So, tell me something you lovely fellow Gaians. I have a topic for all of us to discuss until our brains drain out of our ears.
"What do you remember best about the 90's?"
Discuss, cross-reference, make your home, known.
Don't worry, I'll post an answer, soon. Very soon.

kenJames no Bush...not much terrorism What? We've been fighting terrorism since the mid 90's. I mean they attempted to bomb the World Trade Center in February 1993. Mumbai bombings in 1993. Bombing of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998. And those are just ones that happened on US soil or to the US. Don't get me started on other countries that have also experienced terrorist acts from the same group. A major turning point of the US vs terrorism happened in 1972 (3?) when there was a massacre in Munich against Israeli olympic atheletes. Terrorism has been around for a long time. Yes, it's been slowly gaining strength, but it was always there. And I do believe George Bush Sr. was in presidential office from late 80's to early 90's. Albeit he's not G'Dub, but he still has "Bush" in his last name. And I know you said "not much terrorism", but I think there was a substantial amount. ((Sorry, but I can get a little carried away.. sweatdrop . I don't really want to spark a political debate in this cool thread.))

There were events BEFORE 9/11 that sparked 9/11. Hell the terrorists tried bringing down the WTC before 9/11 in February 93. They were just successful on 9/11. Terrorism was very evident during the 80s and 90s. 9/11 was just the worst attack. (That's like people saying WOW is lame after the South Park episode called it lame.) I knew you were talking about G'Dub. Did you even READ my post?

Hey, here's a far-gone thought if ANYONE remembers...
Anyone ever had to get up almost or just after dawn to watch the Super Mario Brothers Cartoon? 3nodding
When was the last time ANYONE saw a VR Troopers or... (What were they called again...? Oh Yeah...) Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad?
Or one just above that... Anyone ever took account for the actual release date of Pokemon and the commotion that it caused for that two week period?
And last but never the least, who remembers coming home early from school to watch Heathcliff, Garfield and Samurai Pizza Cats?
T.V. then was HAWT. Nowadays, it sucks moose d**k. 3nodding
