These are shinies Greed's found in the tower during his travels. biggrin
Silly fellow hoards them.
However, unlike NORMAL items, these things breed.. like MICE. D:
As a direct result, there's always like, a plethora of rings in the tower.

Now, this wouldn't be so bad, except they're not tradeable for gaia gold. X.x SO. This Dji is putting them up for people to claim them if they like... and NO, Greed, you may not charge people for them. stare
There's plenty of them to go around anyway.
