Summary (up to two detailed paragraphs): After the hideous sittings of skinned bodies , Deaths of innocence , and disappearance of civilians in death city ; The DWMA has now decided to take in consideration of a possible evil soul lurking around the city . Initiating a search party to find the source of the rumors/disappearance and acts of evil . Thanks to leads from locals , the members of DWMA have concluded that there is possible serial killer figure calling his/herself the skinner who operates within the area , skinning people alive and leaving the remains or pieces of human flesh in public areas for all to see and fear . With this wrathful Spirit lurking somewhere in the confine safety of death city the DWMA has issued a temporary area lockdown/curfew upon this sector of the city . With the curfew rule in effect , it provides a team of meisters the time to search for the attacker at large and horde in any representatives associated with the evil spirit . It has now become a job of young skilled members of the DWMA to find the man/woman at large and take them down .
I would appreciate for posting to work in this order - investigating around the town/area - ushering a couple of stragglers home or to safety - clues to the lair - Then Take the skinner Down - free any captured civilians within the lair and report any other findings to death .

Skating his way into the yellow tape area the hip boom box boy had arrived on the scene . Grinding the air current then landing on a stable roof top for his investigative vantage point he would assume to look over the area trying to gather what he can or where to start . He was new at this but , then again a natural .. Reasons to why he was recruited by the DWMA . Chewing a fresh piece of strawberry gum the boy watched the area , it was curfew yet some people were still out wandering .. Maybe they had missed the update or news of the serial killer , or maybe they were just plain stupid . It matter not to the hip boy as he leaped of the building into the depths of the city skating his way on air to a group of stranglers . With his music to the hugest volume it wasn't easy to hear the conversation between the group of people but instead he spoke anyway over his music which might have sounded like yelling " Yo !!!! " he said with a kind smile and high wave that startled the group of people from the tone of his volume . Seeing the group startled and somewhat weirded out the Spikey haired boy adjusted his tone instead of his epic music " You Guys aren't suppose to be here , get lost .... There's a madman with a switchblade running around skinning people Ya know . If I were you guys I would get to safety and leave it to the professionals of DWMA , I'm one of those Dudes " he said in a mischievous manner to only be met with his yet again kid love able smile . As the group took everything they were not only weirded out but thinking of Beat as some type of psycho . " So whats it gonna be , Am I going to have to hold you guys hands or do you guys know your way back home either way it's fine with me , I'm cool~ " he muttered to them as they sprinted off fast in different directions from one another , maybe they were frightening by the obvious but then again he tried to help . Sighing as he knew now he was going to now have to track down all 5 of them the Spikey haired boy would set off deeper into the city skating his way through and enjoying his self while doing aerial maneuvers .

Walking at a casual pace the brothers would joke around with each other laughing at Beat as he skated ahead making noise with that annoying boom box. One day there going to shot it just because. For now they had to finish the mission they had been assigned. Getting there shortly after Beat they would see him scare off some kids. "Damn it Dante how'd this idiot get to be our Meister?" Looking at his brother after he said this he would simply chuckle and looking down shake his head. "Now's not the time to question the idiot. We have to go after those kids that ran off. Let's just go the opposite way of him." Having said that they would take off full speed down an alley after one of the children that had ran off.

Yuna hummed softly, walking about as she twirled this and that way happily. She was off in her warm and cinnamon fragrance lala world once more. She giggled to herself, thinking about various things. It wasn't until she bumped into someone that she looked up at them and then remembered her mission. Scolding herself mentally for her stupidity, Yuna is apologized to the stranger she had bumped into," I'm sorry for bumping into you this night, but I must advise you to please stay indoors and lock your windows and any way of entry possible. This includes the chimney. At the moment, the DWMA has issued that a serial killer is on the loose. Please remain calm and let us handle it." She assured, ushering a few other people back into their houses before running off again. She may not appear it, but her facial features and choice of clothing must not be judged in the way they have. The girl then jumped on the roofs of houses to look about to other people outside. Seeing there wasn't anymore people that was within her vicinity, she began to locate her partners. Yuna then caught up to the group assigned to the mission, jumping off of the roofs with a flip and landed in a rather assassination kind of stand. Standing up, she brushed her dress and adjusted her gloves," Alright! Everybody checked on the residents already? They need to be inside before we start this. Don't want any innocent people being killed...again." She stated, looking at Beat. Her golden eyes gazed over him before doing the same to others. But then, she had noticed they were running off towards five kids. She decided to go back onto the roofs, following three at the same time since they did fork off but the view from where she was gave her the bird's eye view, enabling her to see all three of them at once.

Gregor arrives at the scene and takes a moment to assess the situation.Ok, what were the goals again? 1. Investigate for clues, 2. Send nosey idlers home or to safety 3. Take down the serial killer. Ok, you can do this Gregor.Gregor hears several people screaming coming from a certain direction. However, Gregor sees his comrades running off in the opposite direction. Gregor takes a moment to decide on whether he should pursue his comrades, or separate from them and ascertain the source of noise and possibly save lives. Before Gregor could even make up his mind, he hears louder screams coming from the same direction, wasting no time, Gregor takes out daggers and sprints off into the opposing direction, the alleged source of screams

Julia casually walks to the agreed meeting place she saw posted on the missions board regarding a murderer within Death City. As she was arriving to the destination she noticed how no one was around My first mission, better not disappoint my teammates. Speaking of, where are they anyway? she mumbles to herself, looking for her fellow students.
As she looks around the corner of a street she sees a young man sprinting off somewhere. Well, I don't see anyone around that I could follow, and I don't wanna be alone for my first mission so I guess I'm following that guy. Julie says to herself as she bolts toward the same direction the young man was headed.

Continuing on behind the man , the tricky trickster tried to keep his self entertained while following the fleeing civilian " This isn't groovy at all Dude , I'm trying to take you to safety just be a cool guy and tag along with me .. I promise I won't hurt cha " , " Get away from me weirdo ! how do I know you're not the skinner with all those freakish gadgets you possesses you can be a subordinate " the man replied back turning around to see the Spikey hair boy that was surfing the air currents suddenly disappear . " Well That was pretty harsh of you to say , you killed my whole groove and it was Magnificient today . Besides don't you think if I was the skinner I would've skinned you a long time ago , get real .. with a charm and soul as groovy as mine I could never amount to such a thing that just isn't wavy " Beat muttered with his voice chilling down the dead end alley where he cornered the man launching his star Yoyo string towards the mans legs he swooped him right into the air as he continued skating building to building with a slight disregard for the man's safety he was a bit of a extremist . " Yo how's it hanging down there !? The safety zone isn't far from here you know , I'll have you there in no time you can count on m- " he said to the drowsy man while smiling but then being caught off guard with appearance of friends from school " Sweet my friends are here to help out , the groove is coming back to me now I can feel it ... Didn't think everyone from class would show up I mean I hardly do " he said out loud as he kicked his skates into high gear swooping onto the location of the shaman twins he seen while maintaining flight . Using his free hand he used his other pair of Yoyos to wrap around the civilian they were chasing also , snagging him away from them as he smiled towards his companions " Dan ! Virg ! Follow me ! " he shouted while skating his way back into the air with both civilians hog tied . Reaching the safe zone in a matter of minutes the Spikey haired boy began to unravel his catches apologizing in a nonchalant manner and with his usual warm smile , he understood he gave them scare but it was groovy wasn't it ? Allowing for other members of the school to deal with treating the stranglers of the safe zone , Beat awaited the shaman brothers . He was going to need all the help he could receive if he was going to find the skinner he had no clues but he knew where he needed to start ... Encounters where he previously was sited .

Eventually catching up to the girl that had ran off Dante would speak to her. "Hi there miss. The names Dante and this guy next to me is my brother Virgil We're with the DWMA. I'm sorry if my idiot partner Beat frightened you. I would really appreciate it if we could escort you home. There's a killer out here and I wouldn't feel right if I just left you here. Is it alright if we take you home? The female was still frightened but after processing what had been said she'd agree nodding her head. After walking her home they would head back to look for Beat. "Hey Dante let's hurry up and find that moron Beat so we can finish this mission. By the way I heard the academy was supposed to be sending some more people. I'm insulted that they would think we couldn't handle this alone." Dante could only laugh as he looked at his brother. "You know you should try relaxing every once in a while. Sure it's an easy mission and we could easily kill the Skinner. But isn't the safety of those around here more important? Anyways let's jump on this roof and see if we can locate Beat. Maybe some of the reinforcements have arrived." Jumping on the roof they would with their backs to each other begin looking around for Beat. Dante locating Beat would tap Virgil and point him out. Virgil would nod and before jumping off the roof alert Dante to the presence of what he believed was their reinforcements. Brushing them off for the time being they'd jump down and chase after Beat. Now wasn't the time for pleasantries and introductions could wait. "Hey you damn idiot would you quit being annoying. Hurry up so we can find this Skinner dude." Virgil had been annoyed with Beat from the beginning. Dante thought about saying something but found it funny and would only laugh as they made their way towards him to regroup.

Running up to an area that splits off in three directions. Styx, I lost him. She then sees movement out of the corner of her eye to the right. Right it is.After walking into the ally to her right there is a dumpster. She was almost passed it when a small leg shot out and tripped her, and she fell right on her face rolling to to her feet to see who tripped her. Are you gonna skin me? The small boy she had been chasing asked, shaking. Smiling softly she answered, No little one, I'm here to take you home. The boy still looks scared so she gets up and goes over to him, crouching so that they are eye level and holding out her hand to take. I promise I won't hurt you, little one. I'm here to take care of the bad guy. I'm from the DWMA. She said gently. after a few moments of thought the boy looked into her eyes and nodded taking her hand. OK, my house is this way, he said getting up and leading her farther down the ally. After a few moments they arrived at a door to which a mother ran out of as soon as they got close embracing the boy. I was so worried about you! the mother said. She then released the boy and sent him inside. Thank you for bringing him home. said the mother. It was my pleasure ma'am. But please try to keep him indoors, at least until the curfew is over. The mother nodded then and went back inside. Ryu waited to hear the click of the locking mechanism in the door before she headed back down the ally. I'll go back the where we started the mission from, she thought, Or maybe I can meet one of my comrades on the way back, or get lucky and at least one of them will be waiting back there as well.She said, finishing her thoughts out-loud while turning back out of the ally. But she stopped short when she saw a couple of boys standing on the roof a ways away. Or I could just follow them, she thought. They look like they're from the acadamy, she thought as she jumped onto the roof and followed the boys. And if not I'll kill them or usher them home just like the last one. That simple. She finished out-lout.
Gregor arrives at the source of the screams and is welcomed by the sight of a small group of people, a few masked boys, armed with knifes, surrounding an even fewer number of girls. At first glance, Gregor knew that they may be accomplices of the Skinner. Gregor quickly formulates a game plan on how he would take down the accomplices without fatally injuring them and injuring any of the female captives. Gregor decides to draw their attention by throwing a pebble in their general vicinity. The boys act according to his plan and turns to face the pebble, seemingly confused as to why a pebble would fly off on it's own. Gregor reacts quickly, using his blinding speed, he closes the distance between him and the boys, and with a quick strike to the back of their necks, the boys were immediately knocked unconscious. Gregor realizes that he left out one boy, seeing to correct that mistake, Gregor lunges at the boy and prepares to knock him out. However, the girls quickly get in between them as if they were protecting the masked boy. "You're a meanie! Skinner no skinning!"Gregor was shocked upon hearing their shouts."No! wait! I'm not the skinner! I was saving your lives from those tiny skinner accomplices!"Gregor finally notices that the unconscious boys were merely holding sticks."Skinner no skinning! Skinner no skinning!" The girls continued. Gregor sighs as he facepalms.I see...they were only playing a game. I rushed in too quickly. Now, how would I clear up this misunderstanding?Gregor thinks to himself as he realizes that this was not the appropriate place for idle contemplating. Gregor sighs and gathers up the unconscious boys and turns to the few girls and lone boy."Look, I'm sorry I got in the way of your little game, and for hurting your friends, but I thought you were skinners and only wanted to help you. I am willing to accept whatever punishment you will deal out but please, for now, follow me and I'll lead you back to safety, the town is currently in curfew and there are a lot of people out here that are looking for the skinner and to bring him to justice!" "You're...justice man?"says the little boy. "Well..I..""Oooh Justice Man Justice Man!" the girls started chanting as they gathered around Gregor.Oh dear. At least they're willing to cooperate. Now, I should look for a place to keep them safe, for at least send them home.
While chasing the young man, Julie lost sight of him. Troubled about being alone in her first mission she began to check her sorroundings to see if the young man had passed through there. Suddenly she heard sounds of a battle nearby and screaming kids. Julia rushed to the direction where she heard the sounds hoping for a fight. She then stumbled upon the young man from earlier walking around with some children calling him "Mister Justice man".
You're a student in DWMA right? Are you a weapon too?
asked Julia referring to the young man as she looks around to avoid any surprise attacks from the Skinner or any of its Lackeys
Gregor notices that a figure was fast approaching their current location. Gregor looks at the children as is giving them a sign to hide behind him, as Gregor turns to face the figure, he realizes that it was this cute looking girl. Gregor wondered if this girl was a friend or foe, however, before he could gather his thoughts, the girl started speaking. Gregor concludes from the girl's statement that she was an ally. Gregor realized that she had asked her a question, not wanting to seem rude, Gregor replies. "Yes, I'm a DMWA student, I'm assuming you're also one since you've asked me if I'm a weapon instead of taking us unaware. To answer your question, no. I'm currently a weapon-less meister."
Julia gave a sigh of relief when the young man, answered her question I can probably trust him for the time being seeing as he's from DWMA too. she thought to herself.
However, I hope you're not implying we team up. Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not really looking for a meister right now Julia says as she does not wish to befriend someone who might end up dead by the end of the night. It's dangerous to go alone, I shall accompany you for the remainder of the mission.
Gregor releases a sigh and shrugs upon hearing her reply. "Fine by me. I guess for now, could you help me get these kids back to their houses?""Justice Man! Justice Man! Justice Man!"the kids chanted in unison, as some of the unconscious starter waking up and in confusion just went along with it. Gregor scans the area for possible stragglers or actual skinners. "Coast is clear for now. I'm Gregor by the way, and you?"
