"Um... ok then." Sorvad cautiously, and awkwardly sat himself down in the chair. "This all still seems very strange to me..." he nervously ran his fingers over his exposed brain, and to the top of his spine. He could definitely feel something with a very low vibration frequency humming in his head. "I want this thing out of me, I don't like it." He suddenly felt a bit jittery. "Please, take it out quickly."

Susan was moving as quickly as she can. At the same time make full certain that she doesn't make it worst or hurt him. Luckily the thing she's going to take out was working to being active. As Sorvad was fighting it, pushing it back, Susan was able to track down it's exact location.
"I got it. I'm going to need to have you awake for this. Knocking you out might give it ground that we don't want it to have."
Susan placed a devise against Sorvad's head. Gently on the exposed area. "It's going to sting I'm afraid. More along the lines of feeling like you had an explosion go off, but focus only of keeping that program back. For lack of a better word for it. Think about something good, and hold it. You ready?"

The Doctor took out his sonic screwdriver, and pointed it forward. He scanned the area around Eddie and himself for any sign of another Time Lord or TARDIS. Eddie was shaking her bracelets, concentrating. They beeped.

From the screwdriver, he felt a slight tug towards the library which was straight ahead of them.

"Aha... I have a feeling I know who our fourth Time Lord is..." He strided off to the Library doors with Eddie hurrying after him, tapping at her bracelets which kept on emitting more beeping noises.

He followed the beam of his sonic screwdriver to a mildly out of place statue situated in one of the halls of the library. He tapped on the front of the statue, and said "Hello?"

Eddie knocked her wrench against it after a few seconds, "Oi, let us in!"

The Doctor hadn't seen her look this excited all day.

Sam watched the Ruler smile at the TARDIS' console. It seemed as if he was insane, mad with loss, desperate for company and a place to call home.

"What are you going to do with us, just drop us off back where we came from?"

The Ruler didn't answer. "Hello?"

Irene glared at the back of the Ruler's head. She was still getting over the fact that she had been practically betrayed.

"Sam said you were not from this universe..."

"Right, he's from an alternate universe. Like, a parallel one," informed Sam.

"Soo... a parallel universe. Did they have a Doctor in your universe? And are your Rose and Martha different ones or the same... hmmm..." saying that sounded very odd. "I don't even know who you really are. I guess it doesn't matter any more. I thought you saved my life in France, by killing that guard... or was it just a chance to kill?"
PostPosted: Wed Jan 09, 2008 8:17 pm

The Ruler smiled.

"Oh there was a Doctor where I came from." He chuckled.

"I bet you killed him didn't you!?" Sam screamed. "That's how you know all about him!"

The Ruler rose and swayed towards his TARDIS consoles. The buttons glowed in the dim light, and ever so lightly a red button that should never ever be pressed, was pleading to be pressed. He hovered his hand over the button just waiting for the blasted thing to be done charging. To set these things in motion, to make it all better.

"I could put you in the past if you prefer, before this." The Ruler said. "Or I could take you to New Earth. Or I could take you to some place you've never even seen or dreamt of before." The Ruler's mind suddenly filled with ideas and places.

"New Earth?" Sam muttered.

"It'd be a pity to have you stay here."

The Ruler turned his Sonic Screwdriver between his fingers as he looked over his shoulder towards Irene.

"I wouldn't want you hurt." He said.

"Let us in, COME ON!" Eddie was yelling. "We're Time Lords!"

She smiled, one more, one more less to extinction of the Time Lords. It could've been anyone at that point, it didn't matter.

The Doctor tapped his foot, impatient, he had a Ruler to stopped.

Inside Susan jumped from all the noise, looking over to her door.

Sorvad had apparently heard Eddie, because he looked up in confusement and said:

"Exterminate?"

"Hurry." Sorvad tried his best to clear his mind. He didn't exactly have any memories that were 'happy'. His mind started to wonder to a time when he had stolen the wheelchair from a legless man. His mind wandered again to a time when a child had found him, for weeks the child was the only one who knew he existed. When the child had to leave he gave him a book. He had forgotten where the book was and what it was about. He tried hard to remember. His concentration was broken by the sound of fists pounding against the exterior of the Tardis. "Ex-... exter-... extermin-... exterminate... exterminate... exterminate..." he sat up and looked around. "Exterminate?"

Susan grabbed a hold of Sorvad and shouted, "Hold on!"
She turned the devise on and targeted the area of what she's getting. It was working it's way into being active. It hadn't reached critical, but it was getting close.
Susan adjusted the settings. She can see her target area and strucked. Not too hard. Just enough to give an out right punch for it to go back to the sourse, then... as the race the Daleks would say, 'Exterminate.'

OOC: I'm a little confused by the end part of your thing.

(smilingshadow and crystalgazer are right outside the tardis somehow.)

The Doctor tapped again on the statue. Eddie was starting to get annoyed, her arms were crossed and she was glaring at the statue.

Then he heard some frantic yelling inside the statue TARDIS, someone yelling a slightly familiar but muffled word. He heard a scream.

"Aha! Stand Back!" The Editor looked apalled as he held out an arm to stop Eddie's nonexistant attempts to get at the TARDIS.
The Doctor whipped out his Sonic Screwdriver and pointed it at the statue. "Wait!" He pulled off his long tan coat, "Hold this." He handed his coat to Eddie, who threw it roughly aside. There was another scream, and the Doctor pulled the beam of his screwdriver across the chest of the statue. It opened, and they were met with a fantastic sight.

"Susan!" The Doctor had an inkling it was her. Then he realized, it was his grandaughter he abandoned many years ago. "You're alive! Oooh....Oh.."

"Oh, It was that human lady." Eddie then squinted at a figure struggling in a procedure chair, arms thrashing outword, shouting "EXTERMINATE!!?!"

"And it appears to be a... a... What the Hell?" Eddie gaped at Sorvad.

"I AM A- HUMAN-DALEK... HYBRID!!!"

"OHMYGAWD KILL IT!!!" Eddie commanded.

"Susan? You survived?" The Doctor still stood agast at his new found discovery.

"WE'RE NOT GONNA SURVIVE IF SOMEONE DOESN'T DO SOMETHING!!!" Eddie panicked.

"Grandfather," Susan panted, "I missed you."

"EWWWW!!!" Eddie jumped up and down.

"Are you ok?"
"Oh yes, I'm fine. He just startled me, that's all. That's why I screamed. Thanks to your insecent knocking, my procedure was not effective."

"GUYS!!! IT'S NOT DEAD YET!" Sorvad appeard to have pulled himself out of the chair, but Susan and The Doctor did not notice.

"But... the Time War... how did you survive?" asked The Doctor.

Sorvad scratched at the back of his head frantically, the vibrating in his spine only intensified. His entire spine felt like it was burning. "Kill it!" He stabbed his fingers into his neck and tried to scratch out what ever it was that was in him. Suddenly a chill ran up his spine. He collapsed onto the ground as his muscles involuntarily relaxed simultaneously. He looked up at everyone through dazed eyes. "What is the Time War?" He asked, oblivious to the meaning of those words.

Something dinged within the TARDIS, and the Ruler felt it resonate in his bones.

"This giant threatening red button must never be pressed under any circumstances." He said to Irene and Sam.

And then he pressed it.

The machines within the near infinite dimensions of his TARDIS erupted with life. The TARDIS dug its roots into the Earth and descended into it's very core. A wormhole so far away spewed out material not of this universe. This material was attracted towards Earth, towards the Ruler. Into the engines Gallifreyan remants of another universe went, showing the machines what they were to turn Earth molecules into. And within the molecules was the information on how the new planet was to act. The new weather would come, new mountain formations, and the CORE would change its speed rotation.

The roots were made to take more energy if needed from home material, humanity and all that laid upon the Earth service.

The Earth began to shake, and somewhere the Doctor shuddered.

"DIE!" Eddie yelled, diving a wrench into the exposed brain of Sorvad.

"EDDIE, NO!" The Doctor and his Granddaughter yelled.

But too late, Sorvad was up and running around with a piece of metal stuck in his head. It wouldn't damage much, but it did hurt.

"What the hell is wrong with you people! It's a Dalek! IT'S A DALEK!!!" Eddie screamed.

But then the Doctor stopped. His eyes moved away from Eddie and he looked over his shoulder.

Sorvad plucked the wrench out of his head and stormed towards Eddie.

"Get. AWAY. From me!" Eddie yelled, climbing up onto cabinets of the TARDIS.

"SHUT UP!" The Doctor yelled. "Oh no..."

"Who the hell stabs a guy! What are you stupid!" He froze for a second, his tentacles still wrapped around Eddie's neck.

He looked down at her and sniffed. "Hm... I can suddenly think coherently... That stab t my frontal lobe seemed to have somehow deactivate what ever it was that was in my brain..."

He pulled his tentacles away from her and helped her up.

"Yes. I am a Dalek... apparently... What does that mean? Why is my brain broken!?"

He began to grow hysterical, snatching the wrench and clamping down on the tip of his neck. He plucked out a nasty chunk of what appeared to be bone, with a glowing red light bulb within it.

"Huh... I wonder how long that was there..."

OOC: I feel uncomfortable about other people speaking for my character without permission. I've never played that kind of RPG. I've always done RPGs where I write what my character says and does, and everyone else does the same with theirs. I got a little lost in that because it wasn't me. But it was my own fault in missing that it was Eddie and the Doctor outside.

BIC: Susan glared at Eddie. "Do you MIND not taking the Time War to those who were NOT in that war? However, in either case, good job in curing him. Just don't stab him anymore."
In speaking of the Time War. Susan suddenly remembered that during the chause her Grandfather asked her how she survived. Susan looked over at him. She wasn't really sure just what to say. She ran away while he was on the front lines.
Susan, not able to come up with anything, went up to him and gave the Doctor a hug.

The Ruler smiled in greatly anticipated relief as his finger hovered over the glowing red button. He pressed it.

"No!" Sam lunged at the Ruler, but Irene beat him to it, slugging he Ruler in the stomach as he turned around in response to Sam's reaction.

"That was for making me think you were good!" Irene shouted at the Time Lord doubled over in pain. Then she slapped him, "and THAT is for pressing the button." She raised her hand again, but the Ruler caught her wrist and quickly pulled her into a headlock, not knowing what else to do. She struggled and pushed against him, but it was no use.

"I said, I didn't want you hurt. I said I'd put you on another planet, or in another time." He tried to explain to the struggling Irene.

"My friends are out there! My friends and my family, they might die THEY MIGHT DIE!!!!" Irene was screaming, hysterical, for the full realization hit her: humans were going to be dying.

Sam stared in shock at the Ruler, surely a madman, he obviously didn't want to hurt Irene...

"You hypocrite." Sam muttered loud enough for him to hear. "You just want to go home, but putting us on another planet... destroying our race and civilization, leaving us as possibly the last of the Earthlings... you are just as bad as the ones who destroyed Gallifrey. You selfish hypocrite."

~~~
The Doctor squeezed Susan tightly for a moment, relishing in the fact that she was still alive. But his eyes were still on the doors of the exit of TARDIS.
"Eddie..." he let Susan go and ran for the doors. He pushed them open and looked outside. The ground was rumbling, shaking, then he dashed outside of the Library. People were running around, scared and confused, running into the doorways of buildings and holding their loved ones.
"I think they think it's an earthquake." He said to Eddie, who showed up by his side. Susan was approaching too, looking confused. Sorvad peered at the commotion from the doors of the TARDIS.
"It's started, hasn't it?" Eddie said.
"Yes. We need to move, quick." The Doctor said with gritted teeth. "Why don't you stay behind with Susan and her TARDIS so you can explain what's going on with The Ruler? The Dalek-human hybrid can come with me, I may need someone to help me.
Sorvad came out of the TARDIS towards the Doctor, looking at him curiously.
"You can call me the Doctor." The Doctor shook Sorvad's tentacle.
"I'm Sorvad." Sorvad said, wondering why the Doctor was shaking his tentacle.
He finally had to resort to simply pushing Irene to the ground with a light thud. He felt if anything else was going to happen he'd have to lock them up somewhere for a while.
"Oh yes, selfish hypocrite." The Ruler nodded. "No doubt about that. That's just the kind of man I am, sorry about it."
They probably could have insulted him more, told him how horrible he was, and what a monster he was and he would have agreed. It was really the truth of the matter, but he simply didn't care.
He who never really had a family most of his life, he didn't seem to understand the need for one. He knew only he had survived as one of the last Time Lords, and figured such versatile aliens like humans could too.
"Now. Where's your Doctor, and your Editor?" He checked his watch. "They should have been here by now, I need to talk with them."
"What!?" Eddie cried.
"Er...I'll go with Sorvad and you and Susan -" The Doctor started repeating himself.
"You leave the women behind!?"
That was just one of the twenty million things Eddie was having a problem with, and it was funny that of all of them that was the one that came out of her mouth. The other one which she intended to come out first was concerning the Dalek and how he hadn't given her her wrench back and how he'd probably just go crazy again anyway.
"Errrrr." The Doctor's eyes widened.
"I am not staying behind while you go save the world!" Eddie cried.
She turned to Susan.
"I'm the Editor you can call me Eddie. There's this guy named the Ruler, he's from another universe. He's using energy from the wormhole he came through to turn the Earth into another Gallifrey! And we have to stop him!"
The Doctor looked over at Eddie.
"And he's kidnapped two humans!" Eddie added. "There!" She looked at the Doctor. "Done, let's go!"
She rushed past him grabbing her wrench from Sorvad, and was the first one out the door.
"Eddie, I meant that you stay with Susan because I thought it would be a good idea to take both TARDISes."
Eddie stopped. "Oh."
The Doctor raised his eyebrows. "...leave the women behind. Please. I'm not that kind of Time Lord."
(( OOC: "Stay behind" as in... Susan's TARDIS is already in the Library, and the Doctor needs to go back to his. He just wanted to get to know Sorvad, because of his memory with the Dalek-Sec ))
