The leaves were now falling in New Jersey and the air was getting colder. Zach had just had his 11th birthday. Zach was a normal boy with two loving parents. He was the only child, but enjoyed it as being the apple of his parents' eyes. He went to Winona elementary and did very well. He loved playing with his action figures and did so usually in his room with the door shut. He had a couple of Power Ranger, Street sharks, GI Joes, and many others. He would set them up and act things out, but as most boys, just made them fight. His mother was a stay at home mom and his dad worked for an engineering business, their lives were great. Their family was very humble and loving, some would say almost perfect.
Zach loved his parents with all his heart, he enjoyed his mom hugging him or playing basketball with his dad. He always did what he could to please his parents, however he did wish he could stop hearing what they were saying in their minds. He was always careful to do as he was told, because he hated what he heard in his parents head when he was in trouble. He never gave away that he knew what they were thinking for some reason, he just thought it would be wrong or get him into trouble. One day Zach discovered something within himself, he was able to move things. It brought him so much joy. He hid it from everyone, but enjoyed being able to move his action figures around without having to touch them, it was like watching a show. For months he would shut the door and just played, However he got to relaxed about it and once he forgot to shut the door. Zach was making his power rangers fly and battle, the red against the green, the green ranger was winning because it was his favorite. He was having a good time and never even heard his mom walk into his room. Zach felt horrible emotions and a rush of thought. His toys dropped to the ground as he turned, the green ranger hit his floor and broke.
((No posting until I'm done dammit!. Need time to gather thoughts))

Zach looked back at his mother, tears were rolling down her cheeks and her eyes were full of sorrow. They looked at each other for a couple of seconds but it felt like hours. His mother turned quickly from him and ran to her room bawling. Her mind was mixed with so many emotions not an individual one was discernable. She closed her bedroom door as she called her husband and Zach's father. The torrent of emotion increased as his mother urged the father to come home. She hung up, Daddy was coming home.
