Who: Endless & Liliana
What: Lily just told Edward, now it's time to tell Endless
Where: Fierra Place, Endless' room O_o
When: Saturday, 16 June 2007, some time after sunset after No one said it was easy
Why: Mainly, Lily needs to tell End she's made a decision & what it is. But also... she's torn up inside over what just happened and needs him.How long she lay there crying on the hilltop after Edward left Liliana could not say. Until the last traces of any remaining sunlight were gone. Until the stars started to show up in the Endless sky.
Endless. She still had yet to tell him...
Her head shot up, a dazed look in her green eyes. Her emotional roller coaster was off in another direction again. Her heart pounded in her chest as she lay beneath the sky that matched his pelt. She would go to him. Now. As she had intended. Tell him. She had apparated to his home enough times. This should be no problem.
Lily needed him too...
Pulling out her ebony wand Liliana Lupin disapparated from beneath the endless starlit sky.

Endless was curled up in is room somewhere in the midst of his mess of bedding. He was having a hard time sleeping again, so he'd pulled out a book... and gotten the sleeping mini-Lily figure off the bookshelf. It was a little strange perhaps... and perhaps not, given the situation, but having it close was comforting... sort of like a teddy bear.
He wasn't even really paying that much attention to the pages being occasionally flipped beneath the small table lamp he kept by his bed. His mind was on Lily, and not the little statue he had tucked under his arm near his heart. Aside from some rather akward feeling Potions lessons he hadn't seen her since that trip to the beach, and he couldn't help wondering how she was doing.
He wanted to know if she'd made a decision, too, of course. But he was more concerned with how she was holding up. Having to choose between the two males who were probably her best friends had to be the most difficult thing she'd ever dealt with, especially since until recently she hadn't really dealt much with her feelings in general.
He sighed as his eyes crawled to the end of another page and he flipped it, deciding to concentrate on the words rather than his thoughts and hoping it might help him get to sleep.

Liliana apparated at the Fierra place. But not out front so that she could come in through the front door as she had expected.
No. Whether it was a slip of magic from her distraught heart & mind or some subconscious need to get to Endless -not his home but Endless himself- no one would likely ever know why Liliana apparated directly into his room.
She stood on the spot she had lain for tea the night she met his mother. Glazed green eyes took in her surroundings, a look of surprise on her emotionally strained & tear-streaked face. This was not what she had expected to see, and it took a moment to register why it might be familiar. In that moment her eyes alighted on Endless curled around the miniature her and she gave a chocked sound that was whimper, relief, & joy all rolled into one.
"Endless!" She momentarily forgot that this was not where she had intended to apparate as soon as she saw the one she had come seeking, squeaking softly with overtaxed emotional need as she practically lunched her self into his side heedless for once of the book he read & buried her face deep into his purple ruff.
Surprisingly, she found tears to begin to cry anew. "Oh, Endless!"

The pop of apparation took a moment to register in his mind, before he looked up. There was a bit of surprise and confusion on his face, but mostly a startled sort of happiness. He actually had the book half-closed when she dove into him so it didn't cause as much of a problem as it could have, though any thought of the book quickly flew from his mind when he fully registered Lily's distraught state.
He shifted so he was laying partly on his side and put his paws about her shoulders, tugging her closer and wrapping his tails and neck around her to try and comfort her. "Lily? Lily what happened? What's wrong?" Seeing those tear tracks on her cheeks tore him up inside more than he knew how to express.

She pressed her wings close against her back, allowing and even helping Endless to pull her as close as he could. Then she snuggled in further past where he probably dared to bring her. "I decided and it hurts and I told Edward and I've lost him he's gone and he said he can't be my best friend anymore and he's gone and I don't know what to do! I wonder if I made the right choice but he left and I think I did 'cause I don't think I could handle it if he would go another time & I know you won't and ... oh, Endless...!"
Lily did not quite wail her quiet ramblings, whimpering softly all the while and holding as tight to his starry body as she possibly could. At the end she simply let herself cry, her petite body shaking from her silent sobs.

When she came closer Endless didn't even bother trying to deny how much he wished to have her close and tugged her as close as he could. He wanted her there... needed her there... and she needed to be there, which he realized more and more as he listened her quiet and heartbroken rambling. How could you, Ed? How could you just walk away from her if you really cared as much as you claimed?
He stifled the angry feelings before they had time to take form and gently tucked a paw under Lily's chin to lift her head so he could see into her eyes. And it was when he looked into those beautiful orbs that the full implication of what she said finally smashed its way past the hurt that had lodged in his heart for her pain and he realized that if Ed had gone and she thought she'd made the right decision because she knew Endless would stay...
He shifted his paw to stroke her tear-stained cheek gently, letting it drift down to stroke her neck as well before lifting it to repeat the motion, a look of wonder mingled with the look of pain shared with... his beloved. "I'm sorry Lily... I'm sorry this had to hurt you... I never wanted it to."
But even if it wasn't entirely appropriate he was overwhelmed with the strength of his feelings, so he kissed her. It was a kiss full of all the pent up passion and hope he'd held back on when he kissed her before, and also full of tears for the loss he'd caused her, however indirectly. And though his lips pressed with firm gentleness to hers there was a force of emotion behind it that sent a shivering shock down even his own spine.

The winged female could do little more than whimper with some relief as she was tugged closer where she wanted to be. There was no resistance on her end as he tilted her head and her green eyes met with Endless' shining eyes. Then he stroked her neck... drawing a soft pleasurable sound from the female as her lids slipped halfway closed and her eyes rolled back at the touch.
It was through an odd haze then that she caught Endless' look of wonder & pain & whimpered at his apology -her way of saying in that sea of everything that was going on within her and in her life that she knew and understood that Endless never meant or intended to put them all through this. None of them had. But it had happened.
And here they were. Green eyes closed; half longing, half expecting his kiss. Liliana gave herself up to it, returning the kiss with a passion she had been holding back even from herself. Especially from herself. She shivered, paws lightly kneading his chest, shoulders, whatever they touched before gripping him close to her in an almost desperate need.
Lily lost track of all time. When she pulled back breathless and panting her eyes seemed to flash with green fire even bearing still an infinite sadness. "Endless... I..." She sighed happily, her petite body shuddering a little and relaxing -if only a small bit. Liliana spoke in a whisper, if it was even that. A whisper thin and soft and as fine & delicate as the black markings along her back, beneath her wings. "Not too much... not too fast... not tonight. Not like this."
Her eyes never left his face, something beyond the passion of their green fire waiting waiting for him before elaborating.

He gave her a gentle smile, a bit playful with his tongue just barely sticking out between his teeth. Then he kissed her again, more gently, and kissed her forehead before cuddling up against her again and wrapping his neck over hers. "Not too fast. I just... needed to kiss you."
He sighed softly, a content sound, before his thoughts shifted back to Ed. "Maybe... Ed's just feeling the hurt... maybe he just needs some time?" He hoped so... and not just for Lily's sake. It was possible this would strain the younger male's relationship with Atae and Bryna, too, and given the rather unusual states of emotional awareness those two had... that could turn out very badly.
He felt a lump against his ribs and fished out the mini-Lily, grinning sheepishly and setting it next to the bookshelf before curling up around the real thing again. "Guess I don't need that right now... Do you have to be anywhere in the morning? 'Cause if you don't... maybe you can stay... with me?"

She was tempted to lick at his tongue, so cutely peeking out between his teeth but resisted with the urges that produced within her & instead only grinned back. "I needed it too..."
But Lily did not comment more than an attempted nod of her head beneath his as Endless tried to offer an explanation for Edward's departure. Guilt lay heavily upon her, and not just sorrow at what she had lost. Like Endless, she was thinking of how others would be affected by the fullmetal kitsu's disappearing. Those in her home looked at him as one of them -part of their family. Those times Remus had to spend with him since that first full moon his second litter the werewolf had treated the teen as one of his own -a son right along with Hemi. It was no wonder no one suspected what he would do when confronted with Endless' feelings for Liliana -Edward was family.
Her eyes closed, a few tears slowly trickling out. Lily mewed once softly as he moved, opening her eyes to watch him place 'her' out of the way. Her heart skipped a beat, remembering how he had been when she arrived and smiling a little at the pleasant thought. "No you don't..." She teased lightly, licking at the underside of his chin happily as Endless curled around her. "No I don't..." Lily made sure her tails were well & securely woven in his, clinging in her way to the security & comfort he offered. "and... of course."

Endless shivered pleasantly at the lick and settled his head over the back of Lily's neck, sighing contentedly. He didn't know what should be done about Edward... didn't know if there was anything that could be done, really. But he would be here... he would stand by Lily's side until the end of time... beyond that, if he could manage it.
"Does anyone else know yet?" he asked curiously. He felt like she would have gone straight to the two of them after making her decision, but he asked all the same... more to converse and hear her voice a bit longer before he fell asleep again. He hadn't really slept since that trip to the beach, either...

Lily gave a shaky sigh. "I think Hemi knows, so probably Daddy & Mother & Aunt Ginny do too. Trel probably too... and if she knows, Kynna & Peter probably know too. That's just how they are. I didn't tell them though. It wouldn't have been right to chance anyone telling you but me." Pausing, she groomed part of his ruff with both tongue and cheek. Her thoughts seemed to still be in a million places at once, yet oddly focused at the same time.
"Endless.. do you think a day is too short to wait?"

Endless chuckled softly. "Not much point in trying to keep secrets around your house, is there?" He murred happily at the grooming and groomed her back, feeling more content than he could remember ever feeling before.
He blinked at her question, stilling for a moment until he had time to a) realize what she was talking about and b) figure out what to say. He suddenly felt very warm. "I... uh... well, I think when you feel like the time is right is a good time..." If that was tomorrow... well it was sooner than he was expecting she'd say but... if that was the way she wanted it he would blush behind his fur and gladly comply. His dreams about their potential life together had taken away a lot of his uncertainties, somehow.

Murring softly Liliana stifled a yawn into familiar purple ruff. She arched a little into the grooming, heart racing and just wanting to be touched. "Uncle Aear says the sky will be clear tomorrow night. It's the last day of the new moon... Another chance won't come for a month. I... don't want to wait that long. And who knows if it will be a clear night then?"
Ever since Remus had asked her that question it had stayed at the back of her mind like an unshakable gel. Tonight would have been bad, could have seemed no more than an odd rebound. And she would be thinking too much of Ed. Not that she would forget about him or stop thinking of him ever, but if she planned it ... well somehow it made sense to Liliana's logic.
Her eyes snapped open and Liliana wriggled so that she could press the top of her muzzle to his and look into his shining eyes. Her heart was beating like a jackrabbits. "I want to be surrounded by the Endless." She said with a sensual smile echoed in her body. "And filled with you, Endless."

Heat washed over him in waves, along with an involuntary shudder of either desire or delight; maybe both. He shifted his head around to nibble gently at Lily on the sensitive area on the back of the neck below the ear before lifting his muzzle to whisper in her ear. "It shall be as you wish, beloved."
Then he pulled his head back, not quite managing to stifle a yawn. "We better sleep while we can." He grinned mischievously and then licked her cheek tenderly before cuddling as close as the laws of physics would allow.

Feeling his shudder beside her Liliana was certain of her decision not to wait a whole month. She would have though, had Endless indicated that he thought it best. Of course as she whimpered with pleasure & shivered delightfully at the nibbles her gave her Liliana nearly wanted to kick her decision and see to the heat that coursed through her tonight. Endless' whispered terms of endearment certainly did not help the matter any.
His yawn, however, did. Liliana was overwhelmed by a yawn of her own and realized just how tired she had become. Two nights of full, healthy, restful sleep while the others were simply from her passing out in utter exhaustion was not enough to keep going now that the weight of making the decision was over. Her guilt and sorrow would not easily abate, but that weight did not loom in quite the same way as the other.
Besides... it was done. She could only wait and hope her best friend would return. And be able to forgive her the terrible hurt she had caused him.
Liliana doubted she could ever forgive herself that. Especially as her heart & body sang happily here with Endless. Would she ever be able to lose herself into that feeling. Time would tell.
She sighed softly, cuddling into her -dare she say it already?- mate. Willing her body to calm down she smiled at Endless with more than a spark of playful desire. "Yes... we're going to need it." Lily teased gently, before closing her eyes.
