mmkay. I'm just gunna post what I said on my request to join form. :O
"I know i'm an active member of "the other jrock guild," hell, I'm a mod there, but I'm quite interested in this one. I wouldn't say I hate fangirls, but it's certainly interesting to see jrock fans who really know what they're talking about, and didn't run into jrock through the opening to their favorite anime or something like that. Being an american fan who speaks not a word of japanese [with no intention of learning] I feel somewhat cut off from the whole jrock scene, and I think it would be very interesting to hear what people who live in japan or at least have more exposure to that end of things have to say about it. They seem to be in this guild."
I'm here humbly. I want to learn about jrock. I want to hear new bands. I will ask questions. I will admit when I am wrong. 3nodding
