"Not really or else I would have recognized you a lot sooner back at the cemetery" Matsuri responded. "Ah, yes. I've seen him in one of the school halls in front of the student that was killed. I don't think he noticed me because I spoke to him, but he just ignored and went outside with someone who also couldn't stand the smell of dead and blood" he informed. He frowned as he rubbed his forehead after it was flicked then he looked like he was about to cry for a second there as he thought he had said something wrong. "I don't see you as a prey. You've obviously misunderstood and without knowing what I am you would dislike me even more than now just the humans. Just forget you've ever spoken to and seen me" he said sadly. His bad social skills got him in bad graces with somebody else again and there nothing he can do about. He will just have to with this person disliking him maybe even hating him. Even so he couldn't stop the tears from forming then flowing down his cheeks and he ran off before Scarlet can say anything else. [exit]

鶴∙[ His expression changed to that of being stunned when the male got emotional in response followed by him leaving. What expression did Scarlet have on his face when he said that? He looked confused and a bit lost. Had he gotten upset at him? He needed to cool off and relax. Haruto went to the water, splashing some of it in his face. "I have to apologize... if I see him again," he thought to himself. He was a bit embarrassed to loose his composure like that. He let out a sigh. Well, he had to get back to the cemetery. Oddly, he couldn't seem to muster a smile. It was completely unlike him. He splashed some more water in his face before he stood up. "Shake it off..." he muttered to himself before turning around and leaving the lake as well. ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand walked quickly to the lake, he had stopped crying by the time he got there for the second time today. He unclasped the bag he carries around his waist and put it on the ground when arrived at the shore. He wasn't going to think about to do he was going to do before there is a chance of changing his mind. Chand doesn't take off his clothes as he approaches the water because there are supposed to help weigh him down besides his wings. He walks on in the water heading for the deeper part of the lake.

鶴∙[ Since Scarlet was faster at flying, he had switched to using his wings. He watched from above as Chand removed his bag and went into the water, fully clothed. What was he thinking? He watched for a few moments confused. Well, he wasn't going to keep questioning it. He had followed him to talk to him about what was going on. He swooped down flying right into Chand, knocking him over into the water. He surfaced from the water, looking at Chand. "...What do you think your doing?" he asked, both of them now completely soaked. He reached over to him, wrapping his arms around him; "You're not running this time." ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand didn't expect Scarlet to follow him to the lake especially when he was over into the water also. He some trouble getting back up since his wings, mostly his angel wing, was heavy. He sputtered out some water and moved his hair to see. "Just doing what I should have done long time ago" he responded and a bit stunned when Scarlet wraps his arms around him.

鶴∙[ Scarlet was a bit happy since Chand was talking to him again. It was a sign of progress. It was silly that he'd be happy over such small thing given how down he has been feeling. Still, he had to think about how Chand was feeling right now. How could he help him? "And what should you have done a long time ago?" he asked. He already had an idea but he wanted to get Chand to talk about it, to talk about it with him. He couldn't just run away and cut Scarlet off. He won't understand anything until he says talks to him about it. He wanted to be someone that Chand could confide in. Chand gave him the energy to do something so difficult and he wanted to be there for him as well. ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand started to try to move out of Scarlet's arms and he doesn't know how to swim. "I should have...I should have died. Pointless to wait for my health to do it for me" he responded. He tends to keep his problems to himself unlike his brother Zalmon, but sort of like Cyrus.

鶴∙[ "So you had intentions of breaking our promise then..." Scarlet let out a sigh. If no one cared about Scarlet, he'd be able to do it too. It was too late to not get hurt. Call it selfish, but he didn't want Chand to die. Not another person he cared about. He pulled Chand close, despite that he was struggling. It would make no difference if he asked him not to. Chand already had planned to break their promise. He couldn't stand this long life he was given. Everyone died so young. Scarlet made a decision. "I'm not letting you do this. I'm not loosing you so early. I don't care if this is selfish but I care about you too much to let you do this. I've already lost enough people. If you're not going to fight to live, I'm going to do it for you;" Scarlet looked over at the shore. It didn't look like it was too far to drag him all the way there. ]∙鶴

Chand Orion "It can still be kept from beyond the grave. Even ghost can keep promises" Chand responded. "Sounded like you didn't intend to keep the promise when you assumed I hated you. Do you I really seem like a person to hate someone who I hoped to be more than an acquaintance?" he asked him. He stops struggling after listening to him because he has heard the sort of things he needed to hear.

鶴∙[ Scarlet smiled. He had a point. Scarlet had always looked for an excuse for it to be okay. Still, he had his promises to keep. It would be torture for him. He loosened his grip on Chand and looked at him... well, it wasn't that bad. Not right now at least. "You're right. That was wrong of me. Sorry." Scarlet ran his fingers through Chand's hair. Regardless of what was weighing him down, at this moment Scarlet was happy. "It sounds like a mouthful to say it that way. Just say friends," he thought that they've gone through enough to be friends by this point. It sounded like that's what they both wanted. "Or do you not want that?" he gave him a playful smile. ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand enjoyed hearing the apology because that what he wanted to hear from him along with understanding of what he did wrong. He forgives him for not waving goodbye to him back at the marketplace giving him doubts about their relationship. "Apology accepted, Scarlet" he responded smiling a little. "Friendship with you is what I always wanted and maybe more in the future if that is alright with you" he said smiling and gives a hug.

鶴∙[ "If anything bothers you again in the future, let me know about it. We're friends now and I want to support you if anything's wrong;" Scarlet pet his damp hair. He was a bit intrigued when he mentioned "maybe more in the future". It didn't necessarily mean what he was thinking.
Being in the lake, completely wet, reminded him of when they had met at the park. The thought made him smile. "For now we should get out so we can dry up," he suggested. They couldn't stay in the water forever.]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand nods, "Okay, I will for now on. You're good listener" he agreed and smiles. He felt pleased when Scarlet doesn't object to their relationship more than just friends in the future. "Yeah,I don't want to get a fever from being in the water for too long" he said and let go of Scarlet and starts walking to the shore.

鶴∙[A good listener? Well, he thought he was a good listener, but he was just persistent about keeping him alive right now. He hoped he could be a good listener for Chand from now on. If not him, it was important that he just talked to anyone about it. He had two brothers that cared about him as well.
"It wouldn't be completely bad if you got a fever. I could nurse you back to health," he teased, slightly nudging him. He followed him out of the water. Should they go to the dorms and get something else to wear? He could also get a towel to dry up.
Once he was out of the water, his wings hung heavy on his back. He decided to put them away for now. Scarlet brushed his black and white hair back so it wouldn't be in his face. ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand chuckled a little, "Being nursed by you wouldn't be enjoyably pleasing" he agreed and smiles at the thought of Scarlet nursing him to health. His wings still heavy and dripping wet and so was his clothes. Chand doesn't think he can get all the way to dorm room like this. "Hope you don't mind about what I'm about to do next" he said to him before causing an up draft warm wind around him which will affect Scarlet because he is near him. The wind was sort of like a blow dryer then he stopped after a minute.
