just wondering. as this island has been created by kyogre and groudon does that mean maby some relics and artifacts from orrge kanto jhoto and hoenn can be found. (i ask this as beign a know most about pokemon groudon can only evaporate the seas and kyogre to fill the seas so this land must have been risen from the seabed.

What do you mean artifacts?
I mean this is a whole different continent, they evaporated all the water around a small island and turned it into a big one.
But there are some rumors that legendarys live on the island.

So I'm the Valison Co-Leader, so do I still need to start at the beginning with everyone else? With like... one pokemon and a starter kit? And if so, or actually if not now that I’m thinking about it, would my Pokemon be... 'enhanced'?

Yeah, you will have a mewtwo, and two pokemon of your choice. (Not legendaries)
