This is Private Roleplay between me and Conan Wolfchild I will be roleplaying-    Conan will be roleplaying-    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The sun slowly rises over the mountains, setting everything aflame with colors while calling the day-time creatures to rise from their deep slumbers and sending the noctural creatures scampering for their hide-outs so they could sleep and prepare for another night of prowling and hunting. The wind moves down the mountains, sending the cool sensation across the grass and the foliage before hitting a black and purple phoenix whom was slumbering against the tree that have been sheilding her from the nature's rage that raged on throughout the night. Jaime-Lynn flutters her purple tipped black wings away from her body as she gracefully moves away from the tree, breathing in the fresh air and revelling in the morning dew that glistens on the grass and the foliage. Her dark purple eyes swept across now peaceful meadow to check to ensure that she doesn't have visitors or enemies lurking around. When she is satisifed with the result, she extends her wings away from her body to its full length and arches them over her head while she tilts her head upward, stretching every part of her body out as part of her daily morning routine. After 2 minutes of stretching, she let her body shudders, rearranging the feathers on her wings while her legs carries her across the meadow toward the small stream where she could drink water from. The sun hits her dark body, causing it to shine and glisten like a clean onyx gem with purple tint and the mere sight of her will leave a yuma or creature breathless or dumbfounded....

Cosmos sighed deeply and continued on his lonely trek down the mountain. He had walked up there to get his mind off of the hardships of the relationship he had just been through. Yet, for some unseen reason, nothing seemed to work.
His mane blew back gently with the breeze and his wings fluttered briskly. His two purple toned tails swished back and forth with each stride and his breathe came out as purple ice. Tears trickled down his dark purple eyes and he again breathed a long deep sigh.
Will I ever meet the right mate for me. I can never seem to make it past friendship with anyone. Maybe I am not cut out to be someone's life long mate., he thought sadly to himself.

Jaime-Lynn hears the footsteps approaching her home space, she raises her head up from a satisfying long drink of the cold water in the stream. She tilts her head up while turning her body toward the approaching intruder, not sure if the intruder is a friend or foe. A glimmer of purple caught her eye as she turns her head toward Cosmos, to her shock it was a phoenix just like her but more...purple. She moves her wings away from her body, causing the feathers to rustle to announce that he is not alone. She pads to the center of the meadows to meet apparently forlorn purple phoenix half way while wondering what made this existique phoenix cry.
Feeling daring and carefree, Jaime-Lynn does little dance upon the fresh grass to get her legs loosened up before she feels her muzzle stretch up in a smile to greet another phoenix. It have been while since she got any company in her home. "Hello, stranger.. why so sad?" She says in friendly yet musical voice.

Cosmos hadn't seen the female approach, nor had he even noticed she had been there at all. The rustle of wings and her voice startled him so much he jumped a few inches off the ground. When he regained his composure, he took some time to get a good look at her.
He saw that she was also a phoenix as was he. Her color seemed more faded than his own, and her eyes held a glimmer that was indescribable.
"My female friend and I just had a fight, and now we are seperated. I just can't find the right mate for me. They are always too short or too fat or too greedy or not in it for the true love I seek. Maybe I am just not cut out for being a mate," he replied in answer to her question. " Oh and let me introduce myself. My name is Cosmos," he added with a bow of gentleman's respect.

Jaime-Lynn tries not to laugh as she sees Cosmos jump few inches off the ground, evidently starled by her announcing her presence. The smile vanishes from her face when she hears that Cosmos got in fight with his mate and broken up. "Everybody is always cut out for being a mate, you just need to find that one who sings the song that only you understand." Jaime simply says while she bends one of her front legs down so she could bow in respect toward Cosmo. "My name is Jaime-Lynn but you can call me Jaime." She folds her wings against her body, so the tip feather looks like its fluffy blanket hugging her body. "What a picky stallion..." She thinks to herself, remembering what Cosmo said about mares being too short or fat.

Cosmos was surprised by her philosphical saying. He, for a moment, didn't know how to respond. He did know, however, that it was so true.
"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Mrs., or is it Ms.?, Jaime. I must say you do have quite a way with words," he said once he finally got the nerve up to speak once more.

Jaime-Lynn smiles gently as she looks at Cosmos before she straightens her body out, moving her wings away from her body then arches her wings over her body because the base of her wings feels all cramped up. "It is Ms. but don't be so formal, Cosmos.. Jaime or Jaime-Lynn is fine with me." She gently says while she flicks her tails up, letting her wings drop to her sides. "Solitary will do this to you, you will wisen up and learn so many things about the life." She simply says as she moves closer to him. "What brings you here, Cosmos?" She inquires politely while her dark purple eyes regards him with suspicion yet curiousity.

"I'm sorry, Jaime," Cosmos stated appoligetically thinking her tone of voice to be one of discipline. "I was always raised to be polite, and got a beating whenever I was not."
Again he fell silent, as he thought of an answer to her question that would not give away his complete depression. He never did like showing how sad he really was because he felt it meant showing weakness.
"I was just out for a walk and happened upon the mountains, and decided to go up there to get closer to the cooler breezes. After a long time to clear my head, I came down the opposite way than what I went up", he finally came out with.

Her netural expression immediately shifted into concern and anger toward everybody who dares to beat against the innocent phoenix. "Don't apologize to me, Cosmos, I was not mad at you. In fact, I was amused and pleased with your polite attitude." Jaime bobs her head to emphazistize her point because she doesn't want to scare off pratically first company she had since she was a foal. She could see that the male phoenix in front of her is sad and depressed but she learned when she was a foal to keep her mouth shut and not inquire any more futher into the subject. "Ahh, well you can stay here and relax. As you can see, there is lush grass all around us, water nearby.. in sense its paradise... no predators ever came here before." She says in glowing voice.

Cosmos could see the look of concern on her face. He didn't know whether to devulge his past to this mare he had just met or wait until further encounters and ease it out. He sure didn't want to scare her away. He smiled when she offered him a chance to rest awhile, and welcomed it with great haste. So far he seemd quite comfortable with her, but he kept his ears open for any hint of danger that might befall him.

Jaime smiles at the male phoenix before she moves backward so she could lean her head down to graze on the lush and delicious grass to show Cosmos that he is free to indulge himself on the grass or drink from the fresh water stream. "Don't be suprised if you see phoenixs coming in here.. my children is supposed to visit me today." She looks up at Cosmos to see what his reaction will be to the fact that she is already a mother of four. Surprisingly enough, she is in perfect shape after giving birth to 4 foals and she is very proud of that notion.

Cosmos refused to show any sign of emmotion. He just nodded his head. Then he raised it back up to where his eyes could meet hers and snickered a bit.
"Four kids?!! You must be very old!!!!" he said in his evil humorous kind of way.
He quickly ducked so as to avoid any reaction that he may get in return. He snickered and giggled like a small child that had just stuck a frog down his sister's pants might. He just loved to be playful at times. He quickly saddened once more, though, as he thought of how all the other females never quite understood his sence of humor.

Jaime fixes her dark purple eyes on Cosmos with an amused grin on her face. "Obiviously you haven't sired any foals or you would have known that each mares varies in how many foals they will give birth.. some will give birth to 3...some will give birth to 5." She says in amused voice as she walks around Cosmos and whispers in his ear with sly voice, "I am young as well.. less than 2 years old." Some of her mare brushes against Cosmos' neck, evidently she understood his sense of humor.
Jaime chuckles as she rears up and unexpectedly gave him a horse-version hug with her legs draped over his neck but she was particularly careful not to crush his head to the ground before she suddenly leaps over Cosmos with her wings flared out. "Ha ha ha!! I am still in shape." She teases the male while flicking her tails at his body and she shot him a coy yet teasing smile

Cosmos couldn't believe it. Had he finally found the right one? It was way too soon to tell, but at least she seemed to understand his jokes, and that was a positive thing because he loved to try and make anything and everything humurous. For a moment, he grew speechless and couldn't even utter one sound. He just smiled and kept his gaze on her.
He was unprepaired for the hug she gave him suddenly, and he blushed a bright red. He hung his head down low in hopes she wouldn't see, but he wasn't quick enough to raise it back up before she leaped over him. He gasped at the splender of her agile body and gorgeous wings.
"Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound," he teased even as she was apparently trying to tease him.

Jaime-Lynn laughs as she extends her wings out to make her landing more graceful. She makes face at Cosmos playfully while she shakes her head giggling. "Those wings really helps" She jokes as she prances around Cosmos playfully while stretching her wings out fully, fluttering the feathers and making soft murring sound indicating that she is very pleased. "Do you know that your cheeks is still pink?" She teases Cosmos as she laughs lightly.
