I. Mirai Weapons INTAR Weaponry: The Incapacitating Nano-Tech Auxiliary Rifle, a fully non-lethal variant of PPG weapons, fires energized, low velocity picocyte rounds which induce pain and muscle fatigue on impact. While a single shot will hurt, most adults are not knocked out by a single shot. Several (3) shots are usually required to cause loss of consciousness. As a result, most INTAR weapons fire in bursts. The energized, low velocity rounds are a bright red color and can be seen like tracers after they are fired. However, they move too fast to be dodged by anything less than Nosferatu reflexes. INTAR weapons are denoted by a red crystal that glows when the weapon is armed, typically placed on the base of the handle or the bottom of the magazine. PPG Weaponry: Picocyte Projectile Gun weapons fire coherent picocytes that can perform a number of different functions on impact or proximity to a target. The rounds are propelled by a matter/anti-matter reaction and as a result, the weapons produce a loud bang when fired and the projectile moves too fast for the eye to follow. Antineutron Weaponry: Mirai Antineutron particle weaponry operates by projecting a stream or bolt of densely packed antimatter particles encased in a quantum energy bubble. The particles themselves are chargeless antineutrons, so they cannot be deflected, diverted, or redirected by magnetic fields. Additionally, their high velocity means they are not easily affected by gravity fields either. Furthermore, because they use subatomic particles, most energy shielding will not completely block the matter-stream. And traditional armor provides little protection because of the antimatter nature of the weapons. Particle Weaponry: Recent (within the past decade) advancements in Mirai weapons technology has allowed the Mirai to harness a multitude of exotic and subatomic particles and also to develop weapons systems capable of generating and manipulating a variety of different particles. These weapons systems are referred to as 'particle weapons' because they utilize discreet amounts of particles as a projectile. These weapons allow operators to choose from several different particles with different characteristics on the fly. Abh Barrier Cannon: A device designed by Athonos that fires Abh Barrier particles in a charged, high velocity bolt that, on impact, will create a pressure wave in an Abh Barrier or disseminate upon impact with any form of matter or energy. The resulting pressure wave or dissemination discharges a powerful energy blast. Tachyonic Blaster Cannons: Developed by Thoth for use aboard his personal ship and potential use in subsequent ships of the same class, even the Mirai do not fully understand how this weaponry works. But they do have a pretty good idea of what it does. Tachyonic Blasters work by taking tachyonic matter, similar to the hypermatter found in the cores of Imperial Star Destroyers, and giving it so much energy that it crosses the lightspeed barrier to sublight speed. In a sense, it is the inverse of a hyperdrive, which takes sublight matter and propels it to superluminal speeds. The result is a bolt of particle-wave energy travelling at nearly the speed of light and having an extreme amount of momentum. The energy blasts from these weapons are more powerful than the Heavy Turbolaser batteries of the NLK's and other Star Dreadnoughts, but they also require massive amounts of energy and take several (3-7) minutes to recharge. Mirai Beam-Projectile weaponry: Designed by Onikage upon learning of the Barrier Cannon designed by Athonos, a Mirai Beam-Projectile weapon has two major components, an EM field projector and a modified barrier cannon. Initially, the weapon fires a powerful electro-magnetic beam down the line of the barrel. The beam is unique in that it has an oscillating charge that results in a net neutral charge, so it cannot be deflected by other magnetic fields. Inside the weapon, Barrier particles are generated and energized, the particles are then shot along the EM beam, accelerating them to within 80% of the speed of light. Additionally, the particles are imbued with rotational velocities by the beam, resulting in a rifling effect that significantly increases the inertia of the projectile. The final result is a weapon that uses an initial EM beam, traveling relatively instantaneously, to guide a powerful projectile to a target. However, the beam is also highly tunable, with range being a component of power so that the weapon can appear to fire single projectiles without any apparent beam. The beam guidance of the projectile means that this weapon does not lose effectiveness in atmospheres because the beam isolates the projectile from the atmosphere until it impacts the target. Insin Cannon: The Insin Cannon is a new variation of the Beam-Projectile Cannon which uses a picocyte projectile that emits a Barrier field. These picocytes can be programmed with a number of different protocols and conditions. Protocols are patterns of behavior for the picocytes and conditions are parameters that define the types of actions the picocytes take. Protocol Alpha - Once the projectile breaches the target, an enemy capital ship, the picocytes enter an extremely active replication phase that results in a highly energized, gaseous picocyte plasma. This plasma is an artificially intelligent entity that acts to directly incapacitate the personnel aboard an enemy ship and then turn that ship against its allies. The artificial intelligence is a dynamic program designed by Dorian that grows in intelligence as the number of picocytes increases. In its final stages, or if a ship cannot be turned to fight for the Mirai, the picocytes completely convert the ship's matter into more picocytes as a way of reclaiming that matter for use as a resource. Protocol Beta - The projectile detonates on or near the surface of the target, propagating a picocytic dust that adheres to the target. Individual picocytes then induce a quantum phase shift about themselves and any nearby matter (within about a meter radius to each picocyte particle). This phase shift is used to allow the dust to bypass most energy shields and match the phase of previously shifted matter. This means that the effects of the dust cannot be counteracted by another phase shift because the dust will react and compensate. It should be noted that typical cloud dispersal will not envelop an entire ship and therefore only part of the ship will phase and the phase typically does not penetrate the hull. Protocol Gamma - The projectile uses Foehammer technology to significantly increase its apparent mass after reaching velocity. The Barrier particle shell is significantly weaken with this protocol, causing it to instead form a long tail behind the projectile that will do splash damage and allows for near misses with the projectile, which is granted the amazing armor penetration of the Foehammer. Condition Zero - The picocytes of the projectile will not replicate. Condition One - The picocytes replicate at the highest possible rate as soon as defined by Protocol or with impact. Condition Two - The picocytes replicate in the presence of blood or bodily fluids. Condition Three - The picocytes emit Force and Antiforce to generate a Force/Antiforce reaction. The picocytes will compensate for environmental Force or Antiforce to maintain a balanced reaction. Phase Projector: A quantum energy field projector is used to generate a field that will 'push' all matter and energy within the field out of phase with normal space. This is the primary component of the traditional phase cloak, but can also be used, in the case of Mirai Phase Projectors, to generate fields outside the ship. One use of this would be to cloak a fleet or to phase enemy weaponsfire so it cannot harm the ship. Variable Energy Field Projectors: More advanced than the Phase Projector, these can project fields in the same ways as the Phase Projector, but they do not have to induce the same effects. They can be used to create dampening fields, or as wide-focus weaponry, or to scramble sensors, etc. Force Cannon: Designed by Viscious, this weapon is most effective against Force Adepts but is still quite effective against any living matter. The Force Cannon uses special crystals to collect, focus, and emit as a powerful coherent beam of Force Energy. Mere proximity to the weapon when it is discharged causes Force Adepts to feel nauseous and experience a 'buzzing' in the back of their heads (ooc- Like how Jedi feel around clones). Hellgate Cannon: The Hellgate Cannon is a massive array that unleashes a torrential matter-energy stream kilometers in diameter issuing out of the southern hemisphere of the Hellforge. Typically, the matter-energy stream is immediately directed to a gateship positioned in normal space. While the ship is destroyed in the process, it will pull the stream out of hyperspace and can direct that stream in any direction, at any angle, for the duration of the stream. The energy of the stream includes pure Force energy and it therefore can have the same effects as a Force Cannon. Armageddon Cannon: This cannon fires an almost unstoppable bolt of energy and matter. It feeds directly off a quantum singularity from which it draws all its power and is basically firing a small blackhole. Sword of Damocles: A powerful beam weapon, based on the Hellgate Cannon, but one which also delivers a stream of picocytes travelling at nearly the speed of light. The end result is a beam that penetrates all things and instantaneously converts all matter caught within the beam into picocytes. Soul Edge: A powerful cannon similar to the Sword of Damocles but directly controlled by the Lord Mirai through the Ara Lacrimae. Medusa: A beam weapon similar to the Sword of Damocles weapon, but the picocytes do not replicate, instead they simply break down the target. Hyper-Medusa: Developed as a sort of macroscale Medusa weapon, the Hyper-Medusa is used by large picocyte colonies for mass assimilation of a target, very similar to the Sword of Damocles, but the new picocytes are immediately absorbed or formed into a new colony. Quantum Inversion Weaponry: A Quantum field projected straight or as a projectile matrix that effectively breaks all bonds between any matter within the beam. This could be considered a proto-Emergent weapon because, while energy is always released by the broken atomic bonds, the weapon itself does not directly convert the matter to energy and does not affect (or be affected by) energy in any way. Dualiter Cannon: The Dualiter uses Quantum Duality (thus the name) to join a target space-time, up to a 10 m radius sphere for 3 seconds, with the center of a power core. While the Dualiter Cannon will energize any matter within the target, it does so by the force of its own core, rather than unlocking the energy within the target as Emergent Weaponry does. Hypertorpedo: A projectile formed entirely from antimatter and using quantum propulsion systems. Sent through hyperspace to emerge within the target where an antimatter thermonuclear warhead detonates, spreading atomic antimatter and anti-energy, which condenses into antimatter with exposure to normal energy. Hypermissile: Similar to Hypertorpedo, but smaller in scale and payload. Arbiter Missile: Arbiter missiles are the oldest and most basic type of Mirai missile. Each Arbiter missile is equipped with a basic AI and an attuning crystal (like the synthdroids) that allows multiple missiles to communicate with eachother across distances to coordinate the resolution of an objective. Arbiter missiles can be armed with a wide variety of warheads, from replicant warheads that can produce a second missile while in flight to high yield thermonuclear devices. The missile casing is small and slim, space gray in color (like the original Star Destroyers). Propelled by onboard micro-hawking drives, they are fast and extremely manueverable, making them hard to shake off or avoid. Aurora Missile: An aurora missile is an Arbiter missile with a modified warhead that will release a dense cloud of hydrogen ions, resulting in a small emission nebula that will eventually dissapate in a few days. But before it does it will effectively render all cloaking devices useless when operated within the nebula. The Hyperbeacons can also be used to modify portions of this nebula and cause it to emit highly disorienting subnucleonic radiation. Pegasus Missile: Pegasus Drone Missiles are highly intelligent and manueverable picocyte weapons. Each missile is a coherent picocyte colony in and of itself, propelling itself through the Force. As such, the explosive power of each missile can be precisely tuned in-flight. These missiles can even be set so as not to detonate at all, but rather pierce through the target or even enter the target and seek out the most vital or unstable systems before detonating. Revenant Missile: The Revenant missile was designed by Thoth after examining the archives recovered from the Ancient Templar station at Vergesso. In the archive, Thoth discovered the schematics for an energy-based quantum data storage device, the Holocron. Thoth realized that the crystal matrices of the device could be used to manipulate subspace. But rather than doing so to store information, Thoth utilized this capability to warp normal space. Thus the warhead of this missile is also its propulsion system, a warp drive that bends space, in a sense creating a 'false' gravity source ahead of the missile, towards which it naturally accelerates. Thoth was able to design a somewhat hourglass shaped "holocron" warhead that can warp space nearly to the point of creating a wormhole at a radius of ten meters from the missile itself. He then housed this warhead in a special missile casing of the same design as the Arbiter missile, but constructed from the same materials as the Stealthviper, thus rendering the missile completely invisible because it lacks even the miniscule particle emissions of the Stealthviper. Spyder Missile: Comprised of clusters of picocytes, these missiles are high speed and highly maneuverable. Once they ake contact with their targets, these missiles beginning to break down the target to produce more picocytes, which in turn break down more of the target matter until the target has been completely eliminated. Evenstar Missile: This weapon was designed by Thoth to replace the venerable Arbiter missile. Basically, is a one Field-Newtonian Engine, three Mirai Field Drives, and a picocytic warhead. The warheads are also unique because the use an operating system developed by Thoth that even the Mirai cannot seem to access or alter. This warhead is capable of all previous Arbiter modes, but uses a different process to do damage. Using a form of quantum compression and particles generated by the Field-Newtonian Engine, the Evenstar basically creates a new universe in a quantum field. This universe is unstable and decays in thousandths of a second after the field is released, but the decay takes the form of a scale Big Bang that results in a high yield, transphasic explosion much more powerful than the warhead of the larger, older Arbiter missile. Like the NS-5 droid, the Evenstar replaces CCIR with picocytes and a more powerful AI. These means that these missiles will coordinate their attacks as the Arbiters did. It can also be used as a sensor probe or for jamming enemy sensors. Eris'Set Torpedo: A self-propelled nuclear device that utilizes a Double-Fronted Warp Field. This method of propulsion has a number of benefits and detriments. The dual sheer warp fields bend space in such a way that all particle and energy emissions are projected around the device along the field front. As a result, the device is only detectable from a 30 degree conical area directly behind the device when the drive is active. Additionally, the device will therefore travel at nearly the speed of light. However, this means that the device cannot be guided by anything more than a trigger signal from a hyperbeacon to tell the device to explode or re-orient itself (if it missed the target).

II. Mirai Shields/Armor Hawking Anti-particle Armor Plating: This armor plating is a thin, extremely dense material that spontaneously emits Hawking Particle Radiation. The particles are both matter and antimatter and will quickly break down, emitting X-rays. But prior to that they move outward from the plating for several centimeters. The result is a zone several centimeters thick, just above the hull, which acts as a highly effective polar amplification/dampening field of sorts. It slows down particles and reduces energy beams that are moving towards the hull, but adds energy to anything moving away from the hull. This is the standard Mirai form of armor and is present on all Mirai ships. Morennium: A substance formed of the same picocyte matrix as Elennium, but energized. Morennium ranges in color from a chrome silver to a dark matte black depending on its energy level, higher energies having darker coloration. It is more durable than Elennium, but also slightly more malleable because it is often flexible. Elennium: This opaque, white substance is a non-energized picocyte matrix, molecularly stronger than even Gundanium or Suncrusher armor with a mass equivalent to Luna-Titanium. Elennium has the strength of Neutronium, but without the mass of a solid neutron matrix. It is superconductive and can be linked to sensors to form Reactive Armor. Reactive Armor Plating: This white armor plating is comprised of a non-energized picocyte matrix, molecularly stronger than even Gundanium or Suncrusher armor with a mass equivalent to Luna-Titanium. These plates are linked to sensors via a passive AI. Projectile and energy attacks incident on the armor plating are met with inverse energy fields or opposing kinetic blasts (as appropriate) moments before impact, canceling the energies involved at an average efficiency of 80% or higher. Anti-emission Inner plating: A special layer of plating placed just beneath the hulls of some Mirai ships. This layer is capable of emitting x-rays that can be modulated by the ship. This is a key component of the Mirai cloaking systems because it is this layer that is used to phase cancel the x-rays emitted by Mirai Hawking Anti-Particle Armor Plating. Ablative Armor Layer: This is a special layer typically located between a Mirai ship's outer and inner hulls. This layer is composed of a super-conductive material designed to diffuse energy weapons that contact the hull. The standard system diverts that energy directly into the ships own power systems. This means that the system does not have the overload hazard of regenerative energy shields. Chronotonic Shield Plating: Chronotonic Shielding operates by creating an anti-chronoton field in a material. This field neutralizes the naturally occurring chronotons within a material thus making that material effectively resistant to change, a.k.a. Time. This shield plating is also an effective protection against temporal fields. The only drawback to this plating is that it cannot undergo a Temporal Covariance Cloak. There are two primary methods to address this. First, the Cloak may simply be activated, leaving behind the outermost layer of a Mirai Ship, the part affected by the plating. This husk is easily destroyed and will eventually break apart on their own. Beyond visual scanning, these husks will not fool sensors. The second cloaking method is to deactivate the shield plating with a strong chronoton (Temporal) field then activating the Covariance Cloak. Personal Shield: A Mirai personal shield is an energy shield projected by small device which uses the body's own magnetic field to deflect the shield. The shield itself is a Mirai Quantum Matrix shield. The device has a picocyte power source that will slowly build up a charge strong enough for one to three shield discharges. After that, it takes as much as a minute for the shield device to reach full charge again. Regenerative Shielding: The Mirai employ regenerative energy shielding that will assimilate any energy directed against it, thereby actually strengthening the shield. This is the result of a specially tuned energy matrix that is projected from the shield generator. This matrix will convert any energy that intersects it and redirect that energy, in effect, that energy becomes a part of the original matrix. This only danger of this type of shielding is that it may become energized to the point of overloading, unleashing massive amounts of energy against a now unprotected ship. Point Defense Shields: An early incarnation of the Quantum Matrix shield, this is actually the same type of shield, but projected on only a small area to conserve energy. This shield takes the form of an impenetrable white circle that moves over the surface of the ship. That shield is directed by the ship, usually through a dedicated computer system, to intercept incoming weapons-fire. Quantum Deflection Grid: Another incarnation of the Quantum Matrix Shield, this one meets the monumental energy requires of the Quantum Matrix shield by using advanced sensors to activate the shield only in the nanoseconds before impact and leaves the shield active for a few seconds after impact. This, however, causes the shield to lose some of its impenetrability because it does not always activate before impact. Reactive Plasma Shield: Using the Mirai understanding of Quantum Mechanics and Nano-mechanics, coupled with the knowledge of Plasma Physics from the Protoss Sanctum of Intellect, the Mirai have developed a Plasma shield that assumes a hardened crystalline formation as more energy is incident upon the shield. This means that the hardness of the shield is directly proportional to the energy brought to bear against it, making it an effective barrier against energy and projectile weaponry, as well as missiles and fast-moving ground units. However, walking infantry or slow-moving vehicles can pass through the shield with minimal difficulty. (ooc: This can be considered a more sensitive version of the Gungan shield seen in Episode I of the Star Wars movies. However, this shield would stop an AAT moving at full speed.) An additional benefit to Reactive Plasma Shields is its ability to completely absorb a wide range of radiation, including Thrall Radiation, or be modulated to allow specific range of radiation through (such as visible light). Overshield: A Mirai Overshield is an elliptical energy shield that operates on similar principles to Mirai Quantum Matrix shielding, though requiring significantly less power. As a result, the shield is nominally less effective. It is a pure energy shield projected from a central source, though it can be reinforced by other sources. While this shield will wear down under duress, it is easily replenished. This shield functions both for containment and also repulsion. One major function is atmospheric containment, such as with the Lantis-class. It is also a general purpose defensive shield. Quantum Matrix Shielding: The pinnacle of Mirai shield technology, the Quantum Matrix energy shield is the much coveted perfect shield. The shield works by projecting a quantum-scale energy matrix that results in a physical barrier, though without using matter, thus making the barrier mass-less. The Quantum Matrix shield is transphasic and does not have any single frequency correlation. It will stop all energy, including gravitational and nuclear energies, and all matter, down to the subatomic scale. Anti-energy Wave-Casters: Designed by Viscious, this weapon type consists of two components, a generic energy projector and a comprehensive sensor node. The sensors precisely calculate the properties of a target energy pattern, traditionally a projectile, and passes the inverse of that pattern to the energy projector. The projector than casts that pattern to intercept the target pattern. When this happens, the two patterns cancel each other at +95% efficiency. Phase Projector: A quantum energy field projector is used to generate a field that will 'push' all matter and energy within the field out of phase with normal space. This is the primary component of the traditional phase cloak. Tactical Evasion Field: A spatial warp field is used to reshape space around a ship and allow it to 'shift' position relative to incoming weapons-fire and any outside observers.

III. Mirai Cloaking Technology Mirai Cloak: With this advanced cloaking device of a unique design that allows for many levels of stealth up to a total cloak. Under total cloak, all radiation emissions are blocked, even light and subspace emissions. This cloak also has phasing technology which means that the ship can phase cloak. Another advantage of this cloaking system is its passive and active stages. When the cloak is in a passive stage, it does not draw any power. But the passive cloak is not complete and not phased, just reduced emissions and various sensor transparencies/absorbencies. The active cloak can be tuned up to a total cloak, but then the ship is also sensor-blind and that takes the most power. Lesser active cloaks are less effective, but do not compromise sensors. One of the unique features of the Mirai Cloak is its Force component that reduces the apparent Force presence of a cloaked object to render it invisible against the universal Force background. This requires very little power and occurs even at the earliest or lowest stages of cloak. Sensor Camouflage: A passive cloak that requires minimal amounts of energy and is powered through the energies typically left to be picked up by sensors, stray radiation and excess Force and the like. Sensor Camouflage absorbs all emissions, including the Force, except for reflected visible light. As such, objects using Sensor Camouflage are much less likely to be detected because visible light is the only means of detection and tracking and it is inherently unreliable. Active Camouflage: A low-energy form of optical cloak that works by absorbing radation and then emitting identical radiation on the opposite side of the camouflaged body. It is a nominally effective form of cloak that is best used by infantry and increases efficacy in low light environments. Temporal Covariance Cloak: The Temporal Covariance Cloak is a Truthseer technology and the most effective cloak ever contrived. The cloak works by inducing a Temporal Shift that moves the cloaked object a few seconds into the future. This shift precludes interaction with any energy and most non-static matter. Objects under this cloak are only detectable by Trans-Temporal Sensors, such as only the Mirai possess. This form of cloak only draws power during the initial Temporal shift, thus making it considerably more energy efficient than other cloaks that require continuous power. Another advantage of this cloak is that it is very easy to project reverse shifts before weapon apertures, so vessels employing the Covariance Cloak may fire from cloak. They also need not worry about return fire as the Temporal shift protects them from returned fire.

IV. Mirai Sensors The Mirai posess a range of different sensor systems on all their ships that detect a number of different things. Primarily, Mirai sensors are passive, not requiring the emission of any particles to operate. Passive Mirai sensors detect gravitic fields, energy fields, photonic emissions, and fields of the Force. The Mirai also use trans-temporal active tachyonic scanning sensors. Designed by Thoth, the sensors utilize quantum algorithms to detect events in real time over great distances. In fact, the most sophisticated component of the active sensors is actually the system by which they limit the data retrieved from the sensors to actual events. In theory, these sensors could detect future events. They even appear to do so from the right perspective. The sensors are capable of detecting events that appear to be in the immediate future to a fix observer, when the event is actually so far removed that the observer would otherwise have not been able to detect that event at that time. This is primarily due to the tachyonic scanning medium's superluminal nature. One other benefit of this technology is that the Mirai active sensor is almost impossible to detect or block. The only significant limitation to the Mirai's use of active sensors and their ability to detect is the power required for their function.

V. Mirai Communications Systems The primary medium for Mirai communication is the Force. All Mirai are raised to 'speak' through the Force in the Mirai language that evolved from a code developed by Viscious. This language is used to command picocytes and operate Mirai control interfaces. It works by sending vibrations through the Force, requiring knowledge and very fine control, but not power per se, so even the weakest Mirai can use it. Most Mirai machines also communicate through the Force, such as the hyperbeacons, but they use their own computer languages that use different frequencies of the Force and are 'inaudible' to all but the most sensitive Mirai. Additionally, while all Mirai can communicate through the Force at conversational ranges, it takes a powerful Mirai or some type of communications relay to communicate over greater distances. For example, when sitting on his throne in the Limitless Fortress, the Lord Mirai may talk to Mirai throughout the galaxy by drawing on the Force from the planet. However, very few would be able to talk back because of the Force Potency required.

VI. Mirai Drive Systems Hawking Drive: The standard type of drive used by the Mirai, it operates by generating Hawking particle radiation. The particles themselves are matter and antimatter and so will destroy eachother almost immediately after leaving the drive, thus ensuring that no particle trail remains after the ship and making it much harder to track, especially if cloaked. Particle Drive: The particle drive operates on many of the same principles as the Hawking drive, but can be specifically tuned to only emit a certain type of particle or exotic particle, such as one that quickly dissapates, or a tachyonic particle. This drive requires more power to operate, but is much easier to cloak and necessary for Mirai passive cloaking technology, if any type of particle drive is used. Discontinuum Drive: By descreetly released measured amounts of gravitons from the primary powerplant, a variable yet powerful gravity field is able to warp space around the ship and cause it to move without any radiation emissions. Axial Spatial Warp Drive: A new superluminal drive system based on the Discontinuum Drive, the 'warp drive' generates a subspace field that will warp local space, increasing the speed of light, relative to the space outside the warp field. This drive has the advantage of making non-transdimensional superluminal travel possible and also using a continuous, relatively low, power flow, rather than the large, quick release of energy needed to enter or exit hyperspace. Slipdrive: A faster-than-light drive that bends space and pulls a ship along the Slipstream, a network of cosmic strings that permeates the universe. While slower than hyperspace travel or the Terran Jump technology, it has the benefit of avoiding hyperspace and actually not requiring very much power to engage or operate. Variable Geometry Multi-spatial Field Drive: Based on the Discontinuum Drive, an amalgam of various Mirai propulsion technologies made possible by field generators capable of emitting several different kinds of energy in fields. This makes it possible to achieve all previous drive technologies, excluding the Quantum Emergence Drive, with a single system. It is commonly referred to simply as a Field Drive or Multi-field Drive. The Field Drive is extremely energy efficient in inter-dimensional travel because of a new protocol that utilizes the subspace energy normally considered to be just a byproduct of hyperspace window formation. Field-Newtonian Engine: This engine is a standard Mirai field drive, fitted with its own power source, a particle generator/accelerator, and a forward particle intake. In addition to the standard Field propulsion systems, this engine uses a Newtonian propulsion system, accelerating particles in one direction to achieve motion in the opposite direction. This can be done either with particle generated by the engine or by using particles from the surrounding atmosphere, at significantly reduced energy consumption. In either case, the propellant is accelerated to relativistic velocities and channeled out the rear of the engine, producing a great thrust of opposite vector. Quantum Emergence Drive: The Quantum Emergence Drive is a device designed by Thoth, based on principles that he developed. It operates in such a way that it reduces an objects mass almost infinitely, converting that mass to near infinite energy at the same time. In one sense, the drive actually shrinks a ship down to a quantum level, but at that level it can move at previously unattainable speeds. The final result is practically instantaneous travel across theoretically infinite distances. While the energy draw of this drive is exceptionally high, nearly prohibitive, the newly developed protocols for Picocyte Circulatory Systems that allow them to siphon power from subspace are able to provide enough power to make use of Quantum Emergence. However, Quantum Emergence cannot be used with the same ease or frequency as a Hyperdrive because it still takes time to store the energy necessary to operate the drive.

VII. Mirai Power Systems Picocyte Circulatory System: A Picocyte Circulatory System is a network of conduits for liquid picocytes that is distributed through a ship. The picocytes flow to and from a central power core or just flowing around the ship if no other power core exists. The primary benefit of such a power system is that the picocytes can quickly repair any damaged systems or provide additional power to systems as necessary. A Picocyte Circulatory System also has incredible energy capacitance, meaning this system can build up a significant store of energy without any of the typical effects of an overloaded power system and can also absorb tremendous amounts of energy directly. Thoth has also developed a new protocol for drawing energy directly from subspace by opening and closing multiple minute subspace rifts. This idea is clearly based on the newly developed hyperspace protocols used for Mirai hyperspace travel. Crystal Power Systems: The standard Mirai power source is a Force-based Crystal Power Core. These systems are based on specially designed and carefully grown crystals specifically tuned to the Force. These crystals automatically convert Force energy into more usable types of energy and draw that Force from the very fabric of the universe. Self-Contained Zero-Point Energy Well: Basically a fully contained artificial black hole whose quantum properties are used to generate theoretically unlimited energy. Quantum Singularity: Several Mirai ships harness naturally occuring Quantum Singularities, or Black Holes, which give the ships limitless power, but render the ships unable to access hyperspace. Omega Core: The Omega Core outwardly has the appearance of a smooth, clear glass orb with a ten centimeter diameter. When activated, however, it pulsates with a white, glowing light and releases immense amounts of high energy particle radiation with each pulse. The device is actually a massive (relatively speaking) cosmic string assembler that actually draws energy from subspace and coalesces it into a cosmic string. The string itself is quite unstable and promptly annihilates itself, releasing the massive energy pulses apparent to an outside observer. The specific structure of the device is unknown beyond that it operates on a subatomic level. This is because the device was actually designed and built by Thoth and only he or one of his Disciples is capable of engaging and disengaging it. Dorian has theorized that it operates in a similar fashion to the Mirai Force-based Crystal Power cores, that by nature of their design spontaneously emit energy. The only other thing known is that a ship with this device cannot operate its Quantum Emergence Drive while the device is active. Trans-Temporal Core: The Trans-Temporal Core is one of the most advanced power systems available to the Mirai. It uses a Temporal Field coupled with a simple powerplant to access power from the core along all points of the timeline. The only drawback to this system is that the core must remain stationary.

VIII. Mirai Unique Technologies EXNAMAS: A self-contained craft equipped with advanced AI and CCIR control center. It has an integrated Nano-Assisted Microfield Assembly System (NAMAS) that enables the manufacture of a variety of simple and complex materials and systems through the use of nanomachines and highly attenuated micro scale energy fields to assemble objects down to the subatomic level. This means that, with enough energy and time, any substance can be made from the matter of any other substance, in proper proportions. The energy fields can also be expanded to enable scale manufacture of complex equipment in limited quantities. This type of craft will operate independantly as directed, manufacturing anything it is directed to manufacture and even augmenting itself to better suit the demands placed on it. EXNAMAS craft are potentially replicant and theoretically quite powerful as their field emitters are much stronger and operate over range great enough to dissemble whole planets and they utilize Micro-CCIR nanoconstructors. Force Crystals: The Mirai make extensive use of specially developed crystals, attuned to specific frequencies of the Force. These crystals are the key components of a number of Mirai technologies, such as Mirai Crystal Power cores and Mirai control devices. Quantum Cerebral Tachyon Network (QCTN): Originally an evolution of the cerebral network of Dorian, the QCTN (read 'CUE-TEN') processor transmits information along tachyon pathways and uses Quantum computational algorithms. This gives the processor practically unlimited computational bandwidth and the ability to instantaneously process information in real time. QCTN processors always have AI operating systems for durability and these may be Inert, non-sentient and not self-aware, or Overt, sapient and fully self-aware. While the first QCTN and its immediate descendants were solid state, all such processors have been replaced by picocyte formations that increase efficiency, decrease energy requirements, and give the processor on-board sensors that enable instantaneous linking to any Mirai system. Hyperbeacons and the Hypernet: A network of stationary bodies, called hyperbeacons, permanently located in hyperspace. They have been placed there by the Mirai and are based primarily on technology garnered from Centerpoint Station. Their main purpose is to act as a communications network for the Mirai. However, they also act as hyperspace beacons that allow Mirai ships to 'submerge' themselves in hyperspace, in a manner somewhat parallelling earth submarines. Furthermore, the beacons are outfitted with unique matter-energy transporters that enable Mirai operatives to teleport across the galaxy nearly instantaneously. Accessing this network is impossible to all but the beacons because of the nature of the communication medium (it isn't radio or subspace, but something like that). And if the integrity of the outer skin is breached by anything, even phased, or the beacon is moved, it self-destructs by forming a subspatial rift. Trans-Temporal Network: The Trans-Temporal Net is a communications and power network that spreads across the Mirai domain. The centerpiece of this network is the distributed Trans-Temporal Power Cores within the Mirai Stations in hyperspace. These Cores have quantum fields that effectively unify all the power cores into a single point, also correlating to the center of Zero-One. Through this link, instantaneous communication is possible all across the galaxy for any Mirai with access to the HyperNet, a subsystem of the Trans-Temporal Net thanks to Zero-One. Photonic Plasma Holography: A technology derived from the information found in the Protoss Sanctum of Intellect, Photonic Plasma Holography is an extremely advanced form of holography that enables the creation of solid holographic entities. These holograms differ from the traditional hologram because they can take solid form and need to only be emitted once, not continuously. This is possible because these holograms, rather than being projected images, are complex matrices of a unique type of photon-based plasma. These energized matrices interact within a hologram to act out pre-programmed protocols in an artificial sapience. Photonic Plasma Holograms most often take the form of utility personnel, medics, maintenance engineers, common soldiers, and the like. They can exhibit high degrees of intelligence and dexterity. Holograms possess near-Nosferatu abilities but cannot touch the Force in any way. Beam Technology: The Mirai possess beam technology used to remotely transport matter over distance. It operates by converting the target matter into a particle energy stream and directing that stream to a target location. This technology is most used by the Mirai Hyperbeacons to create a galaxy wide transport network. The Ghost and Forerunner classes, as well as Blue Hell Command Ships, commonly possess this technology. Picocytes: Subatomic crystalline formations that possess limited intelligence and can manipulate their immediate surrounds through locomotion. These picocytes are capable of emitting two types of monopolar quantum field, one that attracts, another that repels. When clustered together, picocytes are replicant and thus can reproduce to massive numbers through direct matter conversion. Mirai Lightsaber: Mirai lightsabers are unique in that their blades are not lasers as are the traditional blades. Mirai lightsabers do not use focusing crystal to focus a laser beam. Instead, Mirai lightsaber blades are formed of coherent energized picocytes. This has the advantage of a stronger blade, more effective at blocking across all bands of lightsaber blades (unlike traditional blue blades) but still a more powerful blade that most other blades. However, Mirai lightsabers are also typically keyed to their owners and can have various properties specially chosen by the wielder (such as a flexible blade) that can appear unexpectedly and be difficult to handle if unexpected. Quantum Compression: Quantum Compression is a derivative of Quantum Emergence, but requires significantly less power because it draws latent energy from the particles being compressed. To an outside observer, an object undergoing Quantum Compression will appear to go straight into a physical surface, literally disappearing. What actually occurs is an extreme dimensional reduction, in effect making the object 2D. It is then limited to the surfaces of other objects and only capable of observing those surfaces. Barring the use of an Omega Core, Quantum Compression is limited to fairly small masses by its energy requirements. Temporal Shift: Developed at an unknown point by Onikage, the technology involves a unique use of the monopolar fields generated by picocytes. Temporal Shift enables a shifted entity to exist in multiple positions along a single temporal path. To an outside observer, this is seen as a gray-black shadow of that entity whose motions precede the entity and a foggy white shadow whose motions follow the entity. This state can be used to bypass temporary barriers and events, such as forcefields and doors or projectiles and energy beams. This can render a being in temporal shift immune to attacks and able to pass through shields and doors with impunity.

I.Jedi Resistance Weapons Blaster Rifle: Projectile Weapon that fires 7.62mm AP rounds short to medium range weapon Blaster Pistol: Projectile Weapon that fires a .45cal AP rounds short ranged, meant for close combat Lightsaber: E-Webb: Heavy blaster turret, meant for mowing down large amounts of infantry and keeping units pinned. Sniper Rifle: Long range scoped weapon that is very accurate with a slow rate of fire. Rocket Launcher: Fires an APHE rocket. This is an anti-vehicle rocket that is designed to puncture a small whole into the vehicles armor and then fragmentation from the rocket and armor kills the crew. Chainswords: Swords that have a small motor that powers a spining chainsaw blade that can cut through most armor and tear away flesh. Each of the blades are designed to do two things. The first one is the stab into the flesh and the second one is the tear away the flesh. Even if this weapon does not cause a killing blow the trama that it causes and the amount of damage renders the victim unable to continue fighting Assault Concusion Missles: These missles are meant as anti-capital ship weapons

II. Jedi Resistance Shields and Armor Reflective Armor: This armor is worn by the standard infantry and has some capability to reflect blaster fire, but not a direct hit. Blaster Absorbant Armor: This type of armor is only worn by the elites of the Jedi Resistance, this armor absorbs blaster fire that is fired at it and can protect against a direct blaster shot, but only one. Flight Suit: This armor is worn by the pilots and flight crew in the Jedi Resistance, this flight suit contains enough oxygen for 2 days in space Gundanium Armor: This is the armor that is located on each one of the mechs in the Jedi Resistance.

III.Jedi Resistance Cloaking Technology Phase Shift: The Sanguinius' Grail has a phase cloak Sensor/Radar Absorbant Paint w/ Adaptive Camoflauge: This is located on MT. Adaptive Camoflauge works by having tiny camaras all over the armor that transfer the image of the reverse side over to the other side, in other words the armor makes the wearer look like a heat ripple when wearing it. It is like octupus skin, blends in with the enviroment. This camoflauge is also located on the Tie Phantoms.

V.Communication Systems Personal Communicators: Each of these comunicators are located right in the throat part of every Jedi Resistance armor. The range of these is limited to 2000 yards. Ship Communicators: These commuinicators are located on each of the ships of the Jedi Resistance as well as on each of the mechs. These communicators can reach all over the planet Scout Comunicators: These comunicators are like the ship comuinicators except they are carried by one of the squad members in a scout squad Force Commander Communicator: This communicator is just like the personal communicator except that it is also linked to the ship communicator on board the commanders mech. This allows the commander to talk to all oh his units all over the planet. Robot Comunicator: This communicator works the same as the force commander's communicator.
