As the winds began to blow to let everyone know that winter would soon be approaching over the course of several weeks, a gorgeous mare was standing by a lone tree in the meadows. She heard some foot falls and perked up right away to see who was indeed coming. She then smiled when she saw another mare, quickly walking up towards her. "Why, hello! My name is Cassandra but you may call me Cassie. What is your name, madam?"

Frosta jumps slightly when she hears the voice and approaching hooves, she looks up at the mare that calls herself Cassandra with her mouth full of grass. She grins sheepishly as she chews and swallows the grass before she bobs her head, her dark purple feathers flutters in the cool breeze. "Hello Cassandra. I am Frosta, you can call me.. well Frosta." She laughs before she tilts her head to side looking at Cassandra closely. "You look familiar..." She mumurs as she squints one of her eyes and grins at Cassandra obiviously feeling very silly at the moment. She shifts her hind legs from one side to other and paws at the grass, her light bluish tipped long tail flicks to one side so she could be comfortable.

Cassie looked at her with a smile before replying gently. "It is very nice to meet you, Frosta." She murrs gently before turning on her side so Frosta could see her entire body. "I am Snowlily and Cassius's daughter. I was named after my father since I looked like him." She giggled softly with a sweet smile on her face. She tosses her head to let her mane fall naturally against her neck since the wind wasn't exactly blowing at the current moment. "I just love your body color, Frosta. I can see where you got your name from. I bet mountains are an awesome place to live in. I live in the forest where my papa's parents live at. They are squirrels, you know." She giggled gently before realizing she was making fun of her grandparents, frowning at herself for doing so. "Sorry about that.. I was getting carried away with my own silly self. You see, I take alittle after my papa... But I think my papa knows you.. Right?" She asked with a slight tilt of her head.

Frosta bobs her head as she looks at Cassandra. "It is my pleasure to meet you as well, Cassandra." She mumurs while she tilts her head to side when she sees another mare turns sideway so Frosta could see her body fully. "Oooh.. I have met Snowlily once, she is very pleasant mare. I haven't met your father yet. Perhaps you can introduce me to your family sometimes in the future. I would love to meet the couple that gave birth to a gorgeous mare like you." She beams at her before she blushes when laughing at Cassandra's complimenting her. "Thank you!! the mountains are very comfortable place to live with me. I just love living there with my mate." She sighs lightly and blushes when she thinks of her mate. She smiles at Cassandra. "Its all right, Cassandra. There should be some humor in every life being so don't be scared to poke fun at your family. They will always love you for who you are. No, I dont think your papa knows me." Frosta shifts her weight from one pair of hooves to other while she smiles at Cassandra.

Cassie nodded softly before murring gently. "Mama is a sweet mare alright. She is alittle overprotective of me but I am glad that she let me go and live in the forest instead of near the mountains where she lives." She blushed at Frosta's compliment and says "Thank you for your sweet compliment, Frosta.. Mama told me that one day I would be able to get a stallion that would like me for who I am not because of my looks." She giggles as she remembers the story that her mother told her about her papa.

Frosta slants her eyes toward the skies as she closes her eyes trying to remember her first meeting with Snowlily. It was so short and arupt, Snowlily had to leave for some reasons but she really liked how Snowlily looked like. It reminds her of the snow cheetah. She cames back to the reality when Cassandra spoke and she smiles at Cassandra. "Forest is very pleasant place to live as well.. so does the mountains." She beams at her new friend widely. She sighs deeply as she looks at Cassandra wistfully because her mother was very fortunate to have tight hold on her daughter instead of Frosta with her children. "Your mama is right, you want someone who will accept you for who you are.. not for your apperance. That is sign of true love, child.. if a stallion sees through your appearance and sees your dazzling personality." She mumurs lightly before she nods to the small stream near the memory. "Come with me,, please? I am parched" She smiles lightly at Cassandra.

Cassie beamed at Frosta's words about her finding a stallion. "Really? You think a stallion will like my personality? They say that if you strive to be perfect, it is the worst error that you can make in life." She then turns to the stream before looking at her. "Sure! I am thirsty myself." She murrs slightly before following her. "Mama always told me that I should just be myself but if there is a chance to be a better self, I should take it and want to be better not anyone telling me that I need to change.. Right?"

Frosta turns her head toward Cassandra while they are walking toward the stream. "But of course, you are a beautiful mare with a wonderful personality to boot. No stallions will be in their right mind to turn your offer down for love." She says with a smile on her face. "Nobody can be perfect, Cassandra. If someone is perfect, their life will be so boring because there won't be any adventures or mistakes in their life." Her blue eyes gleams with unknown emotion as she allows her legs to carry her closer to the stream. She leans her head down and drinks some of the refreshingly cold water while listening to Cassandra talk. "Yes you are right, Cassandra. There is always a chance to improve yourself, so listen to other soquilis and they will offer necessary feedback." She raises her head up from the water and looks at the younger mare.

Cassie looked at Frosta and nods with a smile, saying, "That is right, Frosta. I hope to find the right one but it is better to make friends first to see which one you are compatiable with.. Right? I mean. .with stallions." She giggled softly while blushing ever so deeply. "I could never go with mares." She didn't know why she said that. She moved to drink from the stream to refresh herself before looking at Frosta. "What is your mate like?" She asked while tilting her head.

Frosta smiles at the younger mare before she nods lightly. "Yes, its always good thing to develop the relationship before you rush into it head first. Its surefire way for the relationship to go bye bye" She simply says as she places both of her front hooves in the water to make it more colder. "My mate? Kinguyakki is everything I want in a stallion.. he is amazing guy who is very protective of me and my children but at same time he is quiet and reserved. He tend to travel around the mountains so I don't really see him that often but when we do see each other.. we do make most out of our time we do have together." Frosta says as she looks at Cassie.

Cassie looks at Frosta with a smile softly. "Reserved? Hmm.. I don't think I can go for that, Miss Frosta. I would love a stallion that is sweet and kind but always know how to make me laugh. I think laughter is what makes one part of the relationship.. He also got to love the stars as much as I do." She began to wonder if she could ever find a stallion with that kind of personality. She still felt her markings is what keeping her from getting a stallion but dared not to let Frosta know.

Frosta began to pace in front of Cassie since she is growing tired. She have been awake even before the sun have begun to rise above the mountains. "You will find that stallion.. just be patient.. love yourself and take care of yourself first. I find that the stallions like a mare who is confident in herself and can carry her-" A yawn interrupted her from finishing the sentence. She smiles sheepishly at Cassie. "I think this mare need to head back to her home and sleep." She says in now drowsy voice
