"Well, you should take that up with my parents!" she snapped. She didn't want to snap at her, but James was coming, and she didn't want to get anymore angry. She looked side-to-side, trying to find an escape.

Melony only shrugged. "Too bad we don't have an invisiblity cloak. Damn it... I have an idea, how about you go on one date with him, and then he'll leave you alone!" Potter was edging towards them, along with Remus and Black. Why can't they be like Remus?

James pointed at Melony. "I love how this girl thinks," he said with a nod of approval. "I say you go with her plan. I swear I won't grab your arse at every possible interval!"

Sirius smirked and said, "It could be a double date! Prongs and Evans, and Melony and-" He was wacked in the head by a book. "Oy! Who did that?"
"Me. Now shut it." She grabbed another book from her bag and held it up threatingly. It would be better to use her wand, but if she dueled against Black, Black would win. Melony heard Lily's whisper and rolled her eyes.

"Lily, my flower, I am hurt," James said when overhearing Lily's whisper, putting a hand to his heart. "You really hurt me." He feigned crying. "I'm gonna go hide in my shame-corner now."

Still rubbing his head, Sirius put his arm around James. "How could you hurt Jamie? Oh Evans, you are so rude. And Melony, dear, how could you hit me in the head with a book? Well I guess its better then what you did last time..." He whispered fast to James, so he could only hear him. "Do you even have a game plan, mate?"

"Not even a little bit of one," James whispered back before moaning loudly in false agony. "OH NO!! MY HEART! MY HEART IS FINALLY BROKEN!! LILY, YOU'VE KILLED ME WITH YOUR WORDS! Aghhhhhhhhh!" He dropped to the floor and made an unidentifiable gurgling noise. He could just barely fight a grin.

Melony raised a single eyebrow. How desprate is Potter for Lily. "Let's go." She shoved the book she was holding into her bag. She looked for the other book, the one she needed for Herbology and gave a groan. It was under the foot of Sirius Black. "Black, can I have my book back? Please?"
Sirius looked under his foot and picked up the book. "Oh this? Sure. But you have to... umm..." He tried to think of something quick. He would of said a snog with him, but this was different for some odd reason. "Sure. Here." Sirius pulled out his wand and levitated the book to Melony. She caught it and looked confused.
