I got an automated msg from the other Gates board, but I didn't get the customary thread for my birthday! (it was yesterday, fyi)
But now I'm at work, and I'm panicking cause I missed up and s**t and ugh...I feel sick to my stomach

And co-operative customers? I had a guy scream at me for about a half hour because his portable dvd player was 6 months out of warranty and his daughter dumped a glass of water on it. He demanded I go get him a brand new one for no cost.
I said no.
Then I was screamed at. I had to fight pretty hard not to laugh at him.
