"Its not you getting old that bothers me, its me becoming too old for the both of you." The golden teen said before hearing that Bane didn't really like his joke. "Im sorry Bane, I was only teasing because you said you were tired. I wont say that again." Autumn looked away for a moment thinking that Bane was probably still unhappy about what had happened earlier. "You want to go and talk with the traitor don't you?" Autumn suddenly asked the pair. "Its okay to leave me alone, I can go back to Bane's room and play with Kasei."

Bane grumbled. He didn't like the thought of getting old. Getting old wasn't a joke. Getting old meant creeping closer and closer to death, and he was a great assassin because he made sure not to die. "It's fine....I'm just on edge. Sorry....I'm sorry, Autumn. I didn't mean to upset you."

Callum kissed Autumn's head softly. "Do you still want to see our traitor? We're ready to go down with you. Just make sure to stay close to either me or Bane, alright?" Who knew what that man would do. Caged animals almost always fought to escape, and people were no different.

"Are you really alright with me going down there? I won't if you think it's a bad idea." He said after a moment but smiled as his hair was ruffled. Looking at Callum as Bane left the room the teen waited for an answer. "I think it would be good to hear why he decided to go against you. After all you treat the members well." Autumn thought Callum and Bane both were better then any other gang leader and second in command behaved. Then again they never showed Autumn the darker side of what being a gang member was. Sure the teen had an idea, and given the kidnapping earlier, he could understand why they didnt want him to know anything.

Autumn slid off the bed and nodded to his lover. "Alright, I'm ready when you are." The teen really hoped there was a good explanation for why the man the were going to see had turned on the men that employed him. As they made their way to the interrogation room Autumn moved closer to Callum and held his arm. He didnt know the exact reason he clung to the other, but he didnt want to have the chance something else might happen.

Autumn watched as Callum went in first waiting outside for a moment until he was told he could enter. Now that he was actually in the room he stood close to the men he trusted most. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath the teen calmed himself down before he spoke. "I... I want to know why you turned on Callum. Doesn't he treat you right?" He asked after a moment. "I don't know much about this end of the gang, but... Certainly he can't be bad or none of the men would stay." As be stood there he asked another question. "Why did you think you had to help those that took me, you should have said something, then you wouldn't be here."

Autumn was still innocent, as his questions showed he didn't know anything about how the gang was really ran. He only saw the gentler side of things and it seemed like that was all he would ever see.

Hearing why the man did it Autumn looked up at Callum. "We... Can't do anything to him Callum. Not if he did it to protect someone he loves." The teen said tears in his eyes. "You would do the same for me or Bane if you had to." He said softly not wanting to have someone be harmed because they wanted to help a child of theirs.

Looking back at the man Autumn took a small step forward. "You did what you had to out of love didnt you?" He asked sure this man was telling the truth.

Autumn didnt like this at all but he understood why the man was saying this. Still, the teen didnt like it one bit. Looking to Callum he blinked back tears knowing that what was said was what needed to be done. It didnt mean he liked it.

As he was going to leave Autumn turned and did something out of character from his normal shy timid behavior. Going up to the man he gave him a small hug before speaking. "I forgive you... And I will try to make sure your family knows you were trying to protect them."

With that the teen did as he was told going up to Bane's room and letting his puppy out. He played for awhile before he curled up on the bed with Kasei wrapping his arms around the animal for comfort. For the first time he understood just what Bane and Callum did and it scared him. He had an idea, but to hear Callum sound so cold about killing someone he had known since he was a kid... He didnt know what to think about it or those he loved.
