Okay...sparring is like a play fight only it's more serious...you know how when you and a few friends begin to play, but you bite each other, stuff? It's like that, only the damage is real. The reason is to see how far you came along in you training, how much harder you need to train, and to test yourself and your oppenent. It's fun. I used to do it all the time with my dad and friends, but they died...I was an only child that's why I sparred with my dad most of the time.
