I like Neji for so many reasons...
For one, I can relate to his character by a lot. He has a sort of low position in the huge family/clan he is a part of, yet he has so much talent. Unfortunetly, no matter how much talent he has, it won't change the position he has in his family. He is a part of the lower branch, and he always will be.
I'm not gonna really go into detail on how this relates to me, but it does on so many levels. neutral It's weird how you find different anime characters who are exactly like you or have gone through similar things you have. I can say that I am very similar to characters like Hatsuharu (Fruits Basket), Shikamaru (Naruto obviously), and Mayu (from Elfen). Neji is just another one of those characters for me.
Besides all that, Neji is just an awesome character. He isn't my favorite character from Naruto (that would be Itachi's spot), but still, a character to be admired. I think what I like about him the most is just the fact that when he fights, he looks so awesome. The Hyuuga style of fighting is something to admire, and when Neji takes a part in it, he just puts it up another notch.
And yeah, there's other reasons why I like him, but I've written enough. ^^;
