I thought this could be fun. Basically, I was thinking of things I've done that reveal my obsession for DBZ, Vegeta in particular, and knew most everyone likes these things. Try to use real things that happened to you, if you have any. If not, feel free to make them up or find some from other places.
To start us off, I have one that I am proud and ashamed of.
I was brushing my teeth, and was looking at a bottle on the sink. I read it. I thought "Wait, why does my mom have something with the word 'Vegeta' on it?"
I thought (try to hear how I pronounced it in my head) "What does Vegeta-ble have to do with lotion or whatever---Oh. Vegetable. Like, not fruit." Not (his name, 'bull') but an actual word that I knew long before I was old enough to know what anime even was.

I also started seeing "Goten" "Gohan" and "Goku" in all words with capital G's. I even thought I saw Kakarot in a word with a k, and saw Dragonball Z on movie posters with large lettering.
Others? Comments?

Apparently GAIA doesn't want this thread to have a poll. So, I shall give it one here. Feel free to post your selection in your post, at least until I get a real poll to work.
Was this a good first example?

You know your obsessed when you're driving down the road thinking about Vegeta missing your turn and don't realize it until you a mile passed. redface
True story I did it on the way to a meeting. xp
Or when you go grocery shopping at the superstore and the first place you check the action figure toy section to see if there's a new Vegeta figure out.
Then you see one and aren't sure if you have it so you buy the same figure the third time!!!! xp heart heart Not that I mind I get to play with the extras!!! Never can have too many Vegeta's. blaugh
And worst of all you pay $100 to learn how to build a website dedicated to him because you're a 53 year old grandmother with a massive crush on him!!!
Puts hand on her heart and crosses it, But I promise I'm harmless except for thsi Obsession for the Saiyana Prince.

I at one point... learned the Namekian language.... sweatdrop it took me a few weeks, but since theres very little spoken in the show they didn't have much to go off of, hehe... they didn't have the Saiyan language though... crying other wise i would have learned that, but yeah... sweatdrop

...you spend two hours in Walmart, looking "Super Saiyan Yellow" hair dye.
...you paint little red stars on orange christmas tree ornaments.
...you sing "Chichi Got Run Over by A Reindeer" while out caroling.

OH I gotta have that, write down the words will ya. sweatdrop They always sing Grandma down here every Christmas, guess that's what I get for living in redneck country, no offense to rednecks guys, I like the south.

Wish i could find the sit again, but here's afew that i relate to when it comes to DBZ....((warning..every and all example written below have been performed...))
1. I've put vasaline in my hair trying to get Vegeta or Goku's hairdo
2. Throwing my CD's around screaming "Destructo Disc"
3. singing "Rock the dragon" walking to School or anywhere else im going...
4. I think trunks is my Best Friend
5. screaming Kamehameha at awkward times.
6. stareing at the moon at night hopeing to transform
7. tending to get those Bulma mood swings
8. Running outside and screaming Nimbus for no reason
9. *sighs* yes i have drawn an "m" on my forehead
10. i have also attempted to pose like the Ginyu force.
11. I made myself a Capsule Corp T-shirt
12. i do cry when i miss an episode...especially if Vegeta is in it...or trunks...
13. I do wonder what my power level is
14. and i do point my finger at thing hopeing they blow up
yeah.. thats what happens when you have no life...
