Keira smiled softly as she dropped her daughter off at school, waving her hand. Rian had gotten so big so fast. She never realized how rewarding it was to be a parent; sure it was extremely exhausting but it was mostly good. It helped that her daughter was well grounded even for a young child; she even had a couple friends over the other day. Walking back towards her house, Keira got out her textbooks and got to work. She didn’t have class till later in the day and she was almost done with her assignments. She looked at her alchemy assignment, unable to focus. She was haunted by her thoughts a lot lately and was having trouble focusing on her school work, which was abnormal. Growing up in her house was pretty good but there was always one thing she had always wished she could have…. A sibling. As tightly knit as her family was, she had always wanted a sibling. What if Rian felt the same? She could handle another child financially, physically and mentally… even with school but she didn’t have a lover to imbue with or to help her. That’s were friends come in, right? She had many good friends that helped her with Rian. Maybe two kids would be too much for her friends to handle. Keira sighed, sliding her hands through her hair in frustration. She missed having a baby in the house, watching Rian grow up was wonderful. She looked over to her spare bedroom, getting up and looking at all the toys everywhere in the room. She rubbed her neck and took a deep breath. She’d look into having another child, if she could do it then she would. She knew her daughter would enjoy a sibling… a built in playmate, right.

A small smile crossed her lips, she’d tell Rian tonight or tomorrow that she was going to try to have another child. If she couldn’t get a stone then she would probably try to adopt again.
