you do not have to go through the laborious process when it comes to QCing.

*On the same vein as the suggestion above, people are often impatient to have their quests QC'd, especially if they are new and don't know the speed the shop operates at. Perhaps it would help settle people if you had like... Quest Advisers- not anyone that could post in the people's quest posts or approve anything, just a list of names of willing regulars who know the drill that the quester can PM/contact at any time if they have questions about their quest.

*A post somewhere, perhaps in Product Album or in the Boutique post on the main thread, with all phonywear images would be great. I may have accidentally forgotten to save Valiant's Finn costume and had jump through the mule's posts. Which isn't a terrible inconvenience, but it would seem more practical to have it displayed- it is a pretty popular aspect of the shop, after all.

Ach, I'm sorry to bother again, but you guys put Dainty Delta (and Knots, too) under Earth on the front page... they're both unicorns! o uo;;;

Any other details?: I also find the last bit if the flatsale information confusing as it says you'll have 24 hours to pay, but if you aren't heard from in 48 it will be rerolled. So maybe it's just me but it seems unclear as to how many hours you have.
