Quote: Vinae was moping, as he normally did. It was too beautiful a day - the world was mocking his unhappiness and he snarled at the sky, a growl escaping parted lips. A breeze rolled past and the sky laughed at him, dancing around his hair. You'll never fly in me, it called. He kicked at the ground, uprooting a bush which he trampled. Quote: Fyglia roamed the lands in hops to spread his genes to repopulate the wind serpents. She growled lightly as she felt as if there were only a handful of her sisters left. "Blasted harpies... They spread like the fire in my soul for their extinction." She said with a snarl before she began to walk again. She felt the breeze in her headdress of feathers. She gave a light sigh, "only the wind can calm me enough for now..." She whispered to herself. She jumped slightly from a near by growl. She bared her long, ivory, fangs as she moved closer towards the sound. She came across a stallion that had trampled and uprooted a bush. "Very unbecoming..." She said with a shake of her head. Quote: The stallion turned at the arrival of the mare; his demeanor not changing or faltering in the slightest. Teeth bared, his snarl deepened and he glared at her. All wings and glory, no doubt. She was not pure - but she was still more than him. She was accepted somewhere. His tail whipped around.
"Want to take its place?" He spat, with a nod towards the now destroyed bush. His muscles twitched. Quote: The mare wasn't phased by his snarl or bared teeth. She just shook her head some more. "Oh please, why would I want a battered bush to take? I want all of these lands for my own!" She bellowed with wings outstretched. She folded her wings back to her side. "And what of you? Do you want to keep this place to yourself? You may keep it, i don't need to dirty my hooves with a single place of unimportance." She chuckled lightly as her long tail swished lightly. Quote: His tongue clicked against the roof of his mouth and he snorted. They all thought of themselves so highly, didn't they? Those that weren't halfbreeds like himself. Those that could fly. His hooves dug into the ground as he eyed the area he was in. It held no real significance - just an area he had found while passing. He glanced at the mare and gave a shrug of his shoulders. "This area is not mine to claim. Take it if you wish." He raised a brow at her, a slight smirk crossing his features. "All the lands, hm? That's a bit.. optimistic, isn't it?" He shifted his weight. "Not all lands are unclaimed. There are some who will fight your claims. What will you do then?"
