How to use the guild. (You MUST read this first)

The Uses of the Forums:

-The Main one (Guidance for Gaians): This is to be used for Announcements to be submitted from the Captain and Vice Captains only. Members must NOT make their own announcements. Though you may reply to announcements.^^ 3nodding

- The Subforums: In all the individual sub-forums that are dedicated to a particular issue members must keep their topics relevant to the issue they are publishing them into.

-Gossiping Gaians: In this forum you can chat about whatever you like. Anime, Music, Computer Games, the internet are just a few options, ideally it's meant to be identical to a version of all of the Gaia Online forums combined together. Which means yes you can send quizzes, and money making ideas, as well as donation topics, or Roleplaying topics. Send topics of anything you like, just bear in mind that if you send anything against the ToS of Gaia, they will be deleted, and your Guild membership could be in jeopardy.

Rules of the Guild:

-Please be careful of how you treat people, be civil. If I or any of the Vice Captains, spot any maliscious comments made to other members their message/topic will be deleted and will be either banned or given a warning depending on the seriousness of the incident. No making fun of people's problems will be tolerated.

-Bear in mind, there are a lot of people who are having a hard time, and are asking for help as they can't help themselves well enough on their own, so try to be sensitive, and considerate.

-The ToS of Gaia will also be obeyed here, which means especially keeping the content PG-13. (If you think your problems will be over that age limit, please state so).

-There will be NO flaming in any circumstances.

-No form of discrimination is allowed. (eg. Racism, Sexism etc.)

-Try to keep your cursing to a minimum standard. 3nodding

Okies, that is all for now, but this will be updated if there's anything in the future to be added. Obviously if any of the above are disobeyed and ignored, there will be consequences.

Also at any time if you have a problem or a question to ask, either about the rules of the guild or anything you're worried about, please PM the Vice Captains, or Myself. We'll come to your aid.^^ The same goes for confidentiality. If you're uncomfortable about people being able to access your problem/s, to read and have knowledge about them, especially if it's particularly serious. Please just PM one of the moderators, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, and help you in PM's.^_^ 3nodding

What you can do to help:
-If you want to help others with their problems, please do. It's not only the Vice Captains and myself, that are assigned to giving advice to people. So please reply to people's problems with your words of wisdom, hehe.^^

-If there are more issues you want covered on here, that currently aren't already named as a sub-forum please give suggestions, we need to help as much people as possible.

-There are many sub-forums to be made, and other needs of the Guild. It is not necessary to donate to the guild, however it would be very much appreciated to get the guild as helpful to people as needed, quicker than ever. So please donate if you'd like to. 3nodding

-If there are any suggestions you'd like to speak out so it aids us in making this a better environment for people, and a better guild, please do make them heard. We will listen^^. Seen improvements won't be pushed away.
