Nickname: Mr. Komarnicki to those who don't know him very well, Luka to those that do know him well
Age: 28
Race: "demon" as a general term, though his small sub-group of people called themselves Kairyin.
Classes taught: Creative Writing
Position: Typically seme, can have uke-ish tendencies depending on who he's with
Abilities:
- Feeds from the emotional energy of people around him.
Special features: He would say that all of his features are special because he's vain, but he does have a few noteworthy features.
- In certain light his eyes appear to have an almost otherworldly shimmer to them.
- He has three bands of discoloration across the skin of his torso and upper arms that are actually burns.
Personality: The first thing people will notice about his personality is that he can be quite... eccentric. He has odd views on the world and isn't afraid to share them. Besides being outspoken on his opinions to the point where it sometimes gets him in trouble, he is also outspoken on his interests... this is especially the case when it comes to flirting. Lucas doesn't so much flirt as straight up offer invitations. And because he's a vain creature, he thinks of it as a compliment to allow someone the chance to be close to him.
When it comes to his job, he can get serious. He's got a passion for writing and is excited to have a way to share that passion, make money, and possibly feed off of the emotions that should be stirring through the students of his class during their assignments while he's at it.
Crush: No particular crushes to speak of, but he does get interested in people fairly quickly in a non-romantic sense(at least for now).
Bio: Luka belonged to a house of Kairyin where they kept separated from human-kind and most other non-humans as well. As a general rule, humans were seen mainly as a source of food, but Luka couldn't help but get himself sucked up into their culture. Other demons were doing it, why shouldn't he?
As a young teenager he began to sneak out into the human city. It was there that he met with a struggling author at a coffee shop and began to make his first ever friend. Well, as it turned out, Luka couldn't stop himself from feeding off of the frustrations of the unpublished young man... but what the guy didn't know wouldn't hurt him, right? Besides, it was through this fateful meeting that Luka came to realize the amount of emotion that got put into writing and so he began to latch onto the hobby. He sought out other people who wrote, and artists and musicians that all seemed to gather at certain restaurants and hangouts in the city. Life was wonderful and interesting, not to mention every night on the town was an emotional buffet all around him.
Though all good things came to an end, and for Luka the end of his adventures out in that city came abruptly and by force. The elders of his hidden home caught him, bound him in iron cord, and punished him for his escapades. Instead of getting him to repent however, this triggered Luka to flee from his people and seek out a new life. He went to school, liked the atmosphere there, and decided he would become a teacher so that he could more thoroughly indulge in his love for writing. The fact that he would be surrounded by hormonal, emotional teenagers on a daily basis was a nice plus.
