Waverly closed the door, smiling softly as she looked to her young daughter. Years ago, waverly had taken in this little girl and now with the academy open and the nixie out of hiding... Waverly moved them closer to the academy. So far, the two of them had been happy together and enjoying exploring the area. Emmi had learned so much from school already, it made her mother proud.

Seeing the little imp friend and Emmi playing so well together, waverly wondered if a sibling would be good for her daughter. She wouldn't be jealous of a new baby, right? Sibling aside, the older nixie did have a part of her that actually wanted to imbue a stone... Extend her genes and family.. Give life to a child just as she had protected and saved one.

She looked to Emmi, crouching down to smile to her. "Did you have fun?" She asked, ruffling her hair.


Emilia was a hard working child, she was comitted and dedicated to learning. She wanted to make her mother proud, and herself by doing good. While codependant and needy, she tried her best to not let herself be too selfish or demanding of others. Being lonely and forgotten was the little ones greatest fears...but Waverly had done a wonderful job in encouraging and inspiring the youngster. She believed her mother when she told her she loved her. Emmi did love the taller Nixie very much, she'd given her a family, and place to call home.

Her ear fins wiggled when the older female ruffled her white hair. Giggling she raised a poka dotted sweater to her mouth as she looked up to her nodding her head. "Yes Mama I did...It's nice being around others!" She admitted shyly. Emmi had wondered about what having a sibling would be like. Would it be like hanging out with one of her school friends maybe? Reaching up loosely wrap her arms around Waverly's neck she hugged the other. "I had a lot of fun although yes!" Her little tail wiggled in her excitement as she blabbered.


Waverly pulled the little nixie into a hug and lifted her, pressing little kisses to her cheeks and forehead. "I'm glad you had fun." She nuzzles her nose to emmi's, smiling to her child. "Say... What would you think about having a younger sibling?" She asked, moving to sit in their rocking chair. She pulled a book from the bookcase with a grin, waiting for her reply.


Emmi clung to the other when she lifted her, a pleased little childish laugh following her mothers affection. "Love you momma.." She murmured with a happy sigh, her nose rubbing the others in a return gesture. Her brows raised curiously suddenly, blue eyes gleaming with wonder. Gasping in surprise she gently tugged at her mothers shirt sleeve as she settled on her lap. Snuggling up to her she scrunched her brows up in consideration. "I'd be a big sister to them right?" The small child asked, nodding to the book choice. Fantasy was her favorite, but any book was better than none. "I would love them, and try and be a good big sister.." She mumbled hesitantly, looking up at her a bit worried. "You can love lots of kids...right?" She asked, a sudden pang of nervous worry overcoming her as she curled closer her mother.


Waverly rocked the chair, holding Emmi tightly. "Of course I can love more children... No matter what, Emilia, mommy will always love her little girl." She told her, softly touching her cheek. "There is nothing you could possibly do to make me love you any less. A new sibling included... I'd love you both equally." She said with a soft smile. "So are you up to being a big sister?" She asked again, pulling her close.


Peering shyly through white hair up at her as she held her tightly she smiled then. Listening to her...the worry in her eyes seemingly evaporated at her mothers soothing her. Sniffing softly she touched the others hand looking at her face. She'd been dropped off and left at the orphanage at a very early age. While the time spent between her first family and her forever home, it still made her worry...at least until now!

The small girl nodded in understanding. "I love you so much Mommy.." She murmured tiredly as she rest her head against her..small fingers bunching against the fabric of her clothing as yawned. "Yes! I want to be a big sister." She added after a moment peering up at her. Placing a kiss on her cheek the other closed her eyes for the moment. "Someday I want to help lots of kids..maybe even teach. But for now I'll wait to see if I get to meet any of my sibling." She added quitely with a happy smile lining her features.


Waverly smiled, "I'll see what I can do." She told her, rocking her more as she opened the book and began reading to her.
