This is more of a mind excersize than anything else, but it couldn't hurt.
Close your eyes (or keep them open) and visualize all of the negative energy within the space you're trying to cleanse, and concentrate on condensing it into a figurative pile of dust on the floor of the room. Once you've mentally cleaned out all of your cobwebs, take a broom, and just sweep all away and outside through an open door.

That's a good idea, I usualy chase all the negitive energys out with sage *nods*

Yeah, both Sage and salt water in a spray bottle can also help things greatly. 3nodding

yes, as long as a bit of water won't hurt things, if you do a lot with paper it could be bad... sweatdrop soggy tarrot anyone? blaugh

i decided to let a candle burn and then sprinkle some sage into it.
some of it burned instantly, and all remants of negative energy after CuChulainn chased out the shadowfolk invading my home disappeared. the rest of it is still spread throughout the candle, so that when i burn the candle every once in a while some sage burns. works wonderfully and makes the room smell great!
