Global Ordinance A-0023/BX
The Armistice Ordinance, a Guideline Document underlining the near-limited use of Tier 3-2 Technological Advances. This Ordinance hereon states, structures and limits the present use of Advanced Applicable Technology under ascension rights, the Ordinance covering Weapons, Vehicles, Buildings, Medical and Mechanical Sciences. This Ordinance hereon addresses limited Licenses in which State Citizen (Guild Member), Government Officials and Mainstream Freelancers can obtain specialized, defined and cooperative permission too fine-tune, develop and deploy Advanced assets. The Ordinance hereon prohibits the use of Licenses obtained to develop WMD Classified Weaponry, as specified by The Vamraak High Court Justices. As per policy, all License Holders must agree to any inspections as defined by The Vamraak State, refusal to allow inspections will result in your issued License to be revoked. The Classifications of Licenses are divided by divisions/classes, thus classes falling under the following, Weapons Developer, Mechanical Engineering, Commercial, Consumer, Military and or Research & Development, all of which hereon are special Classifications. As clearly defined by The Vamraak State, Licenses can only be distributed and acquired via Submission of Applications, approval rates vary thus, ownership of Licenses are heavily limited. The Ordinance hereon also protects Populated Zones not defined as Hostile Title from incursions, invasions and raids, weapons must be designed to detect Friendly Zones and automatically engage Safety Locks to prevent human error. These Friendly Zones or State Zones are defined by The Vamraak State and will be listed. The Ordinance allows free-use when in Neutral Sectors/Zones and authorizes testing in designated Test Sites.
