Cas has been sick and fussy for the last three-four days or so, and has been spitting up pretty often. He was lying on my bed and started fussing a bit, and my little brother (12) came and picked him up. He was holding Cas and patting his back, then he slowly leaned back so that Cas was laying on his tummy, on Josh's tummy... Cas picked himself up and was smiling and cooing at Joah, then Josh opened his mouth to say something, and Cas promptly spit up right into Josh's mouth!
