We need those who can do edits primarily, but will accept all applications. To apply for this position, you MUST own Photoshop or another image-editing program that can handle layers, such as SAI or GIMP. ● ᴄᴇʀᴛɪsᴛ :: xxxxx One or two people who will be Certing our lovely Varsythe. To apply for this position, you MUST own Photoshop or another image-editing program that can handle layers, such as SAI or GIMP. ● ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ᴍᴀɴᴀɢᴇʀ :: xxxxx Someone who can run the thread and keep it updated regularly. For example, if we're running a raffle event, someone will need to update points daily or every other day. ● ʀᴘ ᴍᴀɴᴀɢᴇʀ :: xxxxx One or two people to keep track of anything and everything RP-based. This can be for Metaplot events, dice-fights between Packs, and RP-required growths or breedings [ if we have any]. ● ʟᴏʀᴇ ᴍᴀsᴛᴇʀ :: xxxxx Someone who can work intimately with Veritas to create and define the world of Zareth's lore. This ranges anywhere from writing descriptions of locations, to full-on history and Metaplot events.
xxQ U A L I F I C A T I O N S xxxxxxxxPlease glance over the following pre-qualifications for Hiring; if you cannot meet these, then please think hard about applying!
● ᴀᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ :: xxxxx Only apply if you can be active, please. We expect Heart of the Pack to be a fairly fast-moving shop. I plan to have staff meetings once a week over AIM to figure out how our time will be managed, as well as setting up events and the like. We need active Staff, who can be on at LEAST three times a week, if not more! ● ᴅᴇᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴇᴅ :: xxxxxHonestly, this is more important in my eyes than being active, even. If you plan to apply, then you MUST have a passion and dedication for what you plan to do. If you simply hang around for a few weeks or months, then disappear, It's not fair to those of us that are committed to the shop, and it's especially not fair to the regulars who must wait extended amounts of time for what they were promised to be delivered. ● ᴇxᴘᴇʀɪᴇɴᴄᴇ :: xxxxxQuite frankly, I don't care if you've never colored, managed, or worked at a BC Shop before. If you do your job well, get your work done on time and contribute ideas, then that's all I care about. Naturally, if you've colored / worked at a shop before, it's a plus -- but it's definitely not a prerequisite ● ʜᴏɴᴇsᴛʏ :: xxxxxDon't tell us you can edit epic angel wings onto a Varsythe, run an entire RP event by yourself, come up with the whole Metaplot on your own -- whatever -- and then let us down. We would MUCH rather hire you knowing what you can and can't do -- ultimately, it's the Packmates who suffer, and everything we put out is done to the best of our abilities. ● ᴛᴏᴏʟs :: xxxxxIf you plan to apply as a Boneweaver, you MUST have a program that can handle PSD files. Not only that, but one that can create and edit both layers, groups, and folders. [ If this is a huge issue, and we love your work, Veritas has a copy of CS6 laying around somewhere.] And if you plan to be an RP Manager, it's best you have experience or at least an idea of what that entails.

However, it is YOUR responsibility to get the next stage / rank of your Varsythe to your assigned Certist, or if you do all stages at once, to tell them what date to grow it on. xxxxxStaff Meetings -- Attending Staff Meetings are an absolute requirement. If you cannot make them, a log of the chat will be given to you so you can read over it. xxxxxAIM -- You must have AOL Instant Messenger, as that is what the entire staff uses to communicate.
