I really want to buy a Loli dress on ebay but the recomended ones are from China. The shipping costs $50 or something and takes quite a while just to get here. So does anyone know any store that's in the US?

The link list should have a few that are listed in the US. Uhhh. In the Starlight is based out of Illinois, so I'm sure there are more.

Rakuen and Apple Sugars are very good U.S. based brands.
Also Gothic Garnet, but I don't think too much of their designs.

I think Apple Sugars is actually quite overpriced, though those ero-loli-ish dresses are pretty... but please, please do not buy that horrible plaid dress with the red lace. Rakuen seems to be nicer quality for the money-- they do nice detailing and stuff, but the lace still isn't too nice.
Mmm. In The Starlight is more reasonably priced, even if the quality of the lace seems a bit iffy... they're supposedly extremely nice, though. (I seem to be a lace snob, I guess... heh. But lace really makes or breaks a lolita outfit.)
You can get cute casual stuff (mostly accessories, but there are a couple of dresses) from Candy Violet. I have to whore Candy Violet everywhere I go. whee

really? I think they're pretty reasonably priced...but their clothes are REALLY small. o___o;;; But I think that's because it's founder is really, really tiny. xD;; She's nice, though. I do wish they'd describe their clothes a bit more, though. What's wrong with the plaid dress? O:
Yeah, I prefer Rakuen, too. xD;;

I'd recommend In the Starlight. I got a petticoat from them and the quality is really awesome.

Yeah, I prefer Rakuen, too. xD;; Forgive me... I can be a lace snob for myself, but I have to remember not to impose that on others. What I mean to say is that the dress has slightly funny lace and looks like it hangs a bit oddly on the mannequin.
I have to say, though, the Apple Sugar alice bows are pretty.

It should be noted that In The Starlight have note updated their old photos in a while and what you get is MUCH better than what you see there. Good lace, too! 3nodding
