aw... i think that Usopp will be back in the crew cause if u look in ep272 when Luffy talks about this Nakama u see his Nakama and Usopp is in there even though his back its turned i love Usopp hes so funny

hopefully Ussop returns full time as himself, no matter how much i like sogeking i just want the Ussop who we all grew to love back! crying WHY!!!!!!! WHY!?? Maybe he could keep his weapons and theme tune though just adjust it to say Usop instead

No after they fight Aojoki which is after Croc fight. wah? not after fighting crocodile is it? i can't remember Aojoki after that? was it in the fillers? i missed that out i get bored of fillers.

Arc details are in the database if you need them (manga only). As for Sogeking, he first turned up on the train to Enies Lobby, which counts as being part of the Enies Lobby arc. Usopp is still Sogeking in the latest chapter of the manga.
