So I was at college yesterday. (I live in the U.K for all who do not know), yeah anyway.. and I had two free periods until I could go home. Now the United Kingdom is a very rare place for hurricanes, but Hurricane Gordon is off the coast and it is ******** up our weather.. (if it is possible to make English weather worse..). Back to the story.. I had to go to my locker to get some books and then had to go meet up with friends. It's raining.. like usual.. and the wind was picking up. I went outside because I had to walk to the maths block.. and there on the field is a tornado. A tree was up rooted and sent across the field. I had to run to the maths block but before I could get there I was knocked off my feet and sent into a wall. Luckily I was not hurt and I got to the maths block before any major damage.
I learnt that going out in tornadoes is not a good idea. It should be in the town paper next week so if it is I will post it.

Reminds me of the time I was at the ocean when a monsoon occured whilst I was in the water.

Golly, thank goodness you're ok... even still, I would kill for a little excitement to happen here in Scotland. >.<; The worst think that ever happened to me was being attacked by a major hailstones case.

that's major! once there was an earthquake that happend at like 8 in the morning on a saturday and it shook the whole house and i feel out of bed and my sister screamed....

If I wasn't a good swimmer I surely would of drowned or something. But I don't think anything is as scary as seeing a damn tornado in front of your face and crap being thrown at you.

Well, we get Earthquakes (capital letter is intentional) regularly at El Salvador and our fair share of tropical storms.
Now, I'm not saying I'm unafraid of nature (´cause she's one mean mother) but I really can't see the power of a tornado being able to , for instance, kill a dog. Mind explaining?
