So I finally gave in and made a plot journal. Until I can come up with more ideas, I'll only post a few chosen noodles that I DESPERATELY want mates/ONS/friends for. Everyone else is of course available for roleplay too, see my regular journal for all of my noodles.

Name: Paradigm Shift Mate/ONS?: Mate primarily, but won't object to an ONS with a really good plot. Breedings: 3/3 Sexuality: Personality matters more to her.
What I want for them: - Overall character development - Meeting other time travelers? - Someone to give her life a meaning again, she needs something to tether her to a single world line. - Hair edits and matching colors much preferred, but not an absolute must
Personality: Paradigm is about as broken as they come. A long time ago, she was deeply in love with her best friend, who died in a tragic accident, and in her desperation Paradigm somehow managed to leap back in time to before the incident, attempting to save her friend from their fate.. only to fail. Repeatedly. She would jump from world line to world line, managing to slightly alter events, but everything inevitably led to the death of her beloved. This has taken a heavy toll on her psyche, and she has very little regard left for herself. Her tampering with time had the consequence of her existence becoming an anomaly - she has in a sense ceased to be. Whereas a regular person exists on countless alternate world lines at once, there is only one of her, and she drifts between worlds, with nothing really keeping her in place. When it first happened, it frightened her, but waking up in completely unfamiliar places has become the norm for her. Somewhere along the way of her futile attempts to alter fate, she developed the ability to see glimpses of possible outcomes in situations, and strives to always bring about the better scenario, regardless of the cost she herself would have to pay. She also has "reading Steiner", the ability to sense divergence change while she's staying on a world line.
Plot ideas: Be my reason - this would be my preferred route for matehood. Paradigm needs somebody to make her feel like she's worth something, and that she has a place where she belongs. This would take time, and likely seem fruitless at first, but deep down she is incredibly loyal. If somebody told her they really needed her, she would eventually cave in.

Name: 'Major' Motoko Kusanagi Mate/ONS?: Primarily ONS, as I don't see her settling down with one person that easily.. Breedings: 3/3 Sexuality: Bisexual, with a preference towards females - with cybernetics, identical body parts function better together...
What I want for them: - Basically anyone from a more futuristic setting. Motoko's a cyborg with nearly her entire body being prosthetic, though it doesn't show outwards. Robots or anyone with some advanced technology at their disposal would be preferred.
Personality: The Major's certainly in a league of her own. She's a brilliant soldier, a high-grade hacker and a strong-willed woman who's not afraid to take risks, even putting her own life, or at least her body, on the line. (It's expendable, seeing how it's nearly all artificial anyway) She has a tendency of doing things her own way, and occasionally shows a rebellious streak, even coming off as rude at times. However, she's a loyal teammate who always looks after her companions and subordinates, and is also perfectly capable of being playful and charming when she so prefers.
Plot ideas: I'm sadly drawing a bit of a blank here. Motoko's my first cosplay, and I haven't RP'd her that much. As stated above though, I'd really like her to meet Noodles from cyberpunk-type settings, even if just for general interaction.

What I want for them: -someone with a similar 'task' or overall attitude towards death as her would be amusing. -no clashing colors, please! Some kind of wings are a must, hair much preferred. -Seeing how her current planned ONSes are, I'd want her last breeding to be with a creepy monster-ish noodle as well > 3>
Personality: Ashtoreth, or Asta if you manage to get on familiar terms with her, is a dark fairy. Her kind are similar to will-o-wisps in the sense that they lead travelers astray in the woods, usually into bogs or other dangers, generally resulting in death. While she finds some amusement in this, she's not really evil, she just doesn't put much value on life and death is inevitable. Just make sure you don't harm any of the butterflies that are constantly flocking around her, or you might just invoke her wrath.. Overall, when you meet her, Asta is quite polite and charming, sometimes even flirtatious. She'll occasionally wander out of her woodlands home to mingle with mortals.

What I want for them: -someone equally creepy. O uO -colors that work together, please ;v; Otherwise not picky with looks!
Personality: Dementia is, simply put, insane. She was the firstborn of a wealthy family, but since she started speaking to spirits her parents had her confined to an asylum since childhood. Eventually, she broke out, murdering her mother in the process, and has since been wandering about cemeteries, speaking with the lingering spirits and 'helping' people rid of their 'tainted' flesh by killing them. Pretty much only her two younger sisters are exempt from her view of all living things being filthy, and towards them she's unsettlingly affectionate. Her behavior and speech sometimes slips into a very childlike manner, another sign of her mental instability.
Plot ideas: Let's help them together - Someone who would join her in her efforts towards 'cleansing' the filthy bodies of the living. This would blossom into a friendship or maybe even a romance, but anyway I want my creepy little murderer to have creepy murderer friends.

What I want for them: - Someone who can either keep up with her bounciness, or someone mellow who'll keep her still a little more often - Gamer buddies! People who like cooking! Food and video games are her two main passions (gymnastics are just her second nature really) so I want her to make friends with similar interests. :3 - For a mate, appearance-wise I'd want at the very least a hair edit. Not picky with colors or markings, but.. no rainbows or anything super bright, please.
Personality: Lan's really bright, bubbly and active, and takes to people quite quickly. She's extremely playful and excitable, and loves to jump and climb around, but on occasion can turn out to be a bit of a klutz too. Her perhaps greatest talent lies in cooking, something that runs in the family. Her parents run a relatively successful restaurant, and she works there part time as a waitress. Her other interest is video games, and she plays a great variety of them.

Name: Banshee Bloo-Pardus Mate/ONS?: Mate! This girl is too fragile and precious for ONS. Breedings: 3/3 Sexuality: She doesn't really have a preference.
What I want for them: - Someone kind! The poor girl's already been through a lot in her short life, and at least until she gains more confidence, strife isn't desired. - Appearance-wise, I'd like someone with minor edits at least.. and colors shouldn't clash too much. Creepy appearance but a kind heart are a BIG plus in my book!
Personality: Banshee is incredibly timid and shy, but at the same time curious about other people. Her power, or curse, is channeling the anguish of departed souls as screams resonating in others' minds whenever she feels upset. She's been trying to learn to control it, but for the time being she needs someone with enough magic to shield themselves and others around to not cause terrible headaches and pain. Because of her 'gift' she thinks of herself as a monster, despite being brought up by loving adoptive parents - her biological mother was sadly too terrified of the bowl's power to stay around.
Plot ideas:
I want to feel beautiful - Someone needs to come along and make poor little Bane convinced she's not a terrible monster undeserving of love. Whether this someone was immune to her power, resistant to it, or simply learned to tolerate it is up to you, but I really want my poor little girl to find a prince for herself. I would absolutely love love LOVE if this 'savior' was somehow monstrous in appearance as well - to make her understand there's so much more to us on the inside.

What I want for them: - Some edits are a must. If nothing else, they should at least have hair (and some accessories?) - Colors need to be able to work together. I would prefer someone with simple/no markings, since her henna tattoos are so detailed. x_X; - Preferably not someone completely evil? For a mate I would want someone who's not out to take advantage of her.
Personality: Ishtar is rather playful, and a little childish, occasionally flirty, and a bit spoiled but not intentionally selfish. She's grown up isolated from the world and therefore has basically zero knowledge of how the world works. She wants to learn, and she wants to see as much as possible.
Plot ideas:
Make my wish come true - Ishtar is half djinni, though she doesn't know this. If someone were to make a wish, she would be bound to them until said wish came true, and she can only have one 'master' at a time. This will frustrate her greatly, at least in the beginning depending on which way this plot goes. This is the only possible way I could see her having an ONS - if someone simply asked her for a child/family. This setting could also be used for a future mate - someone for example wishing for companionship or just a 'girlfriend'. What would start out as something forced, could eventually blossom into an actual relationship with genuine feelings.
The world's a cruel place, kid - I want my little princess to get into some kind of trouble. Perhaps even a life-threatening situation? After all, she's always been kept safe from any kind of harm, she still thinks the world's completely safe. I don't want her to suffer any permanent injuries, but an eye-opening experience about the dangers of the big ol' outside would be welcome.
Set me free - This plot is optional, and would have to take place after Ishtar's managed to fulfill at least one wish. Becoming aware of her djinni heritage, she realizes the only way she could ever be free from fulfilling wishes is if someone wishes it for her. While I would prefer this plot to happen with her eventual mate, even just a very good friend would do.

Name: Freyja Morana Mate/ONS?: Would accept one ONS with a good plot, but will eventually want a mate for her. Breedings: 3/3 Sexuality: Bisexual, slight preference for males.
What I want for them: - I'd like her to come across someone with an extremely dominant personality, one that would leave her no choice but to submit. Whether they're evil or kind doesn't matter, as long as their presence is simply overwhelming to her. >3 - Dark colors and glowing markings are preferred but not a strict requirement! Also would really love some edits, hair especially.. but will not fuss over those if their appearances work together otherwise.
Personality: Freyja can be extremely cold and condescending. Out of the two sisters, she's the slightly more quiet one, and a little socially awkward. She's very distrustful and thinks everyone has an ulterior motive, and is positive genuine kindness doesn't exist. She can hold a polite conversation for a while.. but will eventually lose interest and simply walk away without even apologizing. She's the daughter of a death god and an ice spirit, and exudes cold air, sometimes freezing objects she touches.
Plot ideas: Honestly speaking I have no clear plots in mind for her! She still needs some fleshing out, so simply general RP is much loved as well! And if you come up with an idea, please tell me!

Name: Belmonte Capulet-Montague Mate/ONS?: Mate highly preferred, but would maybe accept an ONS with good reasoning. Breedings: 3/3 Sexuality: Bisexual, might lean more towards males
What I want for them: - Someone who'd also have magic that has to do with music or plant life would be loved! Or a Noodle who really likes to read, or enjoys theatre. Those are big passions in his family and it'd be nice if his mate shared those. - Musical markings/themes would be a really big plus ;u; I don't want his family's theme to be lost along the way. - A Kirin or Aquatic Noodle would perhaps be an interesting combo with him.. but I will again put higher priority on their colors working together than the breed or possible edits. And of course personality is the most important factor!
Personality: Belmonte's very quiet and withdrawn when you first meet him. He's slow to warm up, but once he takes a liking to you, you'll see some other sides to him as well. He's very passionate about his books and pretty flowers, and once you get him started on those subjects he can keep talking for hours. He's also inherited a little magic from one of his mothers - his ability is to restore vitality to flowers, being able to keep cut flowers blooming much longer than they normally would, or revitalizing withered bushes to their full glory. Music is also something that runs in his family, and you can often hear him humming or singing something to himself while he bakes or arranges flowers. Monty has extremely sensitive hearing though, and loud noises irritate him.
Plot ideas: Monty simply needs someone to bring him out of his shell! Someone with similar interests, but a more outgoing nature should come along and drag him to things.. a little like what happened with his mothers.

What I want for them: First and foremost Mei needs more character development.. But appearance-wise I'd like prospective mates to have some kind of edits - animal ones especially would be loved.
Personality: Mei speaks in third person. Her current main personality is curious and somewhat childlike. I say 'main' because she is literally a stuffed doll brought to life, with several souls bound inside her stitching. Due to this other personalities may randomly surface, but all of them will share the same name and the tendency to speak in third person.
Plot ideas: Will be added once she's a little more fleshed out! ..hopefully.

These noodles are either already mated(or close to that point) or simply aren't ready for love yet! Instead, they'd be glad to make friends.
What I would like for them: - Family RP (Skellingtons!!!!) - Nightshade needs friends. <3 - Someone to help her learn more about potions
Personality: Nightshade is a pretty bubbly girl, who idolizes her older sister Firefly to a point it's almost creepy. She's incredibly proud of her Halloween Town heritage, and aspires to become as great with various potions and poisons as her great-grandmother Sally. Overall she loves everything creepy and macabre, but doesn't shy away from bright and cute things either. At times, she can also be incredibly dramatic and theatrical, a trait that comes from the other side of her family. As her mouth is stitched shut, she can speak, but it's rather muffled and sometimes hard to understand. Occasionally she'll just resort to pen and paper instead to make it easier.
Plot ideas: Does this taste like bitter almonds? - Nightshade wants to become a master of potions and poisons.. but there's only so much you can do alone.

Name: Tomorrow Comes Today Nymphalis
What I would like for them: - Family RP (the Gorillaz line is pretty huge) - Meeting other monsters/undead creatures - She also needs somebody she can snack on without having to kill
Personality: Tomorrow is rather quiet and gentle, but has a bit of a bloodlust in her she can't really control. She's cannibalistic, only feeding on other Noodles - preferably live ones. Due to the nature of her mother's existence, Tomorrow is indifferent to death, though she would never be able to bring herself to kill somebody herself. She loves music and books, and has recently taken an interest in music boxes, due to meeting a boy named Toshiaki who collects antique ones. Since then Tomorrow has managed to get her hands on a few as well, and considers those her treasures. The girl isn't particularly chatty, and quickly grows tired of long conversations. She'll gladly listen to you speak, but her replies will eventually shorten to a just a few words.
Plot ideas: May I have a taste? - I'd like Tomorrow to make a friend who would be okay with being her meal now and then. If they had magic with which to heal themselves afterwards, that would be even better.

Name: Baldr Esmee
What I would like for them: Friends, enemies, overall character development! This family is precious to me and they need all the RP.
Personality: Baldr has a rather reserved personality. He doesn't speak much, and is incredibly inept at expressing emotion - anything other than rage, that is. However, the only thing that would ever cause him to fly off the handle is if anything threatened something that was 'his' - his mothers, sister, or potential love interest. He's half dragon, and as such possesses inhuman strength, and the ability to transform into a winged dragon whelp, his primary elemental affinity being ice. He can freeze things with his touch, and has an icy breath as well, something he's trying hard to learn to control. At best, he'll feel like he's just taken a cool shower (sans the being wet part). He's incredibly possessive and jealous over his younger sister, Khione, and his awkward affection towards her borders on inappropriate at times.
//EDIT NOW IN ADULT FLAVOR! As Baldr grows, the ice growing on his body eventually encases his muzzle, rendering him mute just like his 'small mother', Amrita. He's still his quiet, gentle self, but now has more control over the power his dragon heritage has granted him. However temperature control is still something he has trouble with, and he occasionally freezes things he doesn't intend to. His temper is slightly more under control now, though it does still flare up if certain conditions are met.. and at that point it's best to run for cover, as dragons can be destructive when they lose it.
Plot ideas: I want something bad to happen to Amrita, so that Baldr would completely lose it and let his powers out in full swing.

Name: Parabellum Liddell Airay
What I would like for them: - Wonderland RP! Own a noodle from the Wonderful Wonder World series? Please toss them his way! Be it for a random sparring match, mischief, or a tea party, Bell is always up for something fun! He does sometimes get lost and ends up on the 'Outside', which would be the only time he'd be able to come across non-Wonderland denizens.
Personality: Parabellum or Bell is the second youngest son of Alice and Boris. Calico is his twin sister, though their personalities are largely different. Bell is excitable, loud and prone to getting in trouble whereas Cali is more on the quiet side and often has her nose buried in books. Bell lacks any particular bloodthirst that many of your average Wonderlanders seem to possess, but certainly won't say no to a playful practice fight with someone. In any actual danger, he'll rather just aim to incapacitate his assailant instead of going for the kill. All in all, Bell's a rather playful Cheshire kitten and takes quite a bit after his father.
Plot ideas: ALL THE WONDERLAND RP PLZ.

What I would like for them: - Meeting other AIs and/or musically inclined noodles!
Personality: Digital Love - or simply Love - is a very sweet and easygoing guy, but also very easily flustered. He's completely wrapped around his mate Derezzed's little finger, and would literally burn down a city for her if she really wished for it. He's not violent - it's just that when it comes to his 'doll' Rezz, nothing else is of any importance, and Rezz knows this quite well. Music is in his code, and you'll never really see him without headphones. He could most likely sing you Daft Punk's entire discography if you were to ask him.
Plot ideas: Beep boop will add when stuff comes to me

What I would like for them: - Meeting other AIs and/or musically inclined noodles! - Overall RP/character development!
Personality: Get Lucky/Lucky/GL is an AI like both of her parents, and as such in incredibly fascinated with anything and everything organic! She just doesn't understand how organic beings function, and would love someone to try and explain! Music is her number one passion, and she'd love nothing more than to make musical friends - maybe even start a band?
Plot ideas: What is life? - GL really doesn't understand what life truly means/is, so if someone was willing to try and explain it to her, that'd be awesome. Let's make some noise! - GL has some decent talent with a keyboard and vocals, and she would really want to start a band~

Hrmm... I wish I could steal all your plots! That said...
I'm thinking about tossing Eris at Motoko. I'm not entirely sure how this would go... if it would go well at all even. Eris just needs something in her life to give her purpose. Rather that's being Motoko's subordinate.. or just learning things from her.. or just sparking an idea in Eris.. I dunno. I'm mostly just hoping that she could perhaps get Eris interested in something other than being lazy and depressed. It doesn't look like it, but Eris is the granddaughter of a more cyberpunk related Noodle (which is why she has the bombs and grenade), so even teaching her more about that would be fun.
That said... I'd like to see if something could happen between them. I'm not sure if it could, but its a thought.

Hmm. That's a pretty interesting idea! Like stated above, Motoko's not particularly likely to settle with a mate, but she also very badly needs general RP! And the Major sure doesn't mind having people to boss around. xD They might clash at times from what I recall of Eris as a kit, but still this could turn out fun. :3

lol Like I said, I'm not sure how it would work. She's one of those muses who are extremely fickle and doesn't decide what she likes until she's in the situation. That said, I do think she wants someone who can control her to a degree... but she would never admit it.
Either way, it could provide some much needed rp to help flesh out her personality and we could see what happens from there. =33

Definitely! I'll be honest, I'm not entirely after an ONS.. though I'm not saying it couldn't happen. Though if that was the case, I'd probably offer Tala instead. Though I don't really see the two of them getting along since Tala is evil in nature; Eris could go either way. xD
This all just really depends on what happens when they meet and seeing how they get along. =333
