True to his word, Leucite arrived the very next day - well, night - with the portable DVD player under his arm and his copy of Mulan already ready to go inside of it. It was a manual control, he didn't have enough money to afford those fancy remote control models, but it was decently large enough for them to be able to watch it together... They would just have to get cozy... Not that Leucite had any qualms about that - to be honest he'd of preferred to spend as much time as he could in physical contact with the knight that he was currently lusting after. It was lust... yes... lust... not... something problematic. If he could get into her pants and sort himself out he'd be able to go back to being the upstanding Spec. Ops. Officer he knew he was and he could collar her and bring her to a GK for corruption. Yeah... Yeah that was it. He kept his eyes, and senses peeled for the knight... or any other potential trouble makers.

Amenthes nearly forgot about this said meeting, as she had a busy day and was stressed with alot of the work she been given. Sitting on the roof, she relax against the brick ledge as she rubs her temples. She was tired, and honestly she was tempted to just not go to this little meeting. She wasn't even sure why she allowed herself to agree to this.
She should have said no, and yet she didn't.
Pinching the bridge of her nose, she searched outwards for his aura.
She felt it, but it didn't give her a reason to get up. After all, he always seem to find her.
So why change that?
Shaking her head, she just rest her head on her knees.
Waiting.

Leucite quickly picked up on her aura, and without even a second thought, began the ascent up to her position. He didn't waste time, each jump timed precisely to land him where he needed to end up. He felt like he was a teenager again, trying to evade the prying eyes of the base police.
Only if he got caught now he wouldn't be dragged to his father and punished... No, he'd suffer something a lot worse.
Landing near her, he held up the DVD player and smiled.
"I figured Mulan would be fitting - since you made the comment last night." He said.
"So uhm... Did we want to try watching here or do we want to see if we can find somewhere more secure?"

Lifting her head off her knees, she gives him a curious look before she stands slowly. Rubbing her eyes, she frowns a little as she glance around. Staying on campus would be a bad idea in her mind, just because she didn't know if anyone else was around. Chewing on her lip, she looks back towards him "Um...maybe find another area? I really don't know?"
She gives him a sheepish look before looking back down.
She wasn't much help at this point.

Leucite frowned for a moment, before moving a little closer. "Probably off-campus then, would be best." He was frowning for a few reasons.
Firstly, because she was tired and the odds were she would fall asleep on him and then he'd possibly see who she really was and the last thing he wanted was that responsibility because then he'd HAVE to report who she was to the first Captain or General he saw...
Secondly, because he was actually concerned that she wasn't sleeping enough and that she was overworking herself and that wasn't healthy...
He was actually worried about the health of one of the enemy.
What the ******** style="color: #5f9f9f">"We can... take a rain check you know... if you're.... tired." He said softly as he turned to look off campus for a moment thinking of a good spot. There were a couple of high buildings with some decent AC units that would block them from most view and give them more than enough time to hide what they were doing should they get caught.
Provided they paid attention to their surroundings.

She lifts her hand, waving off his concern as she smiles "Just a long day filled with assignments, lectures, and never ending reports. Honestly, I'll be fine. I have pulled long hours before. Beside I will have a break from it all tomorrow, so no big." it meant she could sleep in some, then get up and patrol before heading out for the evening with friends.
Pushing her bangs from her face, she smiles to him "So where to? You lead I guess?" she wasn't sure how to do this, maybe follow him some ways behind.

Leucite nods and motions for her to follow. "This way." He said before taking to the rooftops to lead her to the building he had in mind. It wasn't a long trip, but he hoped they wouldn't get interrupted in the interim.
After he landed on the building in question, he settled in. Then he started to make a comfortable place for them to sit. Setting the DVD player on one of the AC units while he worked.
No point in them not having somewhere decent to rest.

Landing on the roof a few minutes after him, she glance around as she search the area. After she was sure they were safe, did she finally glance at him. Looking over the setup, she smirks before she sits down a few inches from him "You really had this whole thing planned out didn't you?" she shakes her head as she relaxes, her arms crossing under her chest.
Glancing up at the sky for a brief moment, she couldn't believe how quickly the evening was already falling upon them "So you chose Mulan...because I mentioned it?" she couldn't help but feel fuzzy inside.
He actually was listening, even if she was a knight.

"I try to think ahead," Leucite said, smiling at her as he turned the DVD player on and stretched his arm out behind her and without even thinking, pulled her in so she could cuddle in close.
"Well, yeah... I mean - you said you'd probably be Mulan." He chuckles softly.
"Of course, that begs the question. Am I Shan Yu or Li Shang?" He turned to look at her.
Oh that was a mistake - because his heart skipped and he wanted to pull her in for a kiss.
Just as the DVD clicked on and the opening credits started to roll.

Amenthes felt her cheeks darken before she shoves at him to put a small amount of space between them. Rolling her eyes, she laughs "Shan Yu, all the way." she teases him as she crossed her legs and her arms again. Turning her eyes towards the portable player, she couldn't help but smirk.
"So...how much thinking did you do....on that topic?" she was only a tad curious, as she been thinking about what he suggested alot.
Not that she would admit it out loud.

"I... uhm... didn't really sleep last night I kinda just laid in bed thinking about it." Leucite admitted, keeping his voice low so as to not drown out the movie. "To be honest, I..."
Did he really want to say what he was about to say.
"If... if it was the only way to get to know you better. If you could show me that what the Negaverse does is wrong - prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt... I think I could do it."
He nodded slowly.
"But at the same time - you have to understand. We don't do what we do out of malice. Well I mean, we're just trying to protect the planet from invasion you know? Trying to keep the senshi from converting you knights away from the true protection of Earth and all that. Yeah - we may drain energy from normal folks, and some of our methods can be a bit... questionable. But we're at war with the senshi and they are the invaders are they not? They're not from here right?"
"We protect the people of Earth, is it wrong for us to ask them to give up a little energy in return in order for us to properly do our jobs? I like to think of it as a small tax. I mean, who likes paying taxes? They leave me tried just thinking about them."
Shaking his head slowly he chewed his lip. "As far as the whole... star seed pulling thing... I... I have only ever pulled from criminals, people who I know hurt other people. Is it wrong for me to take justice into my own hands? Maybe... But I can solve the problem now... It stays solved too."
Watching her a moment he smiles weakly. "But I'm willing to give up all that - if you can prove me wrong... so I can..."
"So I can be with you."

Amenthes found herself at a lost for words over his confession. She didn't dare look at him, so instead, she just nods as she tries to focus on the movie. A smile forming across her lips as she watch Mulan use 'Little Brother' to help her with her chores. She couldn't help but chuckle before she lifts a hand to rub at her eyes for a brief moment.
She was relaxed, which for Amenthes was a very bad thing,
Shaking her head, she sighs "Did you ever see the sequel to this movie?"

"I wrote an essay on the importance of balance using it as my central focus," Leucite chuckled softly with a small nod. "That even extreme opposites can be brought into balance and function for the betterment of all."
His arm gently pulled her closer to him, only half watching the movie at this point. He was acutely aware of her rubbing her eyes - and he hoped she wouldn't fall asleep on him. He did not want the responsibility of potentially knowing who she really was.
"I also really liked the fact that it stressed that you can find love in surprising places." He murmurs softly.

Amenthes smirks as she shakes her head a little, tugging away from him "Hopeless romantic I see?" she glance towards him only to realize he was watching her. Feeling her cheeks darken, she looks away quickly as she tries to focus back on the movie "So...tell me about this paper you wrote?"
Anything, to keep herself from not thinking about the fact he mentioned love.

Amenthes close her eyes for a brief moment as she breathes in slowly.

"The essay?" He asked initially, not quite sure she really wanted to hear about it, but decided to continue anyway just it case.
"It focused on Mulan and Li Shang's relationship. How their love, and the way it was tested, ended up winning out in the end. Since, they were able to bring their differences together, and find the balance between their personalities. Thus, they were able to have a strong and secure relationship."
He nodded slowly, still watching her as she tugged away.
"You know, I'm not going to bite..." He smiled weakly, slowly moving his arm back to his side of the very thin, and invisible, demarcation between them.
