RP Prompt Reply: Yes/No (if yes, your reply should be inside the spoiler tags)
This can be answered as a Kawani persona, Soq that you already own, or any combination. You may NOT use a Soq or persona that belongs to anyone else. Prompt: Its late afternoon, and as you journey under the warm sun, you heard a faint rustling of grass off to your left. A part of you wants to ignore the sound, but your curiosity is piqued, and you decided (maybe against better judgement) to head over and investigate what you heard. As you make your way closer to the taller grass, the rustling is more prevalent. You decide to pull back some of the grass, and before your eyes, a neatly woven basket is lying within.

I am looking: Basket, Gift, Rehome. I LOVE baskets because it means I'm part of a family and I adore that~ I'm not so sure what a co-own would be like in Soq, so if you run me through the basics of what you want I'd be open to that. I like RPing.

Reply: Lyric was never one to stay close to home.
Despite the many times his mother had pleaded, the boy would run off as a foal for hours and return home with either the assistance of another, or with a grumbling father behind him. He grew up fast, and the second he did he had kissed his mother and father goodbye before fleeing into the world.
Newly grown, and already out of the nest.
Adventure called to him. He yearned for it and lusted it. So, when the rustling began his heart skipped. Not out of fear, no. More out of an inherent joy at the fact that already it was beginning. Something new, something fresh! He, without any trace of worry or tension, galloped over and pulled the grass apart. Was he about to meet an animal or vicious bug? Or perhaps a familiar was finally bonding with him? Or perha-
Perhaps a basket.
His eyes widened as his head tossed backwards in alarm. Who had left such an innocent basket on it's own?! He should leave it be, lest it's parents came home and attacked. Yet.... who would leave a basket unattended? With if a Skinwalker came by? How could someone just abandon a basket, no matter for what reasons? Lyric Amachi had grown up in a tight family, the mere idea of this nonsense was unfathomable!
But what was he saying? Was he, perhaps, offering to take the basket elsewhere? Ha! Where? He was a newly grown man, nothing more! He had no experience with children! And yet, what else could he do except just leave it as it's parents had done? He couldn't.... Yes, maybe he had no experience being a father.... but no one was damning him to that fate yet. He just needed to take it somewhere safe, and watch over it until a parent came searching or.... or it popped open. What would he do then?
"Well, kiddo. I guess I'll be babysitting you for the time being...." He'd worry about that if it came. Right now, he needed to find a proper hiding place for the basket and keep it warm. Now.

Reply:Sable's eyes widened in surprised as she registered the basket sitting in front of her. She looked around, trying to see if there was anyone nearby who might have left it, but the whole area seemed deserted. The grass waved in the wind as she leaned down, sniffing the basket. Her head lifted and she walked in a wide circle, attempting to find whoever'd left it, but she still found no one. No hoofprints in the dirt, and no sounds or scents carried on the wind save for those of the wildlife living in the surrounding area. It took only a split second for Sable to know that she would be bringing this basket with her, for better or for worse -- she had been adopted as a foal, and she knew without thinking about it that it was time for her to do the same for this basket. Surprised and pleased, Sable returned to the basket and took it with her as she headed home.

Reply: A women walks on her journey home, this is what she did ever other Sunday morning. But this one morning was different somehow, and she felt it inside herself. Or was it just her mind playing tricks on her with the sound of rustling grass. But when she cleared out her ears she still heard the sound. Quickly turning around, she saw the grass move on it's own. Cautiously, she crept over and went to check it out. "What is this..? A-a basket?" Asked herself aloud, pulling back the grass. After looking around, she picked it up."Oh, dear... Oh my stars.." She explained examining it with curiosity and concern. She wondered how long it's been out there, alone in the sun. Figuring she should do something, she was careful to take it back to her home.

Reply:
((going as my familiar... a little mouse)) With a small twitch of her little nose, Desert Rose moved closer to the basket curious about what was inside. Perhaps she could take a little peak at it and figure it out, but then being such a small creature, perhaps it was best to let the basket be. She could certainly hear sounds coming from it but she wasn't sure if that meant that it was a good thing or not. She had heard of Soquili being born in a basket, perhaps this was one of them?
Climbing onto the top of the basket the little gold and crimson mouse looked around trying to see if she could find the owner of the basket. She couldn't leave something so defenseless on its own if it was a baby! Even with her small size she could at least try to protect the little creature inside as well as wait for its parents. Making up her mind she curled up and waited. Someone had to come by eventually right?
