Characters:
Setting:
Quote: Time: Early Night, 8pm! Weather: Light Snow, and Cold enough for a Jacket! Location: Winter Solstice Celebration in the Isle Center
Prompt:
Quote: During the Winter Solstice Celebration, Snow has fallen, and a blanket of fresh snow has been layered upon the Isle Center. Decorations have been put of and the celebration is in full swing, now that night has taken over! It seems that your characters have somehow been put to help run vending stands! Teamed up together, your characters encounter so many ulayas! But this time, this stand... is selling interesting trinkets. The Ulaya who owns it is rather old and needs all the help she can get she says- but so far. Nothing is moving..... Instead, the NPC That you can play- while you wait for customers tells you an interesting tale about a Goddess who saves her daughters with her very last breath. The tale is of an epic battle between Darkness and light that your characters seem to have been determined to help sell as much as possible! But to the right owners! Despite the story- slowly the lil stand begins to get busy and oh and behold! It seems like the old ulaya does need all the help!
Special #1:
Quote: At the end of the day- when all the vendors start to pack up. The old Ulaya seems to admire the two of your characters. Then says- they may pick one item each. But an item that speaks to them. "Happy new year...Oh and if I could be invited to your wedding uhuhuh <3 You two look like such a lovely couple~ <3"

Leaping up in the air Riddick swatted at a snowflake that had chosen to fall down in front of him, another one landing on the tip of his nose. Sniffling and giving it a wiggle in reaction to the cold touch, the leopard spotted ulaya flicked the tip of his tail in a playful manor. He was excited that today was the solstice and the festivities during the evening would bring lots of fun and entertainment throughout the night. Sniffing the air, Riddick began bounding towards the hillside the celebration was being held on, keeping the scents of food and winter in his path the whole walk. The sounds of the festival and glow only meant that he was getting close and unable to wait any longer, Riddick began a full stride before turning into a run towards the celebrations. Approaching the carnival entrance, Riddick's senses reached their peak when he finally lay his eyes on the events that were unfolding before him. Catching the sounds of the music which was playing at the square, Riddick decided that was where he wanted to go first. Taking his time to get there so he could take in all that he could on his way he finally came upon a crowd of ulayas dancing and enjoying themselves with the jolly and upbeat music which was playing all around them. Joining in as if he hadn't missed a beat, the oversized kitten got down and wiggled his butt to the music, flicking his tail side to side as he did so. Closing his eyes he leaped into the air and did a spin before falling down on another ulaya, crashing them onto the ground in a cold and snowy mess. "Ow ..." Riddick replied, rubbing his head with his paw as he helped the other ualya up. "I'm sorry, I guess I should pay better attention shouldn't I?" He said with an ashamed chuckle before looking at the female ulaya with concern. "Are you alright?" Fireheart got up off the ground and brushed herself off, letting the fluffy snow fall off her fur and back onto the frozen ground. "Yeah, I'm alright, thank you for asking." She turned to Riddick and smiled to assure him she really was alright.
Returning a smile, Riddick released a sigh of relief and brushed the snow off himself as well. "That's good, I wouldn't want to hurt you during the solstice celebration. That would be terrible!" He chuckled again before the music changed to a slower but still cheerful song and he began wiggling his rump once again. Fireheart giggled at him, for he looked like a fool with his tail swaying around. "I'm Fireheart." she said finally, interested to know who this amusing ulaya was. "Riddick. Nice to meet you. Did you come here alone?" He turned towards her but failed to stop his jiggling to the tune. "Yeah, I wanted someone to come with me but he wasn't able to make it so here I am, all alone." Fireheart missed her friend but was soon learning that it was okay to come to a celebration without somebody for you're bound to meet someone new. "Oh that's too bad. I'm here alone too but I didn't have anyone to come her with anyway." He laughed so she knew that it wasn't a bad thing and stopped dancing. "Would you like to get something to eat with me?" He offered, perking his ears up with the anxious hope for a yes. Fireheart smiled once again and offered him a nod before standing up and walking towards the food tents. "Let's go then!" Riddick leaped up and bounced over to her so they could walk together as a duo.
The food venders had their booths all set in rows and were selling anything from cotton candy to funnel cakes. Allowing his eyes to see all the different things people had to sell, Riddick turned to his new friend and asked her where she'd like to go first. Fireheart surveyed the area herself, taking a couple steps forwards before pausing. She noticed a little store that sold knick knacks and other nifty trinkets and with her eyes glistening she pulled on Riddick's arm and led him to the tiny shop. They both admired the stock as the male's attention span finally settled down. The old lady looked at the pair and told them of her misfortunes for her help hadn't arrived and she was short on hands in her shop. Graciously the two agreed to help her and began selling her merchandise with eager and pride in their helping of the elder ulaya. The night grew late and the fireworks had ended, Riddick finished selling a vase to a customer before the elderly ulaya turned to them and offered them her greatest gratitude before allowing them to select one item from her shop they may feel free to take home. Fireheart chose a new circlet while Riddick had his eyes on a jewel which sparkled like a thousand sapphires. Saying their good byes, Riddick and Fireheart parted ways with a promise that they'll one day meet again and that is a day neither of them could wait for.
