Eeyore walked his slow, steady pace around Dream Valley, silently searching, for he had once again lost his tail. He watched everyone and everything around him as he acutely measured his footsteps, half-expecting to step on the silky pink bow that held it all together."One of these days I might be able to keep up with it..." he told himself in his slow, punctuating tone, musing on where it might be and how he might re-acquire it. His ears flopped around as he heard what sounded like a frustrated tone coming from nearby. He slowly turned and found himself gazing upon a pony that was blue, much like himself. Might as well he thought as he made his way to the other pony. "Excuse me," he asked, stopping a few feet away from the pony, "I'm sorry to interrupt, but...have you happened to see a tail lying around anywhere? Blue and black, with a pink bow on the end, perhaps?"

Indivar had been doing what he did best, hiding, when he had backed onto something painful. He yelped, and looked back. Something was stuck to his foot. He looked forward and saw that the butterfly he had been sneaking up on had flown off. He made a small frustrated sound. He looked again at what was stuck to his hind leg, somewhat painfully at that. Before he could figure out what it was, someone spoke to him. He moved carefully to turn and face the other. He listened to what the other had to say and groaned. That description...
He lifted his hind leg to look at what was stuck to him. Blue. Black. Pink bow. He twisted as best he could to hold up the leg. "This?" he asked, a bit pained.

"That would be it," Eeyore confirmed in his slow tone. "Somehow it doesn't surprise me that it ended up like this." He noticed the pained expression on Indivars face and stayed silent a moment before adding, "I'll take that off your hands and get you a bandage if you'd like. My sincerest apologies for the trouble. I can't seem to keep track of the silly thing." He tilted his head away from them, toward a small home that was a few miles back, "I also have some honey at home if you're hungry, it's the least I can do for the trouble my goofy tail has caused you. Were you in the middle of something? I can fix you up and you can continue on your way in a few minutes if you're busy. Oh," he stopped, as if something had just clicked in his mind, "my name is Eeyore. I probably should have said that earlier."

"You are free to have it back," he muttered, "sooner would be better than later." He remembered his manners, albeit later than Kinfe would have been pleased with. "I am Indivar Sunil. And thank you for your offer of a bandage, and of a snack. I have no where else to be, specifically. I just, will be more sociable when there isn't something stabbing my foot. There must be something stuck to the tail, be careful." Then a thought occurred to him. How did one's tail fall off in the first place? His moved, nervously, as of to reassure himself it was still there.
