Paki's little paws tapped on the ground as he walked, chocolate meshing with the colors of the fallen leaves on the outside of the wall. Where was he? Was he out here for any reason in specific? Probably not... he couldn't even remember why he'd come out here in the first place... either way the large juvenile wanted to find something... or someone.
Kei was still on his mind, still pinging around cuz she was so nice. She was like a mother to him and she didn't pick on him like either of his parents, didn't mock him or coddle him. Well she did but she didn't really coddle him too much like both of his parents did.
A sigh came from Paki's muzzle, he missed his friend.

An irritated weird colored tail flicked as the adult leopard female pawed at the leaves of a branch...she couldn't sleep she couldn't do anything everything just didn't feel ok not since that stupid man left her. She sighed and glanced down at her stomach she was getting a little heavier and rounder...
Because of the baby or babies growing inside maybe she was irritated because of that? well there was probably many reasons. " Why did he had to leave me like that? does a pretty girl like me really deserve that? " she pulled her claws gently trough the bark of the tree she was resting in she was just so mad right now she wanted to scream and tell the world
how miserable she was " Nnnnnnnn " she was all tense and she didn't know what to do she was probably easy to hear as well up there in the tree.

Slowly sludging through the leaves, Paki grumbled under his breath, still unsure of himself. Where was Kei? Both times he'd come from the other side of the wall she'd been there, but she wasn't yet. A scraping sound met his ears and Paki froze mid step. What was that? It was above him, and since he couldn't see it made it all the harder for him to tell what it was. Hopefully it was just a bird, but Paki didn't know that for certain did he? "Hello...?" He called up, silver eyes flashing from behind the curtain of extra long fur before his face.

The female sighed again when she perked her ears down, did she hear something? she looked down. Oh it was Paki how could she had missed him awww so stupid of her " Hey Paki it's me Kei " she said happily and didn't try to sound sad around him but you could still here in her voice if you knew her well that something wasnt alright.
She decided to jump down from the tree and she landed next to her light little lion friend she purrred lightly then she suddenly stopped and glanced down at her belly there it was again...the cub ro cubs moved again she still had a hard time getting use to that feeling of being pragnent. " How are you my friend~~ ? "
She licked his forhead gently as she sat down infront of him.

Blinking blind eyes at her once more, Paki lifted both of his darker eyebrows and licked her back, grinning happily. It was her! It was Kei! Wagging his tail slightly and licking her leg happily where he usually did because it was all he could reach, Paki beamed up at her.
"Kei it's you!" Paki said happily, rubbing his side against her legs and bumping his head right into the buldge in her belly. Confusion washed over him since he didn't know what 'pregnant' looked like. He'd of course heard the saddness in her voice, but she hadn't told him why right away so it wasn't his right to ask her about it was it? No, of course not.
But this....
"You're having a cub?" Paki asked, flicking his ears forward faintly and tilting his head up so he could gaze at her through those unmoving eyes.

She smiled yes it was her indead and now Paki was running outside here again she told him so many times to be carefull but he never listend. She sighed well he was a curious and funny cub after all and she was glad he was here it was one of her only really good friends out here she always made better friends with cubs even if she met so many adults..
Then she felt him bumped into her belly...she looked down at him " Umm well i guess...." she didn't sound that happy over it tough she wanted to be happy but she couldn't she never liked that feeling of rasing a family of her own. But she guessed that is what she had to do.
" You see i met this pretty leopard male a few weeks ago..." she got silent again she didn't know if she should tell him or not.

Listening calmly as she spoke, Paki lifted his ears and laid them back at all the right places within her incredibly short story. It didn't entirely make him happy that his friend was used like that... just used for cubs.
If she had met a leopard male and had stayed with him then she would have been able to smell him all over her but he couldn't smell him or feel him at all. Deep down within him he was angry, incredibly angry. His friend had been used and she only got one cub and a shattered family from it. Had it been worth it? Paki couldn't answer that since he wasn't her and wasn't old enough to understand why adults wanted children, but he did understand the pain in her voice.
"I'm sorry." Paki said, ears flat to his skull as he looked away with a frown, "And he's not with you
anymore... That's not fair."

She pawed at his tail lightly and tried to play with her fluff as she listend to him " Well i really like him...but i guess he didn't like me that much to stay with me...it was probably my fault...i just wish there could be a male in this cubs life i always wanted a big family " she sighed but tried to smile for her friends sake.
She was more sad and she didn't want to be sad because getting babies would be something good right? she didn't know really but she wounderd if her negative toughts would effect the baby/babies? she didn't want that at all.
" I guess i made a mistake...i wouldn't have let myself fall for someone that fast "

"It's not your fault...." Paki said instantly, anger rising in his voice for the male that had left his best friend. How could he? Kei smelled so nice and so sweet, how could he just up and ******** leave her? All of his teeth grit together and he let a sigh come from his white muzzle, dropping his head so his tuft of mocha mane hung down before his eyes even more than normal.
He'd vowed himself that he wouldn't ever touch a female if she didn't want it, or at least he did at that second. How could a male give a female a family and then break it apart...?
"Well at least your cub smells like it'll be cute..." The juvenile said, lifting his head and smiling at her sweetly.

" It's ok i be fine but i guess that male wasn't for me...i met many and most of them are yerks actually " she sighed again why wasn't it any good males out there ok there was Paki but he was a child even Paki was better then the most boys she had met that was kind of bad actually.
She looked down at her belly and then at Paki maybe he wanted to help her out instead? " Um maybe i could get help from you sometime? " she puffed at his nose lightly with hers heh one day he would be a handsome lion she knew she would get jelous of that girl who captured his heart. " Oh smells nice? and how could you know it's only one? "
She had no idea actually and it was hard to feel actually and she had nothing to compare with either.

"Lots of males are jerks." Paki said with a saddened sigh, his smile falling and his shoulders slumping lightly as he was instantly saddened. How could Kei have been taken advantage of?
"You can always get help from me, you're my best friend." the juvenile flashed a toothy smile up at her and swished his tail from side to side so the leaves rustled beneath it. "I know because I can only smell good lions and leopards, and you're nice and so is your baby, or at least right now."
The juvenile nodded his head so his mane puffed up slightly on the air, making it easy to see the face beneath it rather suddenly.

" I guess they are dear...i still can't belive i fell for it " she flopped down on the ground with her chin resting on the ground she just didn't know if she could give this baby a happy life? well she would atleast not leave him or her all alone out there she knew she was gonna keep it and raise it good.
" Are you sure? that would really be great i don't know that much of being pragnent actually " she was a little worried maybe if something went wrong? she hoped not but she knew some females could get complications at there first birth.
" Well you don't have a cute girl at home that is waiting for you? " she said teasingly.

A pretty girl? The very thought rang through Paki's young mind and he blinked in confusion. Why would he have that when most of the lions he knew in the pride were all related or not that old? And the only females he knew other than the adults and his family were WAY little and not that bright.
Shrugging his large shoulders and shaking his head in even MORE confusion, Paki decided that he didn't really want a female. Why should he worry about one when all they did was get hurt or pregnant as was evident from Kei's treatment by this strange male that had impregnented her and hurt her heart?
"No I don't. I want to leave anyway..." Paki responded slowly.

Hmm Kei tought to herself that maybe it really wasn't that horrible to get pragnent it was just that she could need a man in her life someday that could just help her take care of her future children she hated to be alone actually right now she only had Paki and her unborn child.
" Oh well it's really normal love often us leopard do leave the females...lions are those that stick together " she smiled and felt a little better maybe she could find a handsome lion someday...someone nice that could take care of her
Then she started to chew on her bottom lip when Parki told her about leaving the pride and that he didn't want a female well Kei new this male would be really great when he grow up it was sad that she was so old compared to him. He was just so sweet maybe it was stupid of her thinking that way it was probably her pragnency.
